Always fast no matter how packed or long the line is. Its worth the wait and you really wont wait long loos worst than what it is. Always FRESH!! Love the service here also.

The service was friendly and fast but the hot latte I ordered was not as I had asked. The drink syrup tasted low calorie, yuck. I did ask for one package of raw sugar on the side, they instead put the sugar in my drink, again, I didnt ask them toSuggestions: listen to the customer They did ask to remake the drink but no time for that, had to get to work.

The barista paid for my coffee this morning, since I had left my wallet at my camper, I didnt catch her name but thank you girl!! Literally made my day! And the coffee was great!

Never going back. They are stingy when it comes to ice water. I bought a tea and wanted an ice water with it, and they said that they can only give out grande cups of water. Its not like I was mixing the two and making another tea. I just wanted to some water because I didnt want to get dehydrated on a hot day. There are other cafes who dont treat me like Im stealing water from them.

The people here are nice and my partner loves their caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino.

Were out of towners and this is our closest Starbucks when visiting family. That said, theyre nitro machine is ALWAYS down. They gave us decent substitutes but weve no reason to come here anymore. Also, shout out to Nykol for going above and beyond to help us.

I cant remember her name but she is an absolute peach! The lovely blonde lady that always works the drive-thru is so much fun! I dont know how she has that much energy but I commend her! Keep it up, gorgeous lady! I guarantee you make people smile daily!P.S. The girl taking orders outside was also amazing! With mask and coat and all that on I cant describe her but she was adorable and sweet.Ladies, keep it up. Also, maybe share your secrets for such a vibrant life!

Absolutely amazing! I placed a mobile order but ran behind on arriving. Instead of giving me cold coffee, they made my coffee right there for me! I appreciate them so much and helping me have a great Christmas morning!

I have missed Red Cup Day year after year...FINALLY made it this year...and on historic Route 66 (1100 Lynn Riggs Rd, Claremore, OK) while traveling.The staff was friendly. They made the holiday drinks just right, and quickly, especially for a busy time.

I preordered. It was ready when I got there and everyone was friendly but..... the cup was not even all the way full. it barely passed the half way point of the cup. It tasted watered down. Didn’t taste like it had any espresso at all. I could have made something at home that tasted better. I’m so disappointed I paid $5 for watered down coffee

I have no idea what is wrong with the morning shift at Starbucks here lately but I’m telling you that is the grossest coffee I’ve ever had. You ask for flavors and they act like it’s coming out of their personal pocket and you don’t get it. If I wanted a plain coffee that’s what home is four OK. I didn’t go there to get a plain coffee.

Great Starbucks great Location. Only downside is that it’s always packed and the line always extends out into the street. We either need another Starbucks or they need to add onto the current one. The demand is here, supply it.

Obviously it is closed. They should have a a barricade infront of the drive thru to let people know. There was a whole line waiting just so the whole line one by one could wait and the go to the window to find out that it is closed. The website wasnt even updated. Poor service.

Today chai latte was perfect - many times its so hot you cant even tell its chai tea. I have just made it part of my order to ask for an extra pump of chai because it too often was just very hot steamed milk.

Five stars! Passion tea lemonade sweetened with light ice, pumpkin bread, cake pops, egg bites are to-die-for! You should stop in today!

I needed to work from here a couple hours this morning and it was a great experience. I have to say these are the friendliest baristas that Ive ever interacted with. Great experience! They offered me a sample of some amazing egg bites and offered to grab me a refill. Ill have to work from here again sometime.

The team here went above and beyond to assist me today! I had a rough morning and joellen went out of her way to make sure I left their store caffeinated and jovial. I will definitely be back to this location! Not only was the staff amazing, the facility was sparkling clean, and the service was FAST!

Pull up to the drive thru 10 minutes until 8pm sat at the microphone and wait until one of the workers tell they are closed, they always do that, is very aggravating. I don’t know how you still in business with those kind of workers, I was there an hour before just to buy something sweet like a muffin, they told sorry they already put everything away for cleaning. Who would do that. Poor service.......

