Sold me a tire that had a pin hole on the inside side-wall and it was flat quickly. The new Nexen tire they offered was $160, probably $20 to $25 more than any place else in the area. I went to them in hopes of getting a decent tire to hold me over for a month or two but the result for me is $50 down the drain 😒.I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I was looking for a pair of high quality used tires, ones that were not more then 4 years old, for my daughters Volvo S60 - 215/55/16 I couldnt find that size anywhere and was surprised to find a matching pair with very little wear at Used Tire Warehouse.I also have a 1994 Jeep Cherokee in rough shape with 15 inch wheels and finding used tires for those is difficult and I didnt feel like spending $600 on new tires for a vehicle worth $800. I spent an entire afternoon searching up and down Dixie Highway with no luck, but at Used Tire Warehouse I found FOUR FULL SETS of tires that would fit my Jeep! From $240 for a set with years of useable tread left to $320 for a set that was almost new. Mounting and balancing is included if you buy a full set.Ive owned over 27 cars in my life and have bought dozens of used tires. Ive seen many places sell used tires that shouldnt be sold or installed on any vehicle – old, cracked, dry and clearly unsafe, but USED TIRE WAREHOUSE is a completely different experience when it comes to buying used tires... every tire I looked at was what I would call a quality used tire, they offered many full sets, they were organized... most of the tires were clearly labeled or they knew exactly where to find them.I was in and out very quickly. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience!

I went there yesterday to get a Alignment so they looked at it told me I need all this stuff likeFront Sway Bar Links, Front Lower Control Arms with Ball Joints and Front Outer Tie Rods for a decent price so I set it up to be there @ 830am 1.19.2021 I got there this morning and he had no clue about what I was talking about then he got an attitude with me so I said I take my business else where he said bye then so I said ok then. Went to pepboys and they checked it and I didnt need all what these guys said I needed it so its being fixed at pepboys the 2 guys at pepboys are good guys Tyler and Jeremy. This place is bad business.

Every disappointed went there other day to have a tire mounted on to a rim cost $15 and I was fine with but then they tried telling me that the one I had was no good that I needed to buy one from them when they had a hole setting there that was in worse shape then the one I was wanting put on but after getting them to understand Im not buying a tire when there was nothing wrong with the one I had they got to done I went to pay an all I had was a 50 dollar bill and they got mad and rude with me because they didnt have change and that was all I had. Now i have worked in many shops and when your shop doesnt have change for a 50 then i think its time to close up shop because your going broke

The cheapest Ive been able to find for my truck has been about 650ish not including the over 100 installation and without the road hazard coverage. (I dont buy the cheapest...I need the about 1000ish AT tires for my job)Every single time I get about 600 saved up, something has come up where Ive had to use half.My front truck tires were just a mass of exposed wires and I had to replace them immediately!I happened upon Used Tire Warehouse and gave them a call to see if they had my truck size tires.They did!They were so helpful, friendly & accommodating.They even found a better set of 4 tires for me than the ones theyd originally told me about!I am so very thankful for this place!I can now drive safely again without worry and stress over my tires blowing out on the highway.They have also given me the extra time I need to be able to save up for a set of new truck tires.Thank you sooo very much!Absolutely Highly Recommend!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Went and bought a headlight for my car. Asked the guys working here to put it in. 30 dollars later it was in. The next day it was blown. I talked to the place I bought it and they said the installer touched the bulb. I called the shop and manager said hed replace for free. I drove back to the shop to get it replaced and now they want to charge me 30 more dollars to replace the bulb they broke. Dont come here unless you want ripped off

Thought I needed a patch, fortunately they noticed several screws in my tire and gave me a new one for cheaper than it wouldve been to have it patched up! Very kind and considerate 😊 I appreciate them very much. Great experience and they saved me money. Cant beat that!

I would give it no stars but had to give at least one so I could post something. I used to go here faithfully for used tires, ever since they opened. It was fair prices and good quality used tires. Until, 2 days ago, I go to get a tire and Carlos is directing me to drive on their lift ramp and when I did, that p.o.s. caused my muffler to come off. Guess who wont fix it now? I will NEVER go back and will make sure all my friends know too.

I bought 4 tires from here just a month ago; I was given just a 7 day warranty. Just 4 weeks later, one of my tires popped on a very busy road causing me to go off of the road and get into an accident. I am expecting my first and I am now in the hospital making sure my baby’s life was not jeopardized due to poor installers... I would NOT recommend to anyone.

Just tried to sell me a used tire at $65 with four nails in it!!! Plus on of them was not fixable! Then they try to sell me new tires that have the worse tread pattern for WAY more then any place around, shady as it gets if you dont know better and ot looks like thats how they make their business with people that dont know better, GO TO BIG O TIRES!!

Absolutely the worst!!!! first I got oil change they didnt put new sticker in window to let me know when I need another oil change, my wife bought 2 used tires, one was wrong size!!! I had to go replace the other within a week, then they point out wrong tire is on so I bought 2 more, they didnt balance either so van started shaking really bad, went to Sams club to have balanced they told me one of the tires is unsafe to drive and a another is bad, both which I bought here within 2 weeks ago, I tired calling to explain whats happened guy told me.he doesnt speak English and hung up!!!! O and they charged me $45 per tire, $10 more then they had just charged her for other two bad tires. Wish I could post a picture of the tire thats falling apart that I drive my toddlers in not knowing it was about to blow out!!!!

I called them they told me they had like new tires 90% tread left for $55 I arrived at the store I get the tire looks good Ill look it up $50.00 new I tell the gentleman I dont want the tire and does he have anything different then I would pay more for a better tire he says yes charge me 10 dollars then put my tire back on my rim and told me to leave. This place really is a joke guys dont ever buy from them.

SCAM I had a bought a new crankshaft pulley and serpentine belt to be put on. Charged me 100 for labor. Parts cost me around 70 . My car starts acting funny and I take it to a mechanic and they say its the pulley. They also said the one on my car was not new!!!! So the employee at this location put an old pulley on my car. SCAM

Purchased 4 used tires, for dodge van price was ok, they do not put in new valve stems, the over all service was ok I had to return 2 times the same day I purchased the tires because one was not holding air they figured it out wanted to charger me but did not, second trip was for a leak on another tire that the valve stem was now leaking on, I paid them the 7 dollars for the new stem. This place is a bit dirty outside lots of junk laying around and gravel drive is full of broken plastic and glass. I went in with four tire tire caps and left with 2 when I asked where they were the person acted like I was speaking another language well I was to him he dident speak English, I went and pick up some new ones at local auto place. The thing I found the best was the sigh on the wall saying 5 dollars off your purchase for 5 star review on Google. Not everyone can, but if possible buy new tires the product offered is sure to have a defect, my experience was one of lost items and extra trips.
