They do quality work and keep you updated every step of the way.

Do not trust, they only care about your insurance money. Had my car towed in from the scene of the accident because it wasnt running right after the accident. Told them the issue just started when I tried to start it after the accident and to let me know if there was any issues. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks, first phone call I ever got from them was the vehicle was ready. Went to pick it up and engine problem had not been addressed. They then proceeded to tell me they diagnosed it as a blown head with water in the oil. I refused the vehicle and they took it to the dealer who did not find any water in the oil, they found metal from a spun rod bearing because service king admitted to me they were knowingly starting and driving a car with water in the oil for over 3 weeks and it wasnt their problem because there was no damage to the engine from the accident even tho when I dropped it off I informed them there was a new, undiagnosed engine issue that started at the time of the accident. So we went from a blown head gasket to a blown engine due to Service Kings intentional neglect. They never even called me, they just did the body work so they could get paid from insurance, never addressed any issues or concerns about the engine to the customer and admitted their negligence to address the engine issue to my face but wont own up. In any automotive business you know driving a car with water in the oil makes it significantly worse and due to their negligence and greed they screwed over another hard working American instead of simply picking up the phone the second they diagnosed it instead of just worrying about their bottom line. Avoid at all costs if you care about your vehicle because they dont.Update: responded to their response below, a month later still heard nothing. What a joke.

Awesome. I pray I never need body work again. But they do customer service right. My vehicle was ready ahead of schedule, it was done to perfection and clean. They took care of the rental and kept me updated on my vehicles progress. I will definitely return!!!

These guys did great on my insurance claim repair and was able to get my vehicle back to me in a very timely manor sooner than I had expected and you can’t even tell that the vehicle was in an accident

Had a hit and run so I chose Service King to do the repairs. In order to make it like new they had to disassemble the door. They fixed the body damage but when my vehicle was returned the locks didn’t work properly and my door handle was broken. I pointed it out to them and they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. Would not recommend.

On April 22nd, Me and the babies were in a car accident. It wasnt that bad but a little story :I was driving down some back roads where I came across an older pickup truck hauling a dryer and refrigerator. The guy didnt have the items tied down properly and so the dryer fell out of the back of his pickup truck and hit the front of my Nissan going about 45mph. The guy driving the pickup truck wasnt insurances and didnt have a license. Damage done was a little over 2100$. Which, of course, we had to pay the deductible. Car was in the shop at service King Here in clarksville for about a week or so. I got the car back this past Friday, and anyone who knows me knows I make ALOT OF TRIPS to Alabama. So I was making one of those trips today when I noticed my Nissan was shaking extremely bad. (Videos and pictures below)Well, I called service King and they said that I would need to take the car back to a local shop and have it diagnosed before they can fix it and it was probably not an insurance claim because the shaking was coming from the right front tire.Today, after making the trip back from Alabama, I got to where I was too scared to drive the nissan with the shaking that it was doing.So I took it to Walmart thinking it was just the tire that needed to be balanced and since the accident hit the left and not the right side of my car, Service King didnt touch it.I walked into Walmart here in clarksville, and information the guy who was working of my situation and he said hed take a look and see what was going on.Within minutes of him getting my Nissan rogue up on the racks, he pulled me outside and showed me my tires. And when tell you I experienced multiple different emotions all at once.Service king had NUMBEROUS opportunities to tell me about my two front tires. And service King claimed that they never saw the damage and that they even done an alignment to my car.Walmart put on four brand new tires and gave me the number to a local trusted shop to get an alignment done.All I can say is that I am beyond blessed to have been kept safe driving on the interstate and service King will NEVER get my service again.

I would give zero stars if I could. They were absolutely shady with their business. We were referred to this location because of an insurance claim from a car accident. My husband got hit and only wanted to get his bumper replaced since that was the bulk of the damage and made it clear with the shop that this was to be the only fix. They call us the next day and let us know that they will be fixing/replacing a multitude of things for way over the budget we had and we clarified that we only wanted the bumper replaced. They told us they would be fixing everything from the insurance claim regardless and we would be having to pay X amount. Absolutely NOT. We decided to pick up our truck to take our business elsewhere and it was honestly just such a hassle to deal with.

This was my first time having to get auto work however Service King Collision has gotten my car looking like I just bought it brand new I would definitely recommend this business to my follow colleagues friends and family! Thank you all for taking great care of my car ☺️

Service king, especially Bradley, was nothing but amazing! They kept me up to date with my Subaru with daily texts and I couldnt have had a better experience. I couldnt explain my reaction when I got the text Caleb your Subaru is fixed and ready to come home. Would recommend this to everyone.

We had two unfortunate events happen to our vehicle in one month. Service King was recommended by our insurance company and right away I knew why. They are amazing! Everyone is very nice and extremely professional. I appreciated that they got right to the point of the issues needing fixed, fixed it, and went above what was expected to make sure the quality was 💯. When they were finished with the repair, they washed my vehicle and vacuumed it out! They also take care of the rental call for you and make sure you are ready to go. Would definitely recommend!!

Hit a deer with the Mustang, Service King did a great job fixing her back up. The daily texts with progress reports are greatly appreciated. Plus they finished earlier than originally estimated. The best call is when they called and said the Mustang will be ready in an hour, we are just cleaning her up!!

Take a picture of your mileage at drop off. Check my Yelp account before they delete my truthful review on google AGAIN. I have proof they deleted my review from google. Fox 5 will alert the surrounding area as soon as I have time.

Repaired my car when it needed to be after an accident back in the Spring of 2016. Expenses were covered by the other drivers insurance. No issues, quickly service and fixed the damage that needed to be fixed.

1/2019 Update. Service King is slipping badly apparently due to a new manager that wants to squeeze every penny out of the customer. No negotiation and their salesmen are simply not interested when they are not being outright rude. Major changes are overdue. Recommend veterans stay away for their own sake.

They kept putting off the pickup date for my car and they didnt align my wheels properly and they burnt out my clutch transporting it to Madison TN so now I have to pay $2000 out of pocket to buy a new clutch and cover and bearing and flywheel thanks service king, also update the gas cover you guys replaced from the body damage no longer opens when I pull the lever to fill up gas so thanks for that too
