Very poor quality of work. Had back window replaced. Left glass shards inside door so you can hear the glass everytime I open and close the door. The door panel was not installed back in correctly and found pieces where panel was broken from removal and glued back. Poor workmanship and attention to detail, would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Needed my car windows tinted.I was able to drop off my car in morning and pick up early afternoon. Was very pleased with the quality and customer service . Very happy. Will definitely reccomend greenback glass . Price was excellencent also!!

After I give the measurement and paid full amount they charged me xtra 130 $ when delivered. Be careful

I needed to replace a piece of glass from a table. I had no idea this place existed. The manager at Lowes recommended it, so I thought I would give it a try.Needless to say, as soon as I walked in and began speaking with Andy, I knew I was in the right place. He was very kind, helpful, and funny LOL.Andy had my new glass piece cut and ready to go in less than 10 minutes, and for a very reasonable price!Andy and his assistant provided some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time...and a great price to boot!!What a hidden gem right in the middle of Citrus Heights! I have been a customer with this shop for several years, they always treat me great and give me the best price and service. They even installed some windows and one shower door in my house. I also bought my blinds and shutters from them. I had this business replace my cars windshield and 2 door glasses for my sons car. Whenever I need a window or a piece of glass, I go there and I trust that I will get the best price, but also a great service - not a mistake! I am a picky person and I highly recommend them.

Greenback Glass replaced my cracked windshield on my automobile within couple of hours.Theyve been in business for 10 years plus. Great customer service and honest.Would highly recommend them for Windows, doors, tinting, sunroofs, chip repair, shower doors, shutters.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!I ordered some seedy glass for some cabinet upper doors from Andy, the owner. He quoted me $245 on the phone after I gave him my measurements. When I got to the store he denied ever saying that and set the price at $360. It was less than the other place I usually use, so I went with it. Two days later I went to pick up the glass. He was nice enough to sand the edges, but left all 8 pieces unwrapped, which I couldnt believe since this would be his fault if anything broke before I got it. When I got it back to my shop EVERY piece was the wrong measurement!!! I had to cut out more from 6 doors. 2 pieces fit, however the were almost 1/4 smaller than I ordered. 3 pieces were ordered the same dimensions, and each piece was a different size. Ive been doing cabinetry for 7 years and this is the first time a glass shop has screwed up like this. I usually use Dicks Rancho Glass, but was trying to save money. Big mistake using Greenback Glass. They are cheaper, but not to be trusted.

TERRIBLE. Came in to fix a small rock chip on my windshield today. He tells me he has to inform me that there is a small chance of cracking the windshield, but that its NEVER happened to him ever and not to worry about it... not 5 minutes later he comes out and asks me what my insurance deductible is!! He shows me my windshield now has a 2 foot crack across it. When I asked him what he was going to do about it he tells me I told you there was a 1 in 1000 chance of this happening and then proceeds to repeat that like a mantra saying he never told me that it has never happened to him. Lied straight to my face .

Superb service,,,,,best priceA month ago, I called two glass companies to get an estimate to fix my broken glass and repair the damaged frame of my storefront. One glass shop even did not show up and second one after three hours came and check the problem he told me he had to order the part which would take over a week. Since I have a small business, the damages had to be fixed right away. One of my employees told me to call Greenback Glass so I made the call. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and told me that he would send someone right away to take care of the damages. An hour later a technician showed up with a truck and he quickly told me that he could board up the window and clean up the broken glass because it was a safety issue. He said he would come the next day to put in a new glass and fix the damaged frame. He showed up the next day and took care of everything. I was very relieved that my business window was fixed in such a short time. I was lucky that my employees recommended this shop to me. After a couple of weeks, I called this shop again because my sons car had been broken into. My son got an appointment right away (the same day in fact) and the price was once again very reasonable. My son was very happy with the quality of the service but also the way he was greeted by the gentlemen. Since then, I have referred a lot of my customers and friends to this shop. I most certainly recommend this shop to whoever needs a glass replacement to their home, car or business. This shop has very reasonable prices, the customer service is superior and the location is very convenient. I will soon call and have them install a new shower door for my bathroom. As a business owner, I always do business with local business owners because of the quality of service I get, but also to support smaller businesses. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! BEWARE! VERRRRRRY DISHONEST! OWNERS NAME IS ANTHONY.When our building was vandalized I called this business for an estimate. Anthony, which i believe is the owner sent an employee to my business to give me an accurate estimate. His employee boarded up my window then gave me a receipt of an estimated price. I then thanked his employee and told him i wanted to shop for prices because their estimate was too expensive. (almost $1300.00). His employee then proceeded and went on his way... and that was that... so i thought!I called around and found an amazing price for my window...ISSAC GLASS AND RENOVATION: less than half the price of what this place was offering!! i paid 355.00 for our business front window.Anthony then called me back asking me to pay for the boarding service he provided for my window.. he also wanted to charge me almost $400.00 for that service alone... of course i was in disagreement. Why would anyone with common sense pay $400 for 30 minutes of work? The boarding job they did was poorly done! To compare the quality of work..It was like a kindergartner trying to make a bird house with two left hands!... I joke you not!Our disagreement finally came to a mutual agreement of $100.00 for his employee coming to my store and boarding up our window... which i feel like I shouldnt have paid...In conclusion, that was the end of it... so i thought... until 3 years pass an i received a phone call from collections for not paying him for his service! wow... this guy is unbelievable! He expects me to pay the $400.00I cannot believe this guy! what a joke! PLEASE PLEASE do not give this guy your $$... he will SCAM you!!!! dont be a VICTIM like i am!I still have all the paper work and receipts.
