Store is going good renovations. The store looks nice and clean. Starbucks is going to look great when it is done. Always plenty of parking. Customer service is always great.

I drive from Union just because of how much nicer this target is.

If I could give this target 0 stars I would. All I wanted was some help and I got yelled out for no reason. Horrible experience.

This Is a nice Target. They have lots of merchandise and it seems to be very clean every time I go. I haven’t interact with their employees around the store, but at checkout they are very nice. I am not sure about their pharmacy section but I went on a Saturday and they were closed which was a little of inconvenience being that it was the main reason why I went there.

Was at the Clark location today. I used to enjoy coming to this store but today and last two times it’s been crummy. I only write this in hopes they make changes or get new mangers. 12:30pm one long line of customers waiting for self checkout with two cashiers open. Except it’s disorganized and the customers don’t know what they’re waiting for. I watched a customer yell at another customer for going to the register. He was being “rude”. But the guy had no idea what was happening because nobody did. He also only had one item. The stores got plenty of employees, open up another register or just better organize yourselves…Do better Clark Target!

This Target is the worst just go to a different target!!!! Which is crazy because it is so huge and has potential to be a nice store but it seems as though it is just doing the bare minimum with inventory, store layout, AND CLEANLINESS... as you can see in my pictures it is a mess and it’s mostly a mess in the plus size section ....in the front of the store where the clothes are they’re usually more organized but once you go from the middle of the clothing section to the back (which is where most of the plus size stuff is) no one bothers to organize anything it’s a shame and a HOT MESS!!! Also there Dollarspot never has all of the other cool stuff that other locations have...

My 10 year old son was literally just taken advantage of. He saved up money for a Nintendo switch console. Went to target to purchase one tonight and was lied to. Was told there is no warranty. Worst of it all, we take it home open the box and find out it was a used unit! Called Nintendo and they tell me to contact the store. The original purchase date was February 24th 2021. We literally just bought the unit today June 24th 2021. There are parts missing and the serial numbers don’t even match! What is the world coming to? Honestly it’s sickening. Who takes advantage of a 10 year old kid?! Target is a ripoff!

The cash register was broken and I was double charged for several items. Didnt notice until I got home, I keep calling the store, no one answers. I also called corporate, they couldnt get a hold of anyone and were not able to help. They are also renovating, and it was very hard to navigate the large carts, we all kept bumping into one another. I asked 3 associates for assistance but no one knew the answers to anything.

The cashier, Matt, went above and beyond the call of duty to answer a question I had asked him about the return policy on appliances due to the Corona Pandemic. He called several people to ask them. Even though none of them were at their posts, he Googled the information for me and wouldnt let me leave the store until my question was answered. He was polite to my whole family. He was extremely friendly. I wish all the cashiers and employees would learn from him and be just like him. MATT NEEDS TO BE COMMENDED FOR HIS HARD WORK!!!!

This is the worst target store I have ever seen. I ordered here a gift item for curb side pickup. I reached there after receiving their confirmation message and they gave me surprise saying that the item is not ready and I should receive a call after 2 days when the item will be ready for pickup. It was very frustrating and disappointing as the store is 30 mins away and it was special gift item. They didn’t call even after 2 days. No one answered my calls at customer service either. Wish I didn’t order at Clark Target.

Target has always been my favorite. It is nice and clean like ever time. I like the arrangement of aisle. Next to produce, there is dairy and frozen section and I must say frozen section has better stocking and well- arranged than wegmans Woodbridge, so it was far better!

Quick service when ordering for pickup...only thing about the store is that they run out of merchandise too quickly in store. Otherwise really like Clarks store.

Hire more cashiers. No one likes self checkout.

The past 4 times I went there, there was no one at all in the Electronics department. Employees that worked there, would page them and still NO ONE. What are you paying these people for? What a disgrace. I highly recommend that if you need any type of electronics, to go elsewhere

No merchandise available items not ready when picked up from the store excessive wait time

Consistently out of stock on many many items week to week. From clothes to stationary, OTC medicine, and more. I never find what Im looking for and result to buying it in Amazon instead. A portion of the store always has completely empty empty shelves and theres multiple sections with just clutter and items with incorrect price labels. Checkout lines also had lights on but no cashier present. Extremely frustrating considering most targets would probably average a 4 star rating. Ive never been to a Target more disappointing than this. Photos are examples of what I came across. Avoid this Target until its issues are completely resolved.

I dont believe this I was coming here to get some shorts and there were no fitting rooms and only two registers open and starbuks is to small in the biggest target I know which is in Clark and there were no people in the store to help me come here for toys and games and stuff like that for sports and clothes go to marshals

During this time of Covid-19, I tried to contact this store via telephone to avoid going inside because I had questions about my purchase, no one answered the phone. I called multiple times and my call was rejected. The one time I got an answer I was transferred to another department and they STILL did not answer the phone and also disconnected the call.

