Schedule appointment on 5/29 for 8am on 6/7. Received text on 6/4 saying glass was on the way and they look forward to seeing me. Took off work and drove 45 minutes to their location only to be told they did not have the glass from warehouse all while receiving two text this morning confirming appointment. Then told they can’t get me in till Thursday in Clarksville or more than two weeks out in Nashville. Poor customer service.

On July 9th I had my windshield replaced. Today, August 22, I found my driver side front seat with a puddle of water on the floor and my seat wet. I am livid. My car is a 2020 and should be in perfect condition still. Now I have to deal with water damage and Im expected to trust the same Safelite to fix the windshield correctly. Im disappointed in this company. Out in Colorado safelite is the best of the best but clearly here in Clarksville Tennessee its subpar.

They replaced the windshield quick but didnt replace the seal.

Ive used this business in the past and they are very good. I just called to make an appointment to have a windshield replaced and I was told by an automated service that they no longer will do phone appointments it has to be done strictly online so unfortunately they have lost my business

Taken 2 vehicles there, wipers installed wrong on one, glass seal leaked on the other. Also was double charged and had to wait for my refund.

Ive been trying for 2wks to get my windshield fixed and every time I schedule an appointment they say they dont have my windshield in stock and this morning the man I spoke with said they wont have any until May 2nd? Im like ugh what??? I have to wait a whole year to get my windshield fixed. Tf??

Great, friendly service, and had my brand new windshield installed & calibrated in no time! And, I admit, I was nervous because I have all the electronics, sensors, and heads up display on my windshield, but everything works perfectly! Great job guys!

The website was very easy to navigate and set up an appointment. The staff was professional. The work was fast, but not sloppy. Even paying out of pocket doesnt break the bank. All being all, worth it.

Scheduling is super easy. We had scheduled our appt 2 weeks in advanced due bad weather a lot of people are needing windshield replacements. We understand that however day of the appt was a no call no show. My husband had to call them and got a nonchalant person saying Sorry the tech got caught up & to make it up offered to let my husband drive an hour to Clarksville and theyll squeeze him in. If he wanted to do that he wouldnt have scheduled you to come to us so now we have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come out. Hopefully they dont blow us off again

I scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield. Soonest appointment was 3 weeks out. The day of my appointment I was notified via email that my appointment was rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. When I called they said a technician had called in sick and they gave me the next available appointment. Rude customer service. I have an appointment with another company for next week and half the price!

Great experience. I went in to have my windshield repaired from a rock or nail being thrown up from 101st. Quick simple servic. Had wiper blades replaced as well. I was in and out of there in less than half an hour.

We have used safe lite autoglass twice both resulting in issues. The first one was a crack that needed to be sealed. I scheduled a mobile repair and was contacted same day that they weren’t going to make it and that I would have to bring my car in if I wanted it taken care of in the next two weeks. The crack was sealed but can still be seen. They did not explain this, and had I known I would have replaced the windshield.The second time the mobile technician has been nothing but terrible. The windshield was put in wrong results in air flow noise and water leaking into the vehicle. After coming out to redo the windshield their is not adhesive stuck to the visor and interior of the vehicle. Due to the incompetence of the technician our vehicle has water damage and black adhesive through out.I would recommend you find a different glass shop to go to if you want things done right and on time.

Booked an appointment online for a total of $819 to replace and recalibrate a windshield on a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. The online process requested my insurance provider information to include the company, the account number, the agent name and phone number. I provided the information and the website informed me that the process was in progress and the insurance was being verified. If anything goes wrong I would be notified. Well I arrived 10 minutes early and they asked me if I took care of starting a claim. I said yes I did it online at your website, he told me no, we don’t do the insurance process, you have to do it. I said okay, just go ahead and replace it and I will pay it. He says it’s over $1,000, you want to pay it. So it went from $819 to over $1,000 because insurance was going to pay? I even showed him the $819 online price and all he said was, well it’s $1,049 now, do you want to do it? I walked out, sounds like crooks to me over charging because insurance was involved!

Terrible experience. Was having a chip due to a rock on the highway repaired. The technician showed up asked for the keys and walked away. Called me 5 minutes later and said my windshield cracked more. Walked outside and he cracked the windshield entirely across. Manager Mike Fallets said that there is nothing they can do even though the technician was at fault and did not explain the risks to me prior to working. Now they want me to pay them $500 for a windshield. Definitely seems like a scam to me. The technician told me he has done this multiple times in the 2 months he has worked at Safelite. Very disappointed!

Customers definitely seem to be some characters from sitting around the waiting room, but the guys there are top notch and know their work well. Very professional, did clean work, and handled it all as well as Id expect any repair shop to. My warranty paid for it all, they had no issue charging it to their account, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half, maybe around an hour. Thrilled with the work and happy with my car now, thanks guys. Would definitely recommend if youre in need of Auto Glass.

A small rock was flung into my windshield and cause a crack, I used their website to set up my appointment, it was nice and easy, make sure you have your insurance info handy. I arrived for my appointment, the poor guy was by himself, he still got us taken care of in under an hour! I will recommend and use them again!

Had my glass repaired and it was just a out standing job the man working on it knew everything and fixed it perfectly at the end you couldnt even tell that I had two cracks in the windshield definitely 5 out of 5

This is a smaller shop but I will say the team there was very helpful and worked with me when my passenger side window was broken out. replacement window did not work well they replaced it under warranty.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Technician didnt show up until 2 hours past estimated arrival time, replaced a back window, and now my hatch wont open. Set 2 different appointments to have them come see if wiring got pinched, tech didnt show for either. Finally came out when I called corporate, pounded on the inside of my hatch for less than 15 seconds, and insisted it couldnt possibly be his fault. Had to pay for a mechanic to fix the snapped wiring harness and replace the glass that wasnt installed correctly.

Lance went above and beyond to get the original style molding gasket for my truck windshield instead of the type the manufacturer switched to. Great group of guys there also very personable.

They had to reschedule me for a windshield replacement after my crack spread they were very nice about it and walked me through it and I was able to look at it before paying and they were super friendly and helpful and I would definitely return if needed and recommend thanks for the amazing service!!

I scheduled my appointment the night before and had it done in 1 hour the next day for a really good price. I definitely would come here again they took really good care of the car and their work.

Rip off city they have 12 different prices depending on how they choose to rip you off.

Great place they were attentive and got the job done right and quickly.

They had the wrong windshield part # listed in their database, so I had to drive around all weekend w/a windshield theyd destroyed when they removed it from the car, then reinstalled it. The guy told me hed discount it $50.00 as it was their mistake. When i returned, he said the owner told him he could only give me $25.00 off. In the end, he gave me $75.00 off the original price, not $25.00. Thank God! Prayer is powerful!

I gave it four stars because its hard to tell what to do when you first walk in. All of the staff is busy working on their clients vehicles so their not always available to sign you in. Aside from that, they are courteous, kind and ready to help!

This company is a complete joke. They had given me an estimate two months ago, and still havent fixed my windshield because everytime they come its a new excuse. They have come to my house several times and everytime they come they say they cant fix it that day. But that they will be back the next day. Do yourself a favor, and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with these people. Clearly you arent important to them. After waiting so long I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Got my Mercedes Benz windshield replace there. The guy that did it was very professional and kept the dash clean when he was removing and installing the windshield.

Mine was a warranty from glass and install from Colorado, aftermarket glass they use is not as good as manufacturers glass, did not still fit right but looks ok will see!

Not equipped to do installs for after market truck manual sliding glass.👎
