In store service is great but Ive had a moped from these guys for about 3 months and now I seem to be having carb issues. Called yesterday may24th at noon the guy told me to call him this morning at 8AM! So I did because I need to get back and forth from work and the guy keeps making excuses as to why he cant come now. This morning he said hed be here but its now noon may25th and Ive still yet to have anyone help me out I called him back at 1pm for the 6th time in the past 24 hours and he said he would be here in 20 minutes, an hour later hes saying it will be later. Im getting pretty frustrated that I woke up at 8am and waited for a guy whos postponed this considering they know theyre the only people who work on Magnum mopeds this side of the water. I even said Id pay them extra if they needed but its just frustrating so far.Edit: you did not call my phone why lie on a Google review thats just bad ethics. I can email you my call log if you like. I waited so long i didnt call you back until 10 then you kept saying you couldnt do it. Youre very unprofessional and I hope you lose business

My ole lady and I just bought our daughter a little 4wheeler and long story short. Tracy the owner and his right hand man are great friendly ppl and I would definitely buy from them again in future!!!

GREAT customer service, AMAZING people, and most of all they are a HONEST dealer which is what the world needs more of! We bought 2 Petronas 125ccs they run and sound great we are very pleased. When we went to pay we had over paid by $200 and none of us had caught it but he went to use the restroom and when he came out of the restroom he said hold on I thought you had XXX but there is XXX+X here he said it’s not mine ♥️ All around I am VERY PLEASED if you are looking these guys are a must see!!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!I needed a brake handle after mine cracked and fast to keep doing my delivery gig. It was a week out to order my handle online and no local parts available, these guys had some spares for repair work. The mechanic came out and personally made sure it was a match and I get to work safely another day!!!!!!

This is the worst place to go. I bought an 4 wheeler and he has all fake stuff inside. I had problems on the second week of Not starting, carborater issues.

Great customer service!I live out of state and my local Tao dealer would not give me the part number I needed, unless I purchased the part through them, at 2x the price. I called TNC ATV & Cycles and they were more than willing to help me out, even though I am in Kentucky and was not going to be ordering from them.

Ive bought four bikes from this place and Im buying another spring of 2020. This is the best place to buy a bike Ive bought bikes all over Louisville and Indiana and theres no shop like this one. Cheap prices, ok customer service but the best part is there bikes they last and run forever. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Only negative thing I can say is they badly need a website

Very very poor service i drop my sons dirtbike off a month ago jus to get miner things fix every week i called they say same thing call me back next week well i got sick n tired of waitn so i went pickup.today very very poor communicaton with me. Do yourself a favor dont go here

Bought my son a small 4 wheeler for his birthday not only did they do everything they could to accommodate me they even stayed almost an hour past closing to wait for me to get there to pick it up great customer service and great people highly recommended

Went to look at the inventory, ended up leaving thinking I didnt have enough, the bike I bought was cheaper than it would have been if I got it online. The guy even drove me to the dmv to get the bike registered. Almost 200 miles on the bike and no problems. They are good people inside this place. Id recommend them to anyone looking.

The staff here are wonderful this is where I recommend everyone come for there moving and storage needs.

Great place. They came and picked up my bike for me and got it in good working condition. Broke down again a few days later but they claim they will fix it! Its an old bike so could be more wro g with it then first anticipated.

Seem like straight shooters. They have the Chinese stuff. I havent done any deals with them. They have nice looking wood deck car trailers

PLEASE SHARE WITH EVERYONE ON YOUR FRIENDS LIST***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. My husband left a negative review on their FB page regarding repeated poor customer service which has now been deleted... to top it off the owner called my husbands cell phone after the review and threatened to pull him out of his truck and whoop his arse if he ever showed up at the store again; also said he would come to our house and beat him. There were more choice words and he hung up on my husband twice. Way to run a professional business. WOW!!!

DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Sorry so long, but please read!!!Bought an Bullett-21 fifty cc scooter for my sons Birthday and as soon as we unloaded it off the truck it wouldnt start, BLOWN FUSE. They came and switched out the bad fuse and my son got to ride it a few hours, then it blew another fuse and wouldnt start. I took it back to them and they replaced the bad fuse with a higher amperage, (not good for the electrical components and wiring). The last time this happened, my son gotstranded, away from home and I had to go retreive him and the scooter, I took it in again and they had it for 2 weeks, keep in mind each time Ive dropped it off, I left my name and number and each time never got a call from them. I had to call them each time or stop by the store and to my surprise, its fixed and has been fixed sitting in a back room.My son has only put 189 miles on this scooter since December, my son wrecked his scooter and I took it to them to be quoted for repairs, again, I left my name and number again and left it with them for 2 weeks and when I returned to pick it up, thinking its probably done and sitting in the back again, it hadnt even been touched or had parts quoted?????? Theyre excuse was were super busy, I get that, but no phone call or nothing, really????? Ill tell you why theyre so busy... they sell junk !!!!Done being a nice guy,This is a promise to this company, if I drive by and theres people outside, i will stop, on the shoulder of the public road, and tell them not to buy from this place!!7/28/17, the day after this post and post on facebook...Owner called my cell phone, finally after the bad review and threatened to come to my house or if I came to his place of business and whoop my arse, this is a good way to run a business. No worries, I got plenty of home security cameras and what not if you decide to take that route.Im sorry you couldnt handle a bad review and instead of calling me, (the customer) to apologize, you wanted to start the conversation with cussing and threatening, I had to add this to my original post. Lets see how you handle your response to this......think hard...... people are watching.

Bad experience paid 1350 for a 150 4 wheeler had one day bad carb. he did put one on put ran it for one day set for about 3 days it runs for little bit then will quitwhen i take it too him he will want labor grandson is not very happyhave 90 days too take it back grandson thanks we should have got one off craigslist when you buy a new one you should get a good one?