As far as targets go, most of them are pretty well run and pretty good on staff. This store however, is probably one of the worst ones. I tried calling beforehand to see a certain product in stock and no one answered for a good 10 minutes. After I got ahold of someone, they promptly hung up saying “sorry I’m not in that department I can’t help you”. The extension I chose was guest services, so I would assume whoever pics that line should be able to assist in someway. If I were you, I’d shop at a different target than this one.

Employees were very accommodating and care about customers. When you had a question, they were willing to help with a natural smile. I felt confident and comfortable about actually shopping in the store, during this pandemic. Target took it seriously.

This Target location has friendly staff and typically excellent customer service. My issue is with their stocking which has been a problem for years. Ive encountered empty shelves in a handful of areas in the store but mostly the grocery section. Sometimes it takes them weeks to stock certain items. Its a bit of an inconvenience when the app says there is an item in stock but you go there and the item is not to be found.

There’s always a long line at the cash registers as they only have 1 person on the register and then self check out. The bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting every time we go. They certainly don’t clean the bathrooms as often as they should be prior to covid and certainly not doing it during covid.

Is good store the cashier are ok but cashiers from self checkout are the words they don’t help or if you used some coupons they give you bad actitud they always said something no good customer service where is the manager !!!!

Decent selection of products given the size of the store but if you ever need help on the floor from someone in a specific dept, good luck

Store is horrible and was very messy. I left my bag in store. Which I know for a fact that I left it when I was leaving the store it was a jam at the door as people were leaving so I grab my pocketbook out the cart but forgot to grab my purchase and there camera in store so I know someone picked up my bag been calling the store All day no one is picking up the phone I live 30 min away and will have to pay a toll just to get to the store and as Im writing this on the phone with corporate on hold trying to get in contact with the store smh this is sad they need to change the whole management staff... and pick up the phone!

I want to give an exceptional review for Quinn who works in the produce department. If you want 100% excellent customer service with 100% dedication, see Quinn. My visits to that store always started with a stop by the produce department because Quinn had a flare for making the shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you Quinn for all you do ❣not just for me but I noticed that you gave the same consistent outstanding service to other customers.

TARGET APP ONLINE ordering pick up at store is very convenient and excellent service! very clever the way the target app when you choose pick up at store tracks your location the target shopper was waiting for me and put my products in my car trunk!no extra charge no tipping great prices any non perishable item in the stores inventory is available , in less than 2 hours i was notified my order was ready

Really bad customer service (rude employees), they dont know what theyre doing. A manager tell you one thing and the other manager tell you something else. Come on guys get on the same book. Train your employees better. You need better customer service.

I’m 5 staring the walk up car service! Employee named Mo was on point with everything. We didn’t even park and he was ready with the order to the car.. He was so helpful trying to help us get the item inside the car because it was big and barely fit. We appreciate the speed as well.. he gave perfect, kind service..Give that man a reward, please!

I love Target but this is one of the worst of them all. Very poorly run. Corporate doesnt care as my complaints go unanswered. They use this single line system that is set back to the greeting cards. It creates this unesssasary line that can back up into the grocery dept. Very disorganized and messy at times. I really need to skip this location all together.

Friendly staff but very dirty store. Clothes were all over the floor, dressing rooms were a mess and the food aisles were very unorganized. Glad its not my local Target! Its okay for a quick run in/out but definitely not to stroll around and shop!

This target is never stocked with anything other than clothes. I can never go there with a list and walk out satisfied. Most of the cashiers are teens or middle aged men who never crack a smile or greet you.

The representative at order pick up was disgruntled and was more focused on telling me that I shouldn’t bag my bleach than informing me that parts of my order weren’t actually in stock. I ordered large crayons and either they were out of stock or the team member who put together my order was just careless because they just threw two random packs of markers in the bag instead. The items that I actually needed weren’t in my bag. I called the store four times to see if they could fix this issue, and no one answered at all. It was a complete waste of my time seeing as this wasn’t my neighborhood Target. I went to this location because they said they had what I needed in stock. This was my worst Target experience ever and I absolutely LOVE Target! Extremely disappointed

Excellent store. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is the kind of store where everything is displayed in such a lovely manner that you find yourself buying more than that one or two items that was on your list. It also has a nice food department so you can pick up milk , cereal , frozen food , ice cream - those kinds of things. Reasonably priced items.

It’s a well kept store, shelves are stocked and checkout is fast. But poor on customer service, asked for an associate to help me and the person came in to help after a good 30 min wait time. Upon arrival was clueless. You need to train your employees better.

I love shopping at Target because of the convenience (great hours), range and variety or products and competitive pricing. I have always found the employees to be very helpful and in instances willing to go above and beyond in the interest of customer satisfaction such as the occasion where the employee at the self checkout scurried off to find me an item I was unable to find and the occasion where another employee willingly removed an item I wanted to purchase for my niece from the mannequin and redressed the mannequin . Thats service!!

