They worked on my 2006 dodge 1500 truck and fixed recalls on airbag on the driver side and the passenger side . Took them longer to work on it which was no big deal because they had a fire in the main building which took me a little longer to get my truck thank goodness it wasn’t inside any longer . But then after I got it home started having problems electrical problems have no horn problems with the dash lights interior lights cargo light . And for some reason it stalls out never done any of this before I took it to get it worked on Airbag light brake light speedometer quit working .it did not do any of those before called and talk to them and of course they’re still working around the fire still haven’t been able to get it back in the shop to get it worked on The shop still not in good shape to work on vehicles yet as what I was told trying to be patient

Country club did the repairs on our Ram Pickup truck. They did such a great job. They went above and beyond they found additional damages and fix them where other may have missed and definitely would not have repaired. They kept me updated on the progress and let me know everything that was happening. They even handled my insurance company for me. They got me in a lot faster than any other repair shop in the area. I’m new to this area and didn’t know any body shops so I had called 7 shops all saying it would be at least 4 to 6 weeks before they could fit me in and I understand that smaller shops can’t handle to many vehicles and keep customers happy. Once I called country club I went out next day for estimates and 3 days later I was dropping it off for repairs I will definitely Recommend country club

Country Club was the smoothest transition Ive ever had with a car dealer. They completed body work on our truck and done a superb job on it. They go above a beyond. They changed a bulb and wiped the truck out and it was clean and neat. The employees are the best so very knowledgeable and organized they do their job very professionally. Dealer is great and vehicles are awesome (for Chrysler anyway haha)! I recommend them if you dont mind a smaller selection, or waiting on a salesmen. I had a bit of a slow experience, on a non busy day it seemed- but didnt mind. I didnt get my selection from here as I felt like the selling was too passive, slow, and somewhat too much upselling. Recommend this dealer if you know what you want, and have no intention of changing your mind- and they have it of course.

This was the worst service I have had. I had an electrical problem with my 2020 Jeep Wrangler ( that I bought there) and had to do an emergency drop off on May 31st Monday ( which they were closed) I understood I didn’t have an appointment also. So June 1st(Tuesday) I called them to make sure they have gotten my Jeep and the keys and they understood the problem I wrote down. I then called them on June 3rd(Thursday) and they still did not check it. Then again June 4th (Friday) and nothing. I then asked about a vehicle and they said since I didn’t have an appointment they could not get me one. So the following week on June 8th (Tuesday) they finally started diagnosing it and June 9th (Thursday) they finally found a transmission wire harness that was bad and needed replaced. After several more calls and waiting it was finally fixed and ready to be returned June 18th (Friday) 3 weeks after dropping it off. I know they say they have a life time guarantee but if this is how they treat you this is a horrible place to get a vehicle and the warranty is no good if they keep your vehicle this long for a wire harness.

I had my car sent there because I had hit a deer and greatly damaged the body and also broke my power steering lines and all sorts of other things. My insurance adjuster told me it would take about two weeks is what he figured and sure enough the dealership was on time to the day exactly calling to tell me it was done.But on a side note, i haven’t picked it up yet. Do you guys happen to offer any sort of payment plans on getting a vehicle fixed there? I don’t have the money right off hand because my husband JUST started a new job and he hasn’t even gotten his first paycheck yet. This is our only vehicle so I have to have it back ASAP and I know there have been places I have gone in the past that have worked with me by letting me pay part of it down and financing the rest, etc. If there is any way you can help me please let me know. There is a garage near me that usually does a lot of work for me and they have allowed me to charge work that they’ve done before and I have paid them on time and can provide them as a credit reference if I need to. Please just let me know and once I am able to pick the vehicle up I’ll edit this review and delete this part.

