My son has his heart set on a specific toy and one cashier told me they could not search for any items here or at any other store and the manager Shawn went out of his way to find it for us. My son is thrilled. Very sad they are going out of business. Sales everywhere.

You are swarmed by employees as soon as you enter the store asking if you need help finding anything. No problem though., they are just doing their job. Great selection of toys and knick nacks.

We come to Toys R Us just to look around and watch our daughter is get excited about toys. The people that work at this location are really nice and helpful. The prices are a bit High compared to their competition but they will price match according to the sticker on the front door. The selection here is great and I really like the selection of educational toys and supplies.

Once again great service. Curtis helped me get the best possible price for my baby travel system and he made sure that other staff rang me up correctly and he also carried my purchase out and into my car!!! This man is a good team leader and keeps his teammates up to date with customer service. Thank you Curtis and Ill be seeing you again. :)

I always love Toys r us however, I did not know the store was closing (shock) and merchandise was spare. I was able to get my greatgranddaughter a nice birthday present for less. I will miss our local store..

It brought back fun memories of shopping there for my Nieces from many years agoand now their kids. It was really sad to be in a Toys R Us for the last time!! Where do you go to buy toys now?? How much fun can you having shopping with your kids online for a toy or game they want now??

So this place gets 4 stars not because it is awesome, well it is a toy store so it is pretty awesome. But because it reminds me of toys r us from when I was a kid. 25 years or so ago. It is that kind seedy space with the strange door on the side to buzz if you have a larger package. That door was always the coolest as a kid because it meant you were getting a toy that was HUGE. So if you went to toys r us as a kid check this place out for some good nostalgia and maybe pick up some Legos while you are at it, they have a pretty nice selection.

Cashier was great, took my grandson to shop for his birthday gift. She was so kind to him. Gave him a couple of freebies, that he couldnt wait to open in the car. He had a great experience.

Lets be honest here....this was meant to be. They charge 400 bucks for something that you can get online for 15. They went out of business for a reason. Good riddance.

Its going out of business, and the sales are nowhere near as good as advertised. On the other hand, I kinda understand that the marketing of a closing-down sale is their last chance of squeezing out some money out of this business. I will definitely miss it. I dont believe there will be other toy stores that will have such an impact on children as Toys R Us did.

Store closing, so inventory limited, some good deals. Staff seems to act accordingly given situation...going from work to no work without severance. Implying not very friendly or helpful but I wouldnt be happy in their shoes either

I live close to this location but if I moved I would still probably come to this one. I havent EVER had a poor experience dealing with customer service or finding exactly what I was looking for. Price matching is never a head ache either. Some times all I had to do was pull up Walmarts website to get the discount I wanted. All the staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable as to the location of certain items. If by chance, they didnt know where an item would be they would at the very least direct me to customer service where they can pinpoint an items location. Some times, when they arent busy, theyll even call the customer service desk themselves from a courtesy phone.

I always enjoy shopping here. Staff are helpful and mildly friendly, but are not pushy. Prices are always reasonable.

This store is stocked completely. They seem to be taking their time clearong out warehouses. There was only one section that was marked down 30%. I still managed to spend 100+ dollars... The deals will get better. Im waiting for a few collectibles to go lower and some nerf guns... Will be back shortly.

Going out of business sale is still going on and the store has a surprising amount of inventory, looks as if they are clearing a warehouse or bringing other stores merchandise in. Many items are discounted but it is hard to tell which ones or how much off they are so pay attention to the price scanner locations. It may be early but start buying for Christmas toy drives.

Everything on sale... good prices, but the store is closing. Been shopping there for decades. Will miss the franchise... all the stores are closing.

Its a bit pricey with a lot of items but they have so much stuff and its a great place to let your kids go for finding birthday stuff or christmas presents and there are always employees around you to ask if you need any help with anything so you dont ever feel lost in this giant store.

Very disappointed. I had selected about 200 dollars of toys and had to leave. I asked management if they could hold my items that I would return. They took my name and placed my basket towards the from. Upon my return I did not get my items that was supposed to be held and apparently the items had been returned and or sold. Was not happy at all

Dont try to call this place...I tried several times to ask a simple question, they would not pick up the phone...the couple of times they picked it up--first time was to hang up; second time a woman announced for all available cashiers to the front and hung up on me. One of the times I called, their phone cue had me on hold and recycled for half an hour before I hung up. Needless to say, I did call them several times this evening before I decided to give up.Other than that, the employees are friendly and professional. I actually did buy some things for my son this year from there.

This location is ok. The atmosphere is sketchy. Every time I come here there is always sketchy people hanging out by the doors and in the parking lot.

The Final Visit to One of the ORIGINAL BOX/MEGA TOY STORE IN US HISTORY as the Biggest Toy Store Are CLOSED !! This Visit was quite Crowded with the USUAL Last time Bargain seekers and sadly the Poor Attitudes were Apparent! Shelves were spare and messy with toys not being stocked anymore. Prices werent yet marked down except a few were 5% off retail. A Sign that Internet Shopping Has The SELLING MONOPOLY!!

Over priced and the store is always a mess. I mean really over priced, with a Target in the same parking lot with sometimes 50 percent less on some things, I am supposed they are still in business. The help is hard to find and it is hit and miss on if you get someone friendly.

45 minutes at the front desk just to pick up an online order theyre were four people helping one person who in their defense was wrong but still four people for one person while you have a line of three other people it should have been a 5-minute pick up.
