Love this location, everyone is so helpful and polite. Excellent service. Good coffee and delicious cookies at the Starbucks located in the bookstore.

Every time I walk into B&N Im amazed at how much witchcraft and dark material they promote. From the minute you walk in youre bombarded with Harry Potter material or some other Warlock or new age or occultic material. And what of the Christian genre? Books by famous Christian authors, of which I happen to know one or two personally, are no where to be seen. A small selection is found deep on the back wall in an ever diminishing section. The childrens section had an entire book division of Christian material, not just Bibles, and now its been completely removed from this section and a shelf was given to the adult section, but not for story books, but rather, Bibles only. So Christianity is being deleted and the kingdom of darkness is being promoted at an alarming rate. And its not because Christians arent writing books, because where they were once more prevalent and prominently displayed they are now deleted. This trend needs to be REVERSED!As for the store, its not what it used to be either. There are no longer friendly staff around to help and the place is not reader friendly like it used to be. I was at the childrens section reading a book to my daughter when I was told to stop and go to the cafe area. You mean leave the area where Im ALONE and SAFE to go to an area where I now have to be around other people and my second daughter cant even sit with me??? How stupid is that?!!! B&N used to be where I took the kids to hang out and relax but Ill be going further for that Christian book store I used to go to. They have nicer staff and free coffee.

Not much to say - went in with grandkids - one knew why he wanted, the other had some help from sales person picking out his book - got our books, paid, and left !

I used to love coming here to study but not anymore, it’s Truly loud. People talking on the phone loudly, people laughing having loud conversations. Barnes and nobles is supposed to be a place where it’s quiet where you can read and relax but not how I felt. I couldn’t even concentrate, it’s a shame because I actually liked this location.

I love it here. I bought a baby gift and greeting cards and a cool pair of reading glasses.

Store and cafe were both clean, fully stocked and had ample parking. The layout is pretty easy to find everything.

Its quiet and very much so chill. I find the books I want here and the Starbucks has a great selection of drinks and food.

The Starbucks took forever. We had a 40 min wait for chilis... We had to leave because our table was ready. They only had one person working and she spilled hit coffee on the guy in front of us. Another guy tried to cut us in line. The Barns&Noble its self is nice and they have cool stuff like note books, pens and chocolate.

This location is always nice and quiet! And they have a great magazine collection. Plus the staff is super helpful

So much more than books. I got some great party games here. They even have a Starbucks on site.

Got my Holly Dolly Christmas record on vinyl when so many were sold out. Easy online ordering, the selection online and in person is amazing, and the inperson staff so friendly and helpful, great suggestions! Picked up a few more items too. So thankful for brick and mortar like this that get their online presence correct too, super combo!

We always enjoy going to this store. There is plenty of parking, a good selection, and helpful stall. Because of Covid, checking out offs socially distant, which is good. They have a nice section for kids books as well.

I always love shopping in b&n . The store is very organized. I was looking for a 2021 beautiful calendar. I always buy my calendars from B&N. Personnel are always pleasant and knowlegable.

First time in a B&N since covid and it felt so good! Well stocked, tons of new stuff, plenty of staff. Definitely come in and buy!

Love coming into this store. I was shopping for books for my granddaughter for Christmas....yes I bought alot of books and some Baby Shark toys. My granddaughter loves them!

Long standing book store. Visited this location numerous time thru the years. You can always find what your looking for, if they dont have it, they will order it.Large childrens section with a play area and a stage for book shows.And the best is the starbucks inside. You can sip and browse.

This is a nice Big Barnes & Noble store. Easy to reach and is in a very good location. Parking is not an issue. Makes for an excellent meeting point.The cafe portion is decent with a good selection. Ice Teas are well made.Overall a decent store with a wide selection of books, etc.

Because of the pandemic, it was almost empty. Additionally, partly because of that, it was hard to find someone to help me locate the section I was looking for. But I went to the front desk and someone helped me very efficiently and cheerfully. Wearing my mask, I was excited to be in a bookstore again for the first time in five months. Ah, brick and mortar stores. Much like typewriters, clocks you need to wind by hand, and bread baked at home, they might be increasingly obsolete and unnecessary, but boy, do they give me a lot of joy.

Good to see they havent been out of of Braintree by the borg.

No sight & sound (movie / music) section to walk through.😔 Very tiny collection of movies on a cart at the counter. 😒 Otherwise, a great place to visit & read. Springfield, NJ Barnes & Noble has a huge section to browse through. Great place to study & read. The only improvement needed is HEAT in the duration of the winter months. I 💕 Barnes & Nobles. Been hanging in most of them in North Jersey for decades. I spend a day in there until closing... seriously... central HEAT would be the only improvement for this business.