I have a 2018 Ford Fusion & was rear-ended in March. GEICO sent me to Country Club Chrysler for my estimate during the estimate it was determined that my car was a non driver so I had to get a rental and figure out where I would like to have the car fixed. I bought the car from Chenoweth & they have completed ALL the work on it up until this point but when I called I was told that the body shop was extremely busy & they could not get it in for like 2 weeks. Brian @ Country Club said he could get it in earlier & assured me the work would be guaranteed thru them & Geico. So I agreed to let Country Club do the work. Alot of my parts were on back order so it ended up taking a month to get my car fixed. I had a rental. My husband picked the car up and it was pouring the rain down so he didnt get to inspect the car. Brian told my husband the Fusion Emblem was on back order and he would call us as soon as it came in and they would put it on my car for me. The 1st thing I noticed was everytime I started my car a have a system error that comes up notifying me that my car is not fully on and it will drain my battery. I have never seen this error before so I thought it was suspicious but figured I would let it go maybe it is because the car hasnt been driven in about a month I also noticed that the holes where my rear sensors are 2 of the 4 plugs or whatever that cover the holes are completely sideways. It is extremely noticeable when standing behind the car. When opening the trunk there is a gap on the driver side & not the passenger side. I hope water cannot get into my trunk. My Ford oval emblem is loose with a gap behind it. I assuming water, debris will get into it and eventually it will fall off. I waited to address these things with Brian when he called to notify me that my Fusion emblem was in, that way we could go over everything in erson together. 2+ weeks have went by and I have not heard from Brian so I called today to check in the status of my emblem. He said he still had not received it, it must still be on back order. I decided to just talk with him then about the other things I noticed. I didnt want to wait any longer since he had no time frame of when the Ford emblem would be in. As soon as I started mentioning the issues I have noticed, I could tell he was annoyed. He kept speaking over top of me and basically said that he was goin to have to see the car, but he never offered to set up a date for me to come in so he could look @ it etc. I was extremely upset/unhappy with the way he handled the situation. I called Chenoweth and they informed me the the system error is probably from where Country Club unhooked the battery & it shouldnt cause any problems. They also stated if I wanted to come in they would check it out for me no problems. Something Country Club didnt do. I will make sure to take my car back into Country Club to have everything from the wreck properly fixed. It ended up being 11,000$ for everything. I would just like to have my car fixed accordingly. I will just take my business back to Chenoweth once all of these issues have been addressed & properly fixed.Edit:Since this review Country Club has been in contact with me and set up an appointment to look/fix the issues I have with my car. I understand that everyone has a bad day & I appreciate the fact that they contacted me in such a timely manner & we were able to get things squared away. Other than the things that will be fixed they did a top notch 👌🏻 job. My car really was a mess from the wreck...The paint matched exactly, you cannot see were the paint was blended etc. Welds, and body body work were spot on. Thank you again Brian for all your help, and I look forward to working with you again & getting all the little wrinkles worked out on my car.

We called days before we went in and were told the car we were interested in would be one price the day we went in were told it was way more. The guy we dealt with acted like we were a burden and didn’t even want to deal with us. He got one price from a bank then after he got a different price completely threw that one out without even asking if we were ok with it or not. We then were told we would have to pay $550 for a new Jeep or $480 for a used. We then decided to go to chenoweth and they treated us like family and we walked away with a 2018 for $18000 for $318 a month. Never again will I deal with a Jeep dealership. Or recommend a Jeep dealership.

I took my Jeep in for a recall. When I went to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day, there was a problem and my Jeep was running really bad. I was naturally upset, but the service advisor and service manager assured me that they would find the problem and they gave me a ride to my wife’s work. I left it there over night and the next day they called me around noon and said they had found the problem and repaired it. It was something that had happened during the recall so there was no charge. Accidents happen and I’m very happy with the way they handled it. Very courteous and professional.

And were so happy to hear that Country Club Chrysler Dodge actually performed their own repairs! This was huge for us as so many dealers these days do not do repairs. Service was very expensive although Mike in service gave me several discounts bill was still over three grand. I was told technician took vehicle on a 40-45 min test drive to make sure work was performed correctly and vehicle was ready turn back over. Repairs were finished promptly which we appreciated. Things that we were dissatisfied with was vehicle was returned almost empty hence the 45 minute test drive. Also the vehicle was dirtier than was delivered. You think after spending 3,000.00+ dollars on service you could at the very least wash the vehicle and return it with the same amount of gasoline if not more. Other than that the repairs seem to be exactly what was needed and is once again driving in tip top shape.