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Not just because its convenient or that its nice/clean (those are true). This location is my favorite because of the baristas. Theyre all warm, kind, motivated and competent. They get really are excited to see regulars come in. Theyre comfortable interacting with the LGBTQ+ community. They got it going on! Keep it up!

Great coffee shop! Gifts are available as well as coffee, thread, and little snack bites. The bathrooms are always clean as well as the dining area and theres even a comfy lounging area. Normally not a lot of people inside however, the drive-thru is always very busy.

I absolutely LOVE Starbucks and LOVE there is location in Claremore. I do wish that the parking lot were a little more functional. Not really planned very well, tight spaces and no room for large vehicles. I do feel like as time goes on maybe the employees will better grasp their products and how to make things better.

The building was very clean and organized, you could see everything was in the open and easy to look at. The staff were very friendly and polite and didnt get upset when I took a while to decide what I wanted to order. When our order was ready the barista was very nice about telling us. We were sitting next to the counter so she told us in a calm voice when our orders were ready instead of yelling. I do recommend this Starbucks for people to go to.

Somewhat I can off experience. First time to use mobile ordering and that was great. Workers never a said a single word to us, not one. Even when we said thank you. They a la have very little in the way of retail merchandise offerings. Somewhat of a plain Jane store. Not typical of what I expect from Starbucks.

I went through the drive through and the lady that helped me was super sweet, and made my day 10 times better. My drink was AMAZING the best it has ever been from any starbucks!!

Not open. Sign and app says opens at 12:30 now. Come back sign now says open at 2:30. Two days later, not opening until 12:30. So much for my morning coffee.

First awful experience at this place. I was waiting in the drive thru and watched my server touch my food gloveless after picking up the trashcan and rubbing her nose. To test to see if my food was warm she put her hand across the top bun. I asked for my drink (which was good) but I was so disgusted I drove off without the sandwich and absolutely didnt want her attempting to make me another one.

The coffee is never consistent. We get really amazing coffee one day and terrible coffee the next, we had stopped going for a few months and regretted coming back. The staff is already friendly and are knowledgeable about the products but unless you want either overly sweat coffee or extremely bitter coffee youre better off going somewhere else.

They are always very nice and gets the orders right.

Stopped to get coffee at the claremore location at 6 pm and all the doors where locked and all the lights where off if your gonna close early change your hours to reflect that

The drive-thru wait was about 2 minutes and the workers in the window were the friendliest people! They made me laugh and put a huge smile on my face early in the morning.

The drive thru line was super long so I went inside to order. Waited 25 minutes inside for a latte. Their excuse was that they were down to 1 service bar . So by waiting for my coffee I was 15 minutes late to work. I wont go back to this Starbucks. Its not worth losing my job bc they cant get their customers taken care of in a TIMELY MANNER! I kept hearing a lady, possibly a manager, saying what a great Tuesday morning it is at Starbucks, but actually the whole experience made my great Tuesday morning turn into a bad morning.I just wanted to get my coffee and go!!!!

God forbid you get in the drive thru. You are trapped while it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the window because people want to order 6 drinks in line.

Yesterday I ordered a cold brew with salted caramel cream and caramel drizzle. When I got my drink through the drive thru I pulled forward and held it in the sun light to see through if there was even any caramel in the bottom since there was none drizzled on the sides of the cup. There was nothing but cold brew topped with the cream. I went inside and told one of the workers that I didnt get any of the caramel drizzle. The guy that was making drinks straight up called me a liar!!!! He said she is a liar. Thats all I know. He was SO rude the whole time I was in there. As I was waiting for my drink to made again I witnessed him being extremely rude to a down syndrome man that asked for more topping on his drink. Told him there was plenty and he didnt need anymore. I refuse to give my money to any company that treats customers like that and allows it. Not one of the other 3 people working there said anything to him on how he was talking to the customers. They didnt really seem to care either.
