I really do like this place. Get most all my batteries here unless I find a good deal elsewhere. The staff is cool, know what theyre talking about, and keep me posted about new inventory and when its arriving. Solid place, no complaints.

Every location I have been to I have been treated with great customer service. I love that for no additional charge they checked my cars battery and charging system and installed the new battery!

I was able to obtain a lifetime replacement battery on an older phone after buying the original replacement two and a half years prior. I am on a limited income so I was pleased the free replacement was honored.

Took my iphone in for a service and they made my phone worse. I learned a lesson, which is to take the iphone to an apple store for repair. They were friendly but not competent in what I needed done.

The guys were great helping me out when I went to the wrong store to pick up a purchase made online they managed to complete my purchase and contacted the other store (Gabriela was waiting waiting for me) and got me out there fast. Even added the water for me. Great group of guys and I hope they stick around.

Overwhelming amount of help. Kind of feel smothered in a way. Not that its a bad thing, i still gave 5 stars. Customer service was great, knowledgeable friendly people. They always have what you need. The location is easy access from the streets very visible. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.

Outside of the few minutes I had to wait to be helped, my experience was great, I came for some AAA batteries and ended up with a battery for my Glucose meter and a light bulb I had been looking for, for my outside light for my bushes that around my house

They have just about every lite and battery out there. They are a little on the high side terrific customer service. When they change your car battery the put a power source in place so you dont have to reprogram your radio. 👌

So, paid additional $45.00 for $100.00 game camera! Oh, had to buy SIM card too! Geez, Im not happy with game camera!

Have an excellent selection of light bulbs and batteries. Dominique who I can only assume is the manager has gone above and beyond what I would expect an employee to do, by taking time out of his day to help me even though there was no huge payoff or big buy that I was going to purchase. I was able to order on-line and within one hour my (hard to find) items were ready for pick-up. I was pleasantly greeted by more than one associated. I thought that was a nice professional touch. I hate resetting radio presets, clock, seat memory, and Ill of that when theres a memory wipe due to a power cut.Installation was FAST! He really knew what he was doing. He seemed like he knew exactly where my bracket mounts were for my car, which are a little hard to find, actually. He just went right to the nut felt it grabbed a couple socket and got to work.All in all, Im very impressed. Thank you very much for the headache free experience. Ill be back when I need you again.

I was in search of a motorcycle battery, they had what I needed. When I got home with the battery it was very hot so I called and they told me to bring it back. When I took it back in they exchanged it for a different one and told me that the one I had just brought back in was defective and if I had any problems with the new one to let them know. these people are very very nice and I definitely would encourage other people to go there.

I got great service, they even told me about something that would save me money for the future which was awesome and they didnt have to do that. Very friendly people that were there.

Great place for all kinds of batteries large and small. Very noligable when it comes to batteries. They have just about every kind of batteries there is or will be able to get it for you. The best place for info on batteries as well. You cant go wrong. If its battery or bulb related you can rest assured they have it or can get it.!!

Its clean and well organized inside. The employees greet you upon entering and let you know they are available if you have questions or require assistance. I went to get a watch battery and theres two options: $10 for a one time fix or $18 for a lifetime warranty. They were able to install the new battery and get me on my way in under 10 minutes.

I wanted the battery replaced in my Pixel smartphone. I called to see if they had one and I was told that there wasnt one in the store but that they could have it in a few days. I made an appointment based on that. The battery was there when I showed up. Estimated time to repair was 1 1/2 hours. It took an additional 15 minutes but the phone works fine and the battery is much better than the one I had them replace. Staff was friendly and courteous. There was no pressure to buy anything else. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are hands on- like for my electric wax warmer and my electric scooter- they help me get the right thing for a good price and are willing to take the time to talk with me about installation and use.Amazon cant help me like that.

Called before visiting store & customer service over the phone and in person was fantastic. I cant begin to describe how grateful I am for their services. Needed a car key cut & programmed. Turned out to be impossible to find anyone able to cut the keys besides a dealership. Never thought to look at a battery shop, but Im thrilled I stumbled across them. They saved me HUNDREDS. 2 keys cut and programmed for less than dealerships charge for a single key. Service was quick and programming was done correctly. Highly recommend this place for smart key replacements.

I was among several customers needing assistance. Yet, the wait was almost non-existent. The employee who assisted was outstanding. He cleaned off battery acid that my old battery left on the frame,installed new battery and made sure everything was securely attached and in place. Then made sure I started vehicle in front of him to insure that there were no issues. He was professional, yet friendly. Best online to brick and mortar experience. My truck had been sitting for about a week after a recent surgery. When I was able to drive again I discovered the old battery had died. Through my charger on it and went online to see what deals were currently available. B+B pricing was competitive plus they said they would install for free! I couldnt lift the old battery due to surgery so I figured what the heck. Once I received the email saying my order was ready, I called the store to confirm they would replace it. Matt asked what make my vehicle was and he said yep your covered. I drove down there and a nice young lady named Ali helped refund the core charge for my old battery and told me to drive around the back of the store. They had a roll up door. Ali met me back there within minutes, replaced the old battery in less than five minutes and asked me to start up my truck just to make sure it was all good. It was and I was on my way. No appointment needed, great service fair pricing quality Duracell parts and soooo convenient. Winner!

I stopped in to buy batteries for my car key fobs.I asked the guy for 2032s, explaining my key fobs were both dead. I explained that I had even gone through the fob reprogramming steps before I realized the new batteries inhadmpurchased from another store were bad.He started rambling on about how it would be a $10 installation charge per battery, unless I wanted the service plan for $15 each. He quoted several plan options but talked so fast that I was lost.Considering I had the car for 3 years before having to change the batteries, I dont think a service plan is needed.In the end, I bought two batteries for a total of $8 and change and saved myself the extra $20 installation. I actually had the screwdriver needed to open the fob in my pocket.Was it because I was female or do you assume all customers are idiots willing to waste money?
