OMG, this store is a disaster. I work for Walmart over 300 miles away and I was embarassed. Empty shelves. No carts when we arrived nor when we left. Very understaffed. Beef and poultry cases almost completely empty. No, I mean no, seafood and the cooler was on and cold. 75% of the produce area was empty. The store was a mess, dirty, very under stocked. One very nice older woman told me they were very understaffed and that it had been that way for a long time. I felt so bad for them I wanted to jump in and help. A black eye for Walmart. No where even close to Walmart standards.

Miss leading signage on endcaps. Please excuse the quality of the picture from my cheap phone. But wouldnt you assume the green boxes on the end cap are on sale for $17.99? Nope, $23.99. Supervisor was called by the attendant and he refused to honor price.

Bit slow getting help, but understanding short on help, but dont get being short handed sure it not by choice

Went to purchase a laptop that was priced on sale in the entertainment department told me it was a display model and needed to be unlocked, after a conversation with Walmart support I was told I could purchase it and pick it up later just for the store lead to give me a run around and say they couldn’t sell it period although it was posted for sale. If they want to preform illegal price posting then not let anyone but it period I will not be returning to this Walmart. Extraordinarily rude and unprofessional, I recommended no one come here for any electronic purchases.

Good selection of food and household goods. Very competitive prices. Would have gone with 5 stars except their online shopping service has had some bumps like telling us they were out of things I went right in and found, very small fruits or bunches of produce when they shop it, waiting for up to 20 to 30 minutes on an order they said was ready. However I am generally pleased with the store and I still use the grocery pickup service frequently.

Im awful about waiting til last minute to go to Walmart. Still havent adjusted to the closing and not 24hours of open. As usual I get to the register after close, understandably irritated, then my Walmart pay messes up. But for the first time ever in history I had the most pleasant gentleman who was not at all bothered by my ditzy moment. He carried me items to customer service and very graciously took his time and assisted me. Great job RYAN who worked close at #1544 Clarksburg WV.

Found what I needed. Wish they took better care of the mobile carts had to wait to find one that was charged. Some very helpful associates.

Customer at this Walmart is horrible. You better be ready to be your own customer service ! They don’t want to be bothered by customers in order to help us! It’s horrible to even have to deal with the employees at this store! Do not have any expect to get any real help! Just remember like the heavy set boy that was in the tech area, when I asked him a question assuming I know the answer he tells me “xrNo” that they don’t do trade ins with cracked screens. Seldom anyone in sporting goods and if there is they are not overly friendly. Grocery shelves often not well stocked. I definitely prefer driving a greater distance to shop another Wal-Mart. Actually Target and Krogers are both much, much better.

Absolutely the poorest Walmart on the planet!!Always a lot of items out of stock!!No 1/2 gallons of milk, no bread other than great value, meat department is poor at best, no 2 liters of diet soda, other than $2 coke and Pepsi!!Isn’t just today, it’s every week!! Piss poor management!!!

They advised me that repairing my tablet would cost more than buying a new one, then helped me figure out why my phone was constantly out of memory - all at no charge.Last time I went to them my computer was kaput (had already been advised it was likely by computer savvy friends). They werent able to salvage it but were able to replace the harddrive leaving me with a much more robust computer at a fraction of the cost of a new one.BTWThey have graduated to a store front and are no longer at a kiosk.

Has a lot more to offer than the nearer location. Except we still have to drive all the way to Morgantown for Herdez blue corn tortilla chips :/

Sold out of a lot of food and other items. Meat, milk has went up in price almost double. Unless you have a $100 to spend there is almost no point in going. Most of the employees are nice. If you dont like to self-checkout you may be waiting in line for quite a while. Theres not many actual cashiers open to handle the traffic. The new T&L Hot Dog they put in is hit or miss. Expensive like all T&L but made me sick after eating it.

I like the staff. They are helpful and they remember you.

I would have to give it a 3 andthats was pushing it. Theyre delivery service is by far subpar as they wont even bring your groceries or personal items to you if you live just 10 minutes down the road and to date my fiance and I have yet to receive one correct full order. You will never make me believe that 20 of the 40 grocery items that I ordered via walmart.com are now all unavailable at the 3 super centers near me! Do better Walmart! Time to get your game faces on!

Well they act absolutely stupid when it comes to using coupons in the store! Employee looking for employee Merritt badge of honor tell us we can only use 1 coupon at a time, WHAT!!! Ties ya up at the register for 20 mins waiting and arguing back n forth. Forget the fact that weve spent an easy 30 grand in that store n way more in all their stores together. I like the store bit their policies are DUHHHHHH.. And lastly if they try and bring back a mask policy 4 a fake Delta Hoax we will NEVER go back 2 ANY Walmart again.

Was decent shopping quick in and out easy trip easy layout

After pushing a button to have an associate assist me in getting an item out of a locked glass cabinet 3 times and even calling the store service desk on my cell phone, no one ever showed to assist me. After 20+ minutes of waiting, I left. Very poor customer service.

Not enouge check out counters. Its nice for the younger people that can use the check yourself out but older people like me needed to use 2 cards, had no ideal how to do it so went to one that could do it for me and waited over 20 min just to get to the checkout part. The older women behind me had the same problem. Its nice all this faster and easier way thing are now days but remember us old people that cant work the machine or stand long periods of time. Ty.

