Bought 2 used tires there. Paid$60.00 for them and balanced. One rim wouldnt hold air. They were to order a tube to put in it. Left it there for the weekend. Went back Monday, nothing was done. Bought another rim and was charged $20.00 to have it mounted. Didnt tell I would be charged again until after they mounted it. Not happy!!

I made an appointment to have my winter tires put on my car, and I was promptly greeted by one of the employees, he seemed very polite and wanted to know how he could help me, this I found to be a nice gesture.The whole process was done in a timely manner and these young men were did a great job.

Cody and the rest of the team at Tire Warehouse in Claremont NH today were wonderful. They were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Fixing my tires under warranty while providing a superior customer service experience. They were able to fit me into their schedule on a whim and I left incredibly happy knowing that my car was in good hands. I appreciate their attention to detail as well and they even showed my dog some love an attention before we left. Great team of guys!

Ive been to both Lebanon NH and Claremont NH locations and couldnt be happier with my experience an their willingness to help anyway possible I specifically think the Manager I believe his name is Winter deserves recognition for his customer care an interaction making customers experience here even more satisfied with the attention to detail an care of checking an doing complimentary work such as putting the tire on rim an ensuring other tires are filled properly and new tire was torque wrenched properly an I could tell the diff when I left there!!! I had a leaky tire on a road trip from VT to CT. Stopped off at Tire Warehouse to have them check it out. They found a nail, patched the hole, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes! Didn’t charge me for the quick repair either. Excellent customer service and recommend highly!

I’m giving them two stars because they did great getting me in quickly, however they abuse the fact that I am a female and don’t understand cars. They told me they had the exact same tire to the one that was damaged and they lied and overcharged me

We were in a real jam after boat trailer tire blew out. The didnt have the odd tire size but Cody told us that if we found one they would mount it. Woke up with a flat tire about a week ago, assumed it was done for, called up tire warehouse they told me to come right in. Instead of charging me for a whole new tire which they easily could have and I was already planning on doing, they went out of their way to look at my tire and realized I ran over a nail, patched it up and sent me on my way for $25! Saved me a lot of money when they easily could of charged me for a whole new tire. Very trustworthy and fast workers as well I was in and out in 15 minutes

Had four Michelin tires installed on my vehicle at the Claremont store. The tires I wanted were in stock. The installation was done very promptly. Subsequently I brought the vehicle in for service at the GMC dealer. They did a road force test and said it indicated two tires needed attention. I returned to the Claremont Tire Warehouse location where they reviewed the dealer report and removed and rechecked the tires. The tires were fine, we all agreed that the dealer needs to re-calibrate their testing machine. Very good team at the Claremont location.

Third place I tried on my only available day off. They squeezed me in short notice and finished switching out my winters in like 20 minutes. What a lifesaver!

We brought our 2013 Dodge Ram truck to have tires put on mounted and balanced. first problem they put the wrong Lugnut on it so when we brought the truck back to have our original Lugnut put on they had torch it too hard and they snapped the lug.Winter the assistant manager told us to have it fixed and they would pay for the mess up that they had made. We had our vehicle aligned from a different shop and the gentleman had asked if we were having any problems with our tires. which we were come to find out our truck was balance wrong, so we brought it back to the tire warehouse to have it fixed.After having it finally mounted the correct way we still had to pay for their messed up because they did not balance our tire correct. not only did they snap our lug and said they would replace it and pay for it, but they didnt we had to end up paying for the lug that had to get replaced in return for them balancing the tires that they should have balanced the correct way the first time. So in reality we had to pay for their messed up that they said they would take care of. And its not the money its a persons word.

The service was fast, professional, and courteous. I brought a flat to be fixed, and they even loaded it in my truck when they were done.

I just moved up to the Claremont area from Boston. My wife and I are not used to the service Winter and his team were able to get me in without an appointment and gave me the best deal around by far. They just made customers for life! We’re bringing my wife’s car back here next week and again I was able to get the best deal around!! Two thumbs up. Thank you guys.

