Tina is an excellent stylist. I had a blonde color and wanted to go to my natural hair color for my wedding. She match it perfectly along with the extensions I was going to wear that day. She gave me all the attention and time I needed to feel even more special on my wedding. She is an experience stylist and I highly recommend her for cuts, tints and styles.

I really love this place. Ive been coming here for years. The lady at the front desk in the beauty supply part is the owner and shes always so knowledgeable about recommending products for my hair. She doesnt try to sell you something you dont need. I can tell she genuinely cares about her customers.

I have seen this supply store for years from Upland to Claremont, and have enjoyed seeing the success it has attained. I wife makes me go every month to get more for products Anna and I enjoy the atmosphere and personal touch the staff makes, so every customer feels comfortable.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Nothing is priced and the girl behind the counter showed how annoyed she was when Id ask the price on the items I wanted to purchase.The lady behind me was waiting patiently for me to finish up but the girl behind the counter was so rude and was rushing me out the door. I almost bought nothing because of her attitude but the price was right!

Gabi is esthetician there and she is wonderful. Im 50+ and my skin looks great! She often runs specials. So happy I found her!

I have had two haircuts here. The first was a wonderful experience and unfortunately I cant find the ladys card. The second was absolutely the worst experience I have had with getting my hair cut. The stylist Firoozah rushed me to the washing bin before we finished discussing what I wanted done. And then she proceeded to cut my hair according to a picture that she had pointed out to me and I had specifically told her I really hate that hair cut and I dont want it to look anything like that. I kept telling her to cut the back shorter and she refused saying that I had previously said I wanted the top long, which was not what I had said at all. I hated the hair cut so bad that I began to cry. It was humiliating and she kept saying she had cut it exactly how I wanted. It looked nothing like the picture and she didnt even explain how to style it even though I asked her several times. I dont even know how to style the hair cut. Finally after some coaxing from the other stylists she gave me a haircut that I felt comfortable walking out of the salon with, but it was still nothing like the hair cut I showed her pictures of. When I tried to do my hair the next day it failed miserably because all I had to go off of was what I thought I saw her do. Needless to say I would not recommend getting your hair cut by her.
