Fantastic experience all around. Planning our kitchen renovation and receiving quotes was very easy. Robbie contacted me the very next business day after putting in a request on their website (other businesses either took several days to a week or more, or never contacted me at all). He came out to our property the day after that (free of charge) to take initial measurements and prepare initial quotes for us. The day after his visit, he called with three different price points for different material qualities, sinks, and faucets, including all taxes, fees, and labor. This couldnt have gone more quickly or efficiently. Robbie was able to answer every question we had, and provided us with a lot of great information upfront that we would not have thought to ask about.After visiting the shop, receiving samples to take home, and selecting our material, we were scheduled for cabinet prep and final installation. On both days, the employees from Bad Lizard were prompt, on-time, and answered any questions I had during preparation and installation. They even pointed out that my dishwasher had been mounted incorrectly, causing a sway during operation, and mounted it correctly during cabinet prep.A slight incorrect measurement was made prior to cutting our materials that caused our kitchen island countertop to be slightly undersized. The installation crew explained this issue to me right away, and explained that they would either cut a new slab of material at the shop if they still had it, or order additional material to rectify the issue. The crew came back out the very next day with the newly cut material and replaced the undersized countertop, in and out within 20 minutes. For this being the only bit of a hiccup we had during the entire process, and how quickly it was rectified, I was very happy.If youre looking for granite and quartz, I would definitely recommend Bad Lizard for their quality of service, materials, and expertise. I was hesitant to complete this renovation, and all of the folks here made it very simple for me.

We purchased a 30 x 38 piece of quartz from remnant stock. The price was very reasonable but the best part was when I went in to pick up the finished piece. Without instruction from us, they made the cut from the most beautiful area of the slab.The folks there are fantastic to work with. They not only instructed me on how to install it myself, but also supplied me with a tube of glue saving me another stop at a hardware store.With confidence, I can recommend doing business with these guys! From start to finish, they treated us like were the most important customers they have, even though ours was a very small project.
