Kevin is a joke... months later, I had to bring the vehicle back for headlight adjustments... he was very flippant... if thats how you feel about your job sir.... please do us all a favor and retire! Two other body shops wouldnt even attempt to fix my vehicle. I was ran off the road by another driver on a rural road. I hit a small concert culvert. Causing damage to the frame. I know its silly. But I drive a vehicle that is getting harder to find. Its a 2 door Yukon. The vehicle also, has a special meaning to me. Its a long story. Anyway I dropped it off. A little later I was told they could fix it. They had it a week for repairs. Picked it up. And it drove better than before I wrecked it! This is an amazing place. Their communication and process updates are wonderful, customer service was great. I didnt met the frame specialist. But he knows his job well in my book. I highly recommended Easons.

Fantastic, high quality work!

I took my car in to have the passenger window looked at cause it fell down i did not have the money to repair it so i ask them to prop it up they did for 75 dollars. The window fell again they proped it back up and took the motor on my window out and kept it it now is at another repair shop and i have to buy a new motor for it. When i asked manager at easons he said that it was no good i heard the motor run before they took it out what a crock im 70 years old so i know they took advantage of me

They really helped me out. The insurance was a pain to deal with but Easons worked very hard for me.

Easons did an awesome job on my Ford F-150. It looks like new! This is the fourth vehicle Ive had fixed there and they always treat me like Im the most important customer they have. These guys are the best!

Installed the wrong part for my car, and said it was the correct part. It was a radio completely different than the one before it and wasnt even compatible with the stock auxiliary unit that came with the vehicle. I told them to find the exact radio and they argued with me but I told them to compare the two radios because they were nothing alike. They just kept saying thats the one with the same ordering number, ok well its obviously not correct.

I took my car to Eason collision specialist in Claremore to have work done. One of the things I needed fixed was my headliner. Both the owner and manager admitted the job that was done looked bad so they kept it longer. After three days back and forth on the phone with them they said to me lets be honest, this car hasnt been taken care of good. I told them they were rude for saying that and if my car was in perfect shape I wouldnt have needed their services to begin with. The owner said he hadnt really payed close attention to the work because of the shape my car was in!!!! He finally said he wouldnt charge me for the headliner because he just wanted to not have to deal with me!!! When I go pick it up today the glove box is broken and wont shut at all and everything is gone from it! When I told the manger he said oh well I dont know what to tell you! So I said you guys are the worst, his reply was yes we are! I was so upset I left crying.

Last winter I hit black ice and my car fishtail ed and hit a fence. Eason took my car for almost 3 months, they kept pushing the date back. They never had all the parts they needed to replace everything on my car and even forgot to replace my wheels that were bent until the day I was suppose to pick the car up. Ever since I have had the car since then, its been one thing after another with the mechanics. Before pursuing other repairs they told me it was just my ball joint. I went ahead and replaced it. Turns out they replaced all of my cars parts with salvage v6 parts. Nothing looks the same underneath. The work was poor and now my car is basically totalled and they are refusing to fix it. Oh but they charged my insurance over 5 grand.

I use Mr. Eason for my personal and business needs. He has fixed my truck and vans every time on time. He not only does great body work but has a great Mechanic (named Jay) that does great work.

Im giving the office a 5 star rating because how incredibly nice the office was to me and my two daughters. Now, as for the work the shop put out was horrible. My 2011 caddilac has the wrong grille and it had so many dirt nibs and orange peel it was just awful. I called and told them about it and they did fix the dirt nibs but cant fix the orange peel (on an account that I was leaving the next day and it requires a new paint job) so they offered for me to bring it back whenever I get back. However, Im not going to bring it back. Im sorry but if you put out a job like that, it makes me thing the shop employees are careless. So therefore, Im leaving this 2 star review on the shop end.

Took my car in on a Wednesday to fix my front bumper. Had it back on Thursday couldnt be more happier with the service and outcome of my vehicle!!! I would definitely give their number to my friends and family.

Went there for an estimate. Service was fast. Tech explained the basis of his estimate and the process to get the damage fixed. Will go back to get the repairs done and post another review.

We have used Easons several times over the years. When you go to Easons its typically because youve been in some type of collision. I appreciate the courteous fast service in a time where Im usually frustrated and at my wits end dealing with the insurance company. Easons is one of those places that still has that awesome small town, personal customer service mentality. Most recently we took my husbands beloved truck (his 1st truck hes had since he was 15) in to have the bed painted. They did an amazing job!

Tried to rip off my insurance company and told me it would take over 3 weeks to get my car fixed due to them only having 1 mechanic onsite. I had my insurance company come and get my vehicle and even though they didnt start any work on it they charged them 115 dollars. Very shady people. If you are in claremore and you have a wreck call Chappelles first they do better work and they will shoot you straight and get it done in a timely manner.

They are very helpful and professional as well as very knowledgeable with repairs.