Staff turns over quite often at this store but no matter who is working there they always get right to the task at hand, unless they are helping someone else, and have very good deals on tire service. Great about checking air pressure or torque for free for the elderly drivers who stop by too.

I had a low tire light that’s been on for months. A tire sensor would have costed me $160 at another tire shop in town. I got it done for 80$ here. Tire Warehouse does not take advantage of old ladies like myself they’re very respectful and Quickly get it done.

Very helpful group of gentlemen working here. I’m just an old lady who thinks all tires are all the same. Black round and roll. Winter the gentlemen behind the counter was very patient with me and took the time to the explain the difference tires with a waiting room full of people. He gave me really honest opinions about his prouducts. Not only did I get a set of Cooper tires for my van. I was educated about the different tread design. I feel like I learned a lot. I would recommend going to Claremont Tire Warehouse.

Had a tire that was flat and had a slow leak today. Luckily Tire Warehouse is open on Sunday and I was able to get it fixed right away. Winter and his team did a great job getting me back on the road. This was the second time I had to get a repair done there and I am very happy with the service I received.

I scheduled a appointment a few days ago and received confirmation email saying I had one. Yet....when I called they said I wasnt on the calender for an appointment today. It seems to have gone a bit down hill in professionalism since previous manager left. Not impressed. Dont know who is running the place now but they might want to pay attention to online appointments.Had to go to Ford garage instead. Not sure if I will go there in spring for my tire change out either. Especially if this is how they are going to do business now.

I had an appointment at a local tire shop in town And when I showed up to my appointment they were too busy to take me in so I was turned away and then I happened to turn down 2nd St. in Claremont and found Tire Warehouse for the first time I went in unscheduled didn’t have an appointment in winter and his team took me right in and actually gave me a really good deal better than what I was originally going to be getting from the local tire shop in Claremont me right and I even stayed late after hours to finish up my job great guys great sense of humor and they work pretty darn hard. Year round outside. At least yesterday was nice weather for November. I would recommend coming back here which I will be with other vehicles I own.

John and his team are excellent. I had a flat and was in fear of having to replace all 4 runflats which would have set me back over a grand. Once I got there , they were able to fix the tire for a nominal fee. They could have told me I needed the tires replaced and I wouldnt have known any better. I stopped in unannounced today needing 6 tires for my f350 dually and I needed a good price point! the team found me a set of all terrains that I liked but only had 5 in store, the manager said he would send an employee to get another tire and could have me all set by the afternoon. they delivered on their promisevery happy with service and price, thank guys

The manager at tire warehouse came to my rescue when Molly my sons monte Carlo blew out a tire. He fixed the rim, mounted and balanced the tire even carried it out to my car. Great service. The staff is very knowledgeable, very patient with me when I asked questions I truly had no idea on. Zac was great on helping me pick out the right snow tires to run this upcoming winter on my subaru.

My husband and I have done business in claremont for years and buy the road hazard package when we purchase new tires. Our experience is totally terrible. The workers are angry and fight amongst themselves. The repairs are never done. We always have to go back multiple times. We will never go back there. We do not recommend them to anyone.

These guys tried to charge me 45$ a tire to mount and balance 18 tires i already had purchased elsewhere lol ..I went to VIP and they did it for 100.62. Definitely some shady stuff going on over there at the tire warehouse and Im not the only local that knows it after talking with friends.

My hole family and I used to always come here for tires or mount a balancing. But today I called to set up an apt and they guy over chagered me so yall have lost my business for good.I was told last week it would be about 120 to 130 to mount and balance brand new wheels on brand new tires. Not even put them on the car. When I called today they wanted 65$ a tire and that comes out to 260$ im sorry but if you gonna do this to loyal customers I will never return and will pass this information on. It sucks I used to love dealing with tire warehouse
