I was amazed at how fantastic Americas Mattress in Claremont NH was to purchase my new bed. The owner, Dana, was courteous and responsive as soon as i first contacted him. He took the time to explain the various stock on hand after hearing what i was looking for, and took the time to break everything down and answer all of my questions. He met me at the store the next day and was as personable and professional as he could be. The showroom was excellent and the stock easy to see and experience up close. He gave me a great price and I was more than happy with the purchase. The next step was the delivery to my house, which was that same day. He hauled away my old bed and frame and neatly and quickly brought in and set up the new bed set. He did this all with a smile on his face and a level of professionalism and courtesy that was above and beyond what you would usually find in a store of any kind. He made buying my new bed a pleasurable, quick and easy process. I cant recommend highly enough Americas Mattress in Claremont NH. We just replaced a mattress with these folks. What a great experience! Throughout the entire process we were educated about the products differed and he gave us the space to make the right decision for ourselves - never tried to hard sell to a more expensive mattress. After unloading 100 mattresses they made the trip out on time to deliver our mattress. Highly recommended - if you live in or near Claremont and need a mattress, go! They will treat you like family.

Amazing customer service from the minute we walked in the door until the beds were set up. Very professional and knowledgeable salesman. He took every step to make our purchase enjoyable. Delivery was exceptional AND on Superbowl Sunday at that. These guys took their shoes off and on every trip they made into our home. Well done gentleman, well done. The sales person is extremely professional, helpful, polite and patient. I had a hard time deciding, and he helped me in every way. The delivery and setup was right on time and done with care. He even took off his shoes every time he had to enter the house. I appreciate everything about the purchase and delivery and would highly recommend this company.

Not very professional. The guy sold my wife and I a mattress and told us if we didnt like it within 30 days we could swap it out for another. Well, we didnt like it and when we went back he was trying to force us to purchase mattresses that were 2-3 times more expensive than the previous. We ended up finding one for the same price that was the same size, (king), and it felt extremely comfortable. He told us that price would make it feel comfortable, but we didnt even know the price until after we decided that we wanted it. He then told us that that bed wasnt rated for adults. Are you kidding? Its a king size mattress, how is it not rated for adults? We ended up getting the mattress and we love it, but we will never do business with them again.