This B&N is the best in the area! Fun staff who are very helpful. And at this time, awesome COVID-19 safety regulations.

Starbucks is my guilty pleasure. I enjoy the Chai Tea Latte, its hot, spicy and delicious. I like that Starbucks provided its employees with a decent wage and benefits so I dont mind paying a little more where the employees are helpful and friendly because their employer takes care of them. Bravo Starbucks, bravo.

Love this place, love books, no pushy sales people. Clean. Has Starbucks so coffee and books, so great my 2 favorite things in one beautiful place. Selection is great and marked well so able to go to things that interest me very easily.

Great selection of books, vinyl and (quality) toys! My kids love our trips to the store, to browse and shop. This is our go-to place to gets presents for birthday parties, the staff is very friendly and helpful and will wrap the presents for you for free. Love this book store. If you can appreciate the irony, these bookstores have become the cosy place to hang out at, in contrast with the impersonal shopping at Amazon.

Its hard to leave a place of written knowledge a four star review but this store is so small with short stacks and it completely limits the experience. Only about half of the floor is dedicated to actually books, with a good 25% of it going to electronic media alone. I wouldnt come here for the books.

It is Barnes and Noble! Theyre all big, but this is a good local one right off of exit 135 on the parkway. Not much I can say other than that, theres no vomit on the floor stabbings that Ive seen. So it gets 5 stars.

A great place to check out the latest books and magazines. There is a large toy section for preschoolers. You will also find a Starbucks cafe with seating, to while away some time reading or drinking their vile coffee. This location is very quiet, like a library.

This is an outstanding bookstore. The location in Clark is easy to access, the staff are incredibly friendly, and they carry a wide variety of books, music, media and games. The cafe staff are also knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. In this era of online shopping, I was shocked to rediscover just how I enjoy browsing physical shelves of books. Every time I visit the store I end up adding a variety of books to my personal library. :)

One of my favorite books stores in NJ, you can find any books, movies, cds ,vinyl records and a great customer service .

Very good collection for all ages. I felt they were not great for technical books for programming languages though. Kids selection is very good, my 6th grader loves to go there and pick his books. Staff is very courteous and things are in place. Its a decent size store and easy to locate.

Great place for books and to find school age curriculums. And books on how to find so many scholarships.

Great bookstore. Im always pleased with the large selection of books they have here .The new releases are usually available on the release date in the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful . This Barnes and Noble has an excellent cafe. Im always greeted with Hello and how are you ? which is very pleasant. The beverages and food in the cafe are fantastic and always fresh.

I come often to study and to see whats new. Its busy, but not disruptive to my personal experience. Im dinging them 1 star because when I come with my laptop, they covered virtually all electrical outlets. Im sure they may use it as a tactic to keep people from squatting and using their power. But apart from that, I enjoy being able to flip through books in person versus just online.

The store itself has a great selection and lots to look around at and browse. No complaints about the bookstore. The Starbucks inside, however, made me throw up, literally --- I got sick. Awful, awful, awful. The person who made the coffee was very polite and helpful and I appreciated his positive attitude.

Good selection for a medium sized shop.

I have a hard time finding the childrens books I need. Its happened the last 2-3 times Ive gone in. If I want to order a book, I would just use Amazon. On the plus side, the staff was very nice.

I was in the area and in need of some good books, so I stopped by this Barnes and Noble - what a great location! Its well stocked with all the new released books, magazines, etc....I was in a hurry to grab a few books and leave as I had much to do. How I wish I had more time to enjoy sitting and relaxing while reading a good book :-)Since I was in a hurry I did ask one of the sales associates for help. I really appreciated them walking me over to the section and helping me to find the book. They are very helpful and gave excellent service.They have a great selection of books; this location is comfortable and clean.

I love the layout of the store and the general mood and cleanliness of the store is just awesome I love coming here to get new books or just getting something to eat at Starbucks.

Books are the best!

The staff at the coffee bar are amazing. They work well together and are extremely pleasant. The space is clean and nice for studying. I would highly recommend this location.

I love everything about every Barnes & Noble. But this one had all the Nooks on display with their screens looking greased up with finger prints. They all had labels and prices except for the 10.1 Nook Tablet that I was interested in. Trying to put it on, the battery was dead. I told the guy behind the desk but he was too busy on the phone and writing things down. I hope they get their act together. At least wipe the Nooks on display.
