Ive waited almost five months to write this review and I know that because thats how long it took for Direct Cabinet Sales to finish a job that should have taken half as long. First of all, dont expect good customer service from this company. They are not very responsive, and you will have to pester them repeatedly for an answer. When you get a response, you will get different answers from different people because the delivery department does not communicate effectively with the installation department. So Allen in Installation will tell you the materials are coming on Tuesday and then someone in Delivery will tell you the parts arent in yet. Then the delivery will be scheduled for noon and theyll show up two full hours late. Dont expect your time to be respected by this company.When the pieces do get delivered, they will likely be damaged by their absolutely incompetent delivery people, as mine were. Then you have to start the whole process over again - reordering parts, rescheduling delivery, rescheduling installation (which has to happen on a different day than delivery) etc. Several of their employees are rude too - its as if theyre trying to lose clients.If they reply to this review, they will plead excuses such as they cant control traffic (then account for it when you tell me your arrival time - other companies seem to manage this just fine); its not their fault the delivery people damaged several pieces when they delivered it (but they are all employees of the same company!); they were understaffed because of Covid (when I engaged them in this business, we were already a solid six months into the pandemic - long after businesses had pandemic measures in place); etc. Save yourself the hassle and headache and go somewhere else. Surely there are competitors who will be easier to work with.

I wish I can give 10 stars to this company Direct Cabinet Sales.They are very professional and good designers, they can get cabinets in less then 3 weeks

After 20+ years we decided to re do our kitchen floor to ceiling-cabinets/counter tops. Direct Cabinet had EXACTLY what we were looking for. Quality was OUTSTANDING, installation by Vlad and his partners was EXCELLENT/CLEAN/ON TIME. Alice from the office was very accommodating as was Sarah, our designer/sales person. Sarah was friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, understanding and always available when we had questions. I HIGHLY recommend Direct Cabinet Sales. Paul and Lisa Pasternak

Wow, after reading the few reviews on Yelp Im certain that they must be competitors of Direct Cabinet. Normally I post negative reviews when warranted, this time as Direct Cabinet is So GOOD, I felt I should post a positive truthful review....We moved in a new development that Direct Cabinet supplied all the cabinets for in 2010 and couldnt be happier. Our neighbors that Direct Cabinet supplied their cabinets are also delighted with not only the cabinets, but the efficiency of the company - from Top to Bottom all their employees are great.Our installation went very well. 7 years later we had a flood in our home, the people that the insurance company sent to do the clean up work moved our kitchen island out of our home - during or after the clean up process they Lost several of the parts of our cabinets. The contractor that fixed everything couldnt find the parts, was at a loss what to do other than replace the center island and the base molding around the perimeter cabinets - but he couldnt find the right finish.I called Direct Cabinets, spoke to Allen the owner and he came to the rescue, put us in touch with the manufacturer of the cabinets, who told us that the finish was no longer available. Rang Allen again, he sent us to someone he works with, who is making the parts and finishing them to the finish needed to match.A neighbor of ours had a damaged door a few years after moving in, Allen got the door and replaced it for them.Now tell me, does this sound like someone that doesnt care about his customers or someone that cares enough to not profit but help his previous clients.In the past 7 years weve sent friends that needed new cabinets to Allen at Direct Cabinet and they all are as pleased as we are.Go to Direct Cabinet - bypass the other stores ( get their pricing if needed ) and youll be happy that you did...

Ive had the pleasure of working with Alexandra at Direct Cabinet Sales since 2002. Im a general contractor and use Direct Cabinet Sales for many of my clients projects. All of my customers are EXTREMELY happy with the hard work and dedication that Alexandra puts into her designs. The layouts and prices are very competitive and she always accommodates the needs of her customers. If there is ever an issue on a job, whether it be small or large, Alexandra is ALWAYS on top of it. She is a pleasure to work with and she knows what she is doing! I would recommend Alexandra and Direct Cabinet Sales for any job because she puts her customers needs first!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!AWFUL EXPERIENCE ! NEVER AGAIN! I was referred to this company by a local builder and ended up hiring them for my kitchen renovation. I dealt with Alexandra (the head designer/coordinator) and Alex (in the appliance department). Both of them were very hard to deal with from day one. Alexandra messed up our order several times, costing us months AND MONTHS of delay. They didnt measure correctly and we ended up with the wrong size cabinetry, they forgot to place orders on several other items., most of the cabinetry were scratched (its now 6 months later and some of the cabinets remain scratched). This was a very high end kitchen project, we spent well over $100,000 in cabinets and appliances and the quality of craftsmanship, customer care , attention to detail was extremely poor. I do not know how this company is still in business. They failed to paint the interior of our cabinets and I had to hire a separate company to come out and spray. After I sent them a bill, , Alexandras reply was its your problem. I had to constantly reach out to her for status updates , half the time she forgot to call me back and the other half she put blame on someone else. Didnt hold any accountability. The 3rd party installers they hired were very unprofessional, sloppy and incompetent. The appliance installer they sent to my house did not install the appliances correctly and damaged my cabinets which till this day remain scratched.The entire experience was dreadful and would NOT recommend to anyone. They are not used to dealing with high end design, and their poor customer service was such a turn off! DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it as I did.

I have worked with Direct Cabinet Sales for many years in my Interior Design Business. The workmanship and professionalism is always a 5 star rating.

Company is garbage. I went on yelp and saw all the negative reviews and after going there in person, the reviews are all accurate. Customer service is awful, no one gets back to you with, people are super rude.

I bought a kitchen from these guys about 4 years ago. The person I was dealing with was Allen. Couldnt have a better experience! They were super attentive was kept adjusting the design of our kitchen until we were completely satisfied. Our cabinets actually came before the originally promised date!!! The only glitch was, they came without the softclose drawers. I called Allen and after doublechecking our order he had the softclose parts overnighted to me at no cost. Now thats what i call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I strongly recommend Allen from Direct Cabinet Sales.
