Nothing special in rates. Competitive with Verizon, but then why not just get Verizon?I wanted a separate low-use phone of no-talk and 1-gig of hotspot per month. Cricket was more expensive than a full service contract with Verizon.Disappointed.Cricket has just become a clone. The clerk given my needs, could not provide any advantageous reason to use Cricket.

This location is awesome!I had to add a mobile hotspot to my account, and this is the nearest location to my home (also the newest).Raphael was there, and unlocked the doors right on time -- he was super friendly, cool, and helpful.You cannot beat the service/prices with Cricket Wireless. If you are someone who needs a month-to-month service or want to save a ton of money...Cricket Wireless is your best bet. Its AT&Ts subsidiary company, so you know you get great service; its just cheaper.As a frugal student and former AT&T/Verizon customer, I would highly recommend Cricket Wireless to anyone needing service. Again cricket and asked me about a paysite Binions because Ive been there every month to pay my bill of $6 service that I have to have to in order to make any money or do anyting functional

Such a wonderful experience. We switched from MetroPCS today and couldnt be happier! 3 of our phones were free and the lovely young lady that helped us gave us a very sweet deal on the phone at wasnt free. Amazing Customer Service!! Oh and $30 cheaper than our MetroPCS bill monthly...YAY!! One recommendation : Chairs for waiting customers, other then that...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
