Absolutely one of the best places to take a lowered car. They took their time and made sure my car would go on the alignment rack. It took a little longer than expected, but Id rather wait than have my car tore up! The prices are super reasonable, even with aftermarket wheels.

My mother in law needed new tires on her car and didn’t know where to go. I said we need to take it to my guys at Cove Run Customs! I dropped her car off in the morning and it was ready for pick up in the afternoon. 4 new tires, alignment, and disposal of the old ones. Price was great and the service was seamless.

My son is currently in WV going to college. Needed an oil change on his Mercedes, we called numerous shops with no luck or total lack of professionalism. These guys got him in right away, provided a speedy oil change service for an excellent price. Great job folks. You will be our go to shop for the next 4 years. Highly recommend.

Ive been to Cove Run in the past and have always been happy.I took my 2013 Audi A4 in to get a terrible alignment fixed that was causing a vibration & tire feathering thanks to Audi Clarksburgs horrible service.Audi Clarksburg is NOT where you want to get an alignment, or anything.GO TO COVE RUN CUSTOMS.Andrew even made sure to show me what was going on with it before he set the alignment so I could make sure to keep an eye on any future problems.10/10 would reccomend!

I had a horrible experience with Cove Run Customs! Yesterday morning my husband and I dropped my vehicle off to have a squeaky brake issue looked at.About an hour or so later we get a call from them saying they cant get my car to start... ??? I havent had any issues getting my car to start at any time! Then they call us a bit later saying that my starter is bad and needs fixed! All of a sudden, theyre telling me my car wont start and the starter is suddenly bad the instant it gets parked at their lot, when all I needed was a brake check!So this morning I have to go pay hundreds $$$ to pick up my car with a new starter that it previously never needed, and I still have no service done to my brakes!Before picking up my vehicle, the man just tells us that the brakes we have are a kind that are squeaky and to just run the car with them until theyre worn enough to need replaced with new ones!When picking the car up and voicing my frustration, the man at the desk didnt care at all. I got the owners number and called him (Chris Wolfe). He said hed talk to his guys about the situation and then call me back... I waited... I called him. No answer, but I left a message with my name and number to be sure he could contact me... I waited... I called later... No answer, so I left another message. He texted back that he was on the phone and would call me back. Its now hours later. I texted back. No reply and no call and no satisfaction or explanation.Do not go here!!! Who knows what will happen to your car once they get their hands on it?!

Gave me a fair price and offered a few options for my needs. CRC offers modified inspections for my Jeep. They went above and beyond to attempt to remedy a small problem they found during my alignment. Would recommend!

Ive gotten all kinds of things done at this shop. I tell u what Im tired of is the rude woman who answers the phone. She got 1 more time to act like Im an inconvenience for calling. Next time I will put it all over Facebook, yelp, and anywhere I can. I pay good money to get repairs at a trustworthy shop. I will not stand for her speaking to me in the manner she does when I have called. If you dont treat your customers respectfully then u dont deserve my business. Everyone in the back has been great, but your receptionist needs to learn some manners before I stop bringing my 3 cars their for repairs. She also drug stuff out of my glove box last time I brought my car and and didnt even have the decency to put it back.

MECHANICS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY R DOING!!! They fixed my horn that I had taken somewhere else 5x. They even found that I had a missing part. My previous mechanic replaced the fan didnt put the part that holds the radiator hose back. I ordered the part and they put it on for free. They found out whats really wrong with my car. Heater coil. I explained to my previous mechanic and they didnt listen. They kept having me coming back. They didnt fix the real problem only the small problems that the big problem was causing. I appreciate you guys. Thank u!! I look forward to trustworthy mechanics.

Really great people. I had a tire blow out on I-79 on the way to Chattanooga with a baby for a wedding. Walmart Tire folks said it was because of an alignment issue.I was in urgent need of an alignment, and I mustve called half a dozen other shops in the area only to find that either (a) they didnt do alignments or (b) they couldnt get me in until 5pm at the earliest.When I called Cove Run Customs, they said they could get me in right away, today. When Walmart finished the tire change, I drove it down and they got the car up on the rack. The woman in the office let us change our baby on one of the desks and was otherwise very nice.Unfortunately, they werent able to fix my problem. They aligned the front, but the back camber was three degrees off. Cove Run Customs is a NAPA store, and NAPA doesnt carry camber adjusters for my car. (OReilly has one, though). They basically said the moment wed been waiting for to replace our car, where cost to repair the car far exceeded its value, had arrived because the frame was too much bent and it was just going to eat tires.When I got back to Pittsburgh, I called a local shop I trust and they referred me to a body shop that has a machine that can adjust the frame, which is why I docked them a star, which Im still tempted to give back anyway because they were so helpful and were able to get us in for an alignment so quickly.
