Our repair guy was Jerry. He came out the same day I called him. He was fair and gave me some knowledgeable information. He ordered the part needed and was back out immediately to fix it. He was fair in honoring the warranty on the part that needed to be replaced and didnt charge us. We will continue to to be a loyal customer of his.

Very pleased with my experience! Great, friendly, home-town service! My dryer was repaired and since it went easier than expected, the final bill was about 25% under the initial estimate. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations.

I called looking for a dishwasher repair; call answered by an answering service type person who had to look up my zip code (not a local person, obviously) - it would cost $79 for them to come out IF I did not hire them for a repair; if I did hire them, it would cost parts and labor.OK. I know we cant quote a price on parts at the moment, but what is the cost of labor? At least let me estimate that much before I commit. The guy on the phone in Timbucktu said he could not tell me the hourly labor cost.I prefer to deal with local businesses, not some weird franchise thing where I cant speak to a real repair person. I wont do business here.

Called and asked for details on getting my washer fixed. After I was my washer was an uncommon brand, (Haier), was told after my upfront $40 to diagnose the machine, that they have to be able to get parts.Understandable, but so the more I thought about it I called back, and asked the lady if I gave her the model number, to look up and see if there would seem to be parts available, so I could decide if the machine would be worth trying to repair.I got a snarly attitude that said, well thats awfully time consuming for me to have to enter all that information in..Granted, they wouldnt know what exactly to look up... All I wanted was to see what % parts were avail.Called another shop, the man did exactly what I asked with no attitude. And reassured me he could get parts. No up front charge.If you wont go an extra mile to gain a paying customer, then the customer will. Quite literally.

Whats there to say the guy came to my house just opened up my freezer and told me because there was no ice and back of my freezer my compressor was out. He didnt bother to look at the compressor by the way. Charged me $42 tell me that I needed to buy a new refrigerator and for opening up the back of the fridge freezer. Later that day I decide to call Rogers County Appliance to get it looked at just in case. Turns out it wasnt even the compressor and instead of costing me just as much as it would for a new refrigerator it only cost me 80 bucks. All I got to say in summons dont waste your time on this guy. Call Rogers County Appliance.

Great, friendly service and he fixed my problem. My ice maker wasnt working - it didnt take him long to fix and it works perfectly now!

Came out on service call to repair refrigerator. Guessed the wrong part to replace so I am out 238 dollars and refrigerator the same. He wont even return calls. Widowed ,one paycheck , prime customer to be ripped off by this man.
