DONT BUY HERE!! My daughter bought a car here 3 months ago. She has had mechanical issues that they said they fixed but did not. And shes on her 2nd paper tag because they havent come up with a title yet. Paper tag expires today. Weve been trying for weeks to get them to answer a call but no luck. Cant leave a message because theyre mailbox is full!! We have called the finance Co. They cant help!

Scammers tell you theres nothing wrong with it and if there is and Ill make sure that they fix it and they dont hold to their word but having problems with the car since I got it

Very very disappointed with this company, I fell used and left to hang out to dry. Bought a car on 05/19/2020. It had the check engine lights on and 4 other dash lights by the next day the 2nd day 05/20/2020 I give them a 0 on honestly..nothing was ever fixed after the 4 or 5 times I was told things where getting replaced,. Needlessly to say only after two weeks after purchasing this car , Im now with out a car BUT I still have car payment And the I lost money on a fresh oil change , and a full tank of gas , and my monthly payment all gone , I bet I didnt drive this car but three time or so in the two week I owned it... Havent seen the car in one week now, and was told I still owe the 8k on my loan . Boy I just dont know what to think of them. Worse car sales experience ever in my life..Id would refer no one to go Thur this. Take your money / business to some other place.

Worst dealership I have ever been too! Bought my car July 17th 2019 Bobby never answered the phone our car had a warranty for the engine it was replaced a total of 3 times and it is once again down!!! I have only driven the car 4 months if that since July!!! Bobby never helped me at all! Kept telling me it was my fault when I have text messages from him telling me my car was under warranty!!! I will never ever refer them to anyone!!!! Paid for a car for almost a year that I never was able to drive!!!!

Hi folks, thank you for your loyalty and trust in allowing us to be your car dealer. We have a couple of reviews on here that doesnt give us the ability to explain the situation so Iam going to address each one;The Cagles: The review is completely false and she has turned us in to BBB and a state office in which both we have been cleared. She bought a car that had a check engine light on. We attempted to fix the issue twice before replacing the catalytic convertor. we spent over $800 doing so and the next day they heard a noise that turned out to be nothing. At that point I backed out my deal and gave them the option to get a different car. I also advised them I would apply her down payment and car payment she made to a new vehicle. She was given information by the lending company about her loan and accused us of lying when indeed we backed the loan out and bought the car back from the lending company. I had receipts for all the repairs done that she accused us of never doing as well as the number to the shop that did the repair. The car was sold AS-IS however we went above and beyond to make them happy and stand behind our vehicle.Mark Nicole just a troll not sure who he is or not showing he bought a carChelsea Portilloz bought a car from us that we just installed a new motor in. We advised her that it had a warranty. A few months later she had a issue with the motor in which it was under warranty. We sent the vehicle to have the engine replaced and paid for ALL cost. We even went above and beyond and placed her in a loaner vehicle so that she was not without a car. While in our car she totaled our loaner vehicle and at that point we did not give her another loaner. The engine was replaced, About 4 months later she over heated the car and blew the head. We honored the warranty on the engine again but refused to give her a loaner. while the car was being repaired she allowed the car to go back to the bank. We honored every thing we said we would do but refused to allow another one of our cars to be wrecked. She was mad about that and gave us a bad review based on a loaner not the vehicle we sold her.Sophia Carbajal have no idea who her friend is and have no recollection of any other customer under her situation, I would be curious to know who she is referring about so that I can at least defend myself or own the situation.We are not perfect and we are not in the business of building cars either, but I will tell you we service our cars and do the best to stand behind them even after the sale is done. When most dealerships walk away, we do our best to make it right

We desperately needed a car but had no money and terrible credit. Bobby got us approved no problem and gave us $1000 for our trade in. He was honest about the problems with the car and everyone there is so nice and easy to work with.

Our community in Claremore is a great community but there are a few people who are dishonest and take advantage of others. Claremore motors sold a car to one of my girls a young, single mother who I personally have taken in to try and settle this matter. The car broke down within a week. This young lady is on a tight income, going to college and having to walk all while making car payments and paying insurance. They will not even give her a loaner car. Please take your business to someone who cares about your situation and not only about making a dollar!! The many people that know me in this community know that I am a woman of integrity and the women I represent! Please lets keep this from happening to someone else!! Do not purchase a car from Claremore Motor! If this company has a change of heart to trade her car or take care of this matter I will make another statement but until then I will be posting all over social media and contacting the newspaper about the way this young, single mother has been taken advantage while trying to make important decisions and make a better life for herself and girls!!