They are always out of stock on items for weeks at a time. I can go to any other Walmart and they always have what I am looking for. Very frustrating

Definitely one of the better Walmart’s I’ve been to they have a nice selection of items they usually always have what I’m shopping for. This Walmart’s just like all the others when it comes down to having enough registers open! The last 3 times I’ve been in the store they had 2 registers open and then over at the self checkouts they had 3 employees standing around just waiting for a customer to need assistance…. Not sure why they wouldn’t have 2 of those ppl running the registers to get the lines down?

I went food shopping at Walmart a lot of things were hard to find because everybody was buying everything up for 4th of July celebration so they were out of a lot of things but they were trying to restock as quick as they were out of different items otherwise I got pretty much everything I needed

Could not really find anything that I needed and the clerks are not that helpful. They use to take you to the product and now all they do is look on a device

I have to say that the person to person interaction is getting less and having to go to one check out aisle is terrible to use cash not everybody has cards and I enjoy having the cashier experience and checking out and wearing out one person is not fair and losing jobs in this economy isnt right its been bad enough with the covid for the last two years Walmart used to be fun used to be a great place to spend time and meet your friends and family now its a hassle and a headache

Pretty much same as always, however, its awful to have school supplies out already and the summer stuff is all going away. I think that we the customers should be able to get the summer items while its still summer

The store was out of many common things I wanted to buy. Cashiers were rude. Lines to cash outwere really long. getting tired of it.

It is my pleasure to commend the professional help and attitude of Nicholas, a man who usually works in Electronics. On Feb. 25, 2021, I was in the sewing department and needed someone to cut fabric. Several clerks approached and stated that they were calling for help, but after 15 min., no one appeared. Then came Nicholas -- he was calm and polite, and helped me unroll the fabric I was going to purchase. He answered my questions not by personal knowledge, but by studiously using his electronic device. I ended up purchasing 3 bolts of fabric and I surely will return for future needs. Thank you very much, Nicholas from Electronics.

I was in your store today and my mom fall down by the door there was no rug in the front door she hurt here hip and elbow a little bit and like after she fall they put a rug down a person in yellow vest walk up and put it down rug and it was raining and I all most fall my self. my dad was think about talking to a lawyer about the incident this is wrong WalMart u should think about customers first and there safety I have been in your stores before and not have seen no rugs in the front at all and I had done this alot

Typical super WalMart, convenient location, and usually not overly crowded. Nice that its just right off the interstate.

While I love Walmart, I despise the changes to the inside of the stores. The way the aisles have been shortened up and slimmed down its hard for a wheelchair to motivate up and down the aisles when the store is busy So, I utilize online services more and more. I love Walmart pick up services. Try it, youll like it.

Wal-mart is wal-mart. What can i say. You get what you get. Depending on what days you go you will be able to either get half of everything you need or none of what you thought you needed. Mondays are probably the worst times to go. Oh and just like the memes. Wal-mart takes advantage of its costumers by making you check yourself out and bag your own items. Its also against their religion to have more than 2 registers open. And their number 1 rule is having at least 20 people standing in line for long periods of minutes at each and everyone of their 2 registers. The staff there seam to be hard workers and actually seam like they care about doing their job. Would high five everyone of them for their staff for their hard work.The bottom line is Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart and if you expect to get the big Red Target shopping experience from Wal-Mart then stop taking those drugs.

My son collects transformers and box condition is part of that hobby. If the box is damaged we have been given a small markdown before. The employee at the self checkout this time wasn’t having it. It was a 30 dollar one and anything discounted would have been appreciated. It’s not like we need the money since we spent 180 on a total of 5 of them. We also went back later that day for a bike and weed eater gas. Another 120. Total of 300 in one day and one ignorant cashier can’t give a small discount for the sake of customer service? They hardly ever keep up with stocking those items and when they do they treat the merchandise like garbage.

My girlfriend sent me after some extra cloths for a trip she was on... including bras... THANK GOD the staff was able and willing to assist me in selecting just the right type for her! I dont know if the ladies leggings and tanks are usually just a few bucks each but either way, you cant beat that price!

I call to find out if you have items in store only to be put on hold for over30 minutes and know one picks up the phone. Call back and ask to speak with a manger and was put on hold again. Never did find out. Will never place another call ever again.

You can find about anything you need in one store. You can get in and out quickly.

This store is ok. Its better when things are stocked and when you can actually walk through the store and get to things. They usually have plenty of clothes though

Pick up was quick and easy

Usually not a bad place - but they closed the store because of a covid outbreak and called it just a cleaning effort a few months back. Then, last night there parking lights were not on in the dark. Made it very difficult to park and a very dangerous area.

Typical walmart.. wasnt bad and wasnt good.. limited staff makes it overwhelming for those who are working. It takes time to get a member. When you finally do, they try to be helpful and friendly.

Its Wal-Mart. Staff are generally friendly. Prices are pretty good. Cant complain to much. Sometimes its packed with customers....but can always seem to get in, get my stuff and get out without issues.

This Walmart is a pleasant surprise to us, having patronized another Walmart store, in Lehigh Acres, for over a decade. This Walmart is really a beautiful store in stark contrast to the Lehigh Acres Walmart! This Walmart is always clean, always has the items we set out to buy in stock, and has some of the most friendly in-store Walmart associates (employees) that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing/interacting with. Great, clean, and friendly Walmart!!! Again, I never would have guessed that shopping at a Walmart could ever be an enjoyable experience, however we were very pleasantly surprised.

The self checkout needs to take cash but other than that its ok
