This company is remarkable. Called late afternoon and spoke to its owner Jacob and he was very helpful. He made everything simple and easy for me and within two days had my alarm installed. Horrible customer service, lying to you over the phone about fees and promising you nice things and then when tech comes out there’s fees up to 300-400 bucks, cameras are extra. The tech that came out to my house had smoke coming out of him like a chimney, kept running back and forth smoking in almost two hours didn’t do nothing except smoke and talk. When I called back to get someone who doesn’t smoke and lie they sent me to corporate and now it’s like talking to the rudest people on earth and they want me pay for everything out my own pocket plus crazy monthly services. I guess they don’t take kindly to someone who criticizes their worthless customer service and smoking staff. -5 stars will go to Xfinnity or someone else. I had them for two years prior to renewing and that’s how they treat there customer.

I ordered a door for my ipassa alarm panel. They did not have it in stock but said they ordered it from the manufacturer and would ship it as soon as it came in. As soon as it was received they notified me it had been shipped. In 2 days it arrived and had a hand written note on the invoice saying they were sorry for the delay and appreciated my business. That’s good customer service.

Its awesome to have a local company that can battle the big boys - and come out on top! Weve had Zions Security handle our business and home for 4-5 years now. No problems, just good security at a good rate. Weve had a couple false alarms at the business but its always been an issue caused by us, not the system. I think their call center is local too, which Im all for helping our economy in Utah. Thanks Zions!

I would like to say Jake answered questions about my upcoming ADT install next week from another provider that meant a lot to me because he didnt have to do that, going to ADT was a no brainer especially after the experience with Comcast Xfinity first and foremost there customer service is terrible and there technicians were lazy and uninterested in doing a good job there equipment and app failed constantly and cost me 650.00 in false alarm charges with the city and nothing was explained in detail I know I am going to love my adt pulse tss excited about the install and the ability to protect my home and my family the right way .