Came in for a few things. The store looked like it was ransacked due to a recent apocalypse. The foods section was 75% empty, the shelves were limited on selection and the store itself was just a complete mess. Did not have 1/2 of what i came in for. Maybe it is just this area since i just left whole foods up the street and that was a dumpster fire as well. Wont be back to shop in this area again!!

Fair prices, good deals, great savings. I shop at this target just about every other day. They have mostly everything you need, with the exception of one thing on your list that hasnt been restocked.

Horrible. Never have anything I’m looking for and shelves are always empty. Not just during a pandemic!! So you can imagine what it’s like now. Anything they do have is just thrown around and unorganized.

Nice reliable target, very clean compared to the one in linden. i always find parking. Only issue is the exit/entrance. There is only one exit so if you go on a busy day, expect to wait 20minutes just to leave the parking lot. Mainly because the exit leads onto a busy roadway. Normal days it isnt so bad though.

Every time I go there the garbage cans are overflowing with trash. Shelves are always being stocked during busy hours and you can’t get down the aisles which causes frustration while shopping. Also, yesterday July 6 I went through use the ladies room. It was so disgusting. Trash on the floor. Blood in one stole. Just gross. Don’t you want your store to look good. The location in linden is always nice and neat.

Target in Edison, New Jersey doesn’t have kettle. I ordered kettle from store in Clark, New Jersey. It was perfect time to pick up the box.

The ease of ordering and pickup when doing it online is really nice. Target is only 3/4 mile from my home.

Would give a 4 star if they would have the mobile castes charged& in good condition when they first open,do they not want Handycaped persons business. Yes this a courtesy item but realy,have complained about same too many times.

Its showing that they have it and I came nothing I have gone to the Target in watchung they are hiding them for their employees or family and friends I thought costumer came first I used to be a Target employee and I always put the costumer first thats was part of my job. This is as good as any other target. Very clean, shelves always stocked, and great selections. The downfalls to this location are that the staff seems to not be very knowledgeable. The few times I have asked where things were, they bad no idea, even if it was their department. Outside of their lack of knowledge, they are always pleasant. The last issue is you can not make a left turn out of the parking lot, which is a bit of a pain.

Target can be difficult when it comes to returns. They refused to take back a cheap smartphone that wouldnt activate. That little stroke of brilliance has cost them $600.00 in sales- so far. Nice going, Target store manager! His help consisted of giving me the central customer service phone number. The people at that number were no help whatsoever.

Overall clean, but not good. For school stuff, they ran out of stuff I was looking for. I bought fiskars color change scissors, but that was a mistake. It says it’s good for lefties and righties, but it is not. They do not do a good job, and I prefer other brands. The scissors are ugly, and they hurt. I used them as backup origami scissors which did a bad job, and hurt the hand. After using these, I can barely move my hand. Only stock is bad for school supplies season because of tons of shoppers, but is a good store otherwise.

I love target and am an avid shopper. This store (Clark) was once my go to store since it is so close but as of late I have been going to Menlo for my daily Target runs. The management in this store are consistently rude to some of us customers. I have been shopping at that location for years and never had a problem. But with the newly hired inexperienced staff I have decided my money is better spent elsewhere!

Store is literally always a mess and out of stock of most things (both before and during pandemic). Online orders are ALWAYS wrong. I’ve been giving empty hair products, empty charger boxes, broken items. And now my most recent order had an item that was out of stock and they instead of cancelling or notifying me they replaced it with the generic, cheap version and didn’t say anything. Just gave me the bag and said have a nice day. Will travel to Linden target most of the time even though Clark is down the street from me.

Was in yesterday to shop bedroom curtains. Most pitiful selection (barely a short aisle) Ive ever seen. Incomplete sets, very limited selection; youd have a hard time getting matching items for even three windows. Place was a MESS...hooks bare, packages on floor (pretty much the standard look in most aisles here)...management needs to devote training attention to keeping aisles clean, clear and organized. I purchased set of white curtains...thats ALL I could find to match three windows. So sorry I didnt visit some other store...

Target please get it together, I like your store much more then your competition. the big butt for real your check out experience is such a nightmare it shouldnt take 15 min on average to wait to pay for my stuff you have so many lanes but they are always closed and people in red shirts just walking around in circles

Every single time I visit this particular store in Clark, which is becoming less and less frequent, the shelves in the refrigerated section are nearly empty. Now, this is not because Im going at the same time after a particularly busy weekend. It is this way all the time. I know that Ill never get what I need so I dont even bother to go for things I need anymore. The only reason I was even at the store is because I needed laundry detergent so I thought Id see if anything had changed. I did not. Now I have visited other Target stores (the one in Union and Vauxhall, particularly) and actually took pictures of their refrigerated sections: stocked as a grocery stores shelves should be. Im not sure why this is an ongoing problem in Clark, but I can not recommend this store to people for this reason.

Local and purchase was quickly identified, presented in a timely fashion.