Spent $3,000 for absolutely nothing, after two weeks. The issue was not fixed at all. Didn’t make it 2 miles down the road before my car started over heating. Called in and was told I’d have to put even more money into it and that it wouldn’t be looked at for another week. UPDATE: just got a call. Prompt and courteous service. And a comfortable waiting area with WiFi.More communication about what you’re doing to my truck would be nice. I brought it in for a tailgate latch recall. Apparently there was another open recall you addressed but said nothing to me about (although the code did appear on the receipt). It also appears you flashed the PCM with an update. I know that’s a dealer thing where you just do it when the vehicle is in for service. But it’s my truck not yours. You should tell me what you want to do and ask me if I want it done. I’ll probably say yes. I suppose one problem with that is I might ask some questions about what you’re doing that you won’t know the answer to.

Seems like problem was fixed. Admittedly my Jeep was a little messy when I took it in. Even worse when I got it back! Change all of my cup holders and in car and on the floor. Middle console had stuff taken out and on the floor. Jacket on backseat and some other stuff moved to the floor. Gave me wrong subtotal by about 100 dollars less so more expensive than I originally thought. Nice enough customer service was just irritated on how much of a mess they left in my car.

Service was veryGood but your kept captive in Saturday’s.. no driver and the location is so far out of town your stuck there. My service was 4 hrs long. It was aweful sitting in waiting room no drinks no tv. Just internet if I you had a device. All other major dealers have a shuttle driver even on weekends ... this one thing is rough sinceThey dont have that...the customer service man sorry Can’t remember name was so kind. He was running g back and forth keeping customers moving in and out checking them in etc. The dealership seems good just it’s remote and when your stuck there for 4 hrs we’ll it’s aweful... fix that you’ll get a 5 ⭐️

I purchased a lifetime power train warranty when I bought my Jeep in 2014. Five years later, when I had a problem, I called the warranty company but had no warranty. When the transaction was made it stopped at the dealership. I can get a refund but have no warranty. I can’t even get interest on my money they had for five years. My wife and I went here to lease two new vehicles. A 2016 RAM 1500 Laramie and a 2016 Dodge Challenger ScatPack. We dealt with Jeff Edwards, Rod Owens, and Jodi Burris. They were all fantastic. We told Jeff exactly what we wanted, but since they didnt have either vehicle on their lot Rod searched for vehicles matching our description and found a couple at other dealerships. A couple days later they called and told us our vehicles had arrived, we went in and signed everything and were out in no time. It was a great experience all around. And I had done research for weeks ahead of time on new RAM trucks and Challengers to know what kind of prices I should get, and I have to say, I was surprised when the first offer Jeff and Rod made on each vehicle was almost exactly the price I wanted to get, I didnt have to haggle or fight to get a great deal. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend Country Club, especially Jeff and Rod, for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

I recently had the worst experience at Country Club Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Clarksburg WV, I had a recall on my Promaster Van. I received a recall notification about a month ago to take my ProMaster Van to a local dealership to have the repair made. I contacted the number on the recall form and they contacted Country Club Chrysler in Clarksburg, WV. I live in Elkins, WV.The Dodge Corporation then contacted Country Club Chrysler to make the appointment (I was also on the line) and that I would be confirming the appointment. I called them (a week and a half before the actual appointment) to confirm the scheduled repair work and was told the only time they could fix the van was on December 23, 2019 at 9:30 am. I leave for Florida on January 3 and would not return until April 1, 2020. We were leaving for Maryland on December 23 to join our family for Christmas.They confirmed on Friday, December 21 that it was all a go and they would take care of it.I left Elkins at 7:00 am and got there around 8:50 am. The service guy said, We should have it done in around 4 hours. They dropped me off at Lowes. I told the driver to pick me up around 12:30 and I would wait the remainder of the time in their waiting area. My phone rang around 12:18 from the service department and I thought my van was finished. Wrong!! The service guy said I hate to tell you this, but we pulled your van in the service area and we dont have your part to fix the recall. Im sorry we just wasted your day.Why did it take 3 hours to tell me the part was not in when my appointment was at 9:30 am? I received no compensation what so every, no gas for my mileage, just a simple, Sorry we wasted your day.If this had been any other time, it would not have been a problem. But, I told the garage when we made the appointment that the timing was bad for me. They assured me that they would get me in and out as quickly as possible. I have the Business Link service agreement and this should not have happened.I feel I should be compensated for my time and mileage. They lied to my husband and I. We were told to bring it on monday and by friday they hadnt even touched it! My truck sat down there when I could have been driving it all week.
