I go there only because they carry my brand of hair color but during one of my purchases I got a bad tube and called the store to speak to the manager. I called back a second time and a third time and still no reply. I’m just thankful it was only one tube and I had another tube so it didn’t end up ruining my special occasion. The manager should have returned my call.Employees are always very helpful and polite otherwise I would’ve given it zero stars.

I came in on Saturday with a hair emergency and received the best customer service ever. Thank you to the gal with the light blue hair you saved my hair & my sanity. The stuff you recommended absolutely saved my hair and the color looks great. Thank you for the time you spent helping me I truly appreciate it.

Every time I come in this place my order is messed up!!!!! Literally every time!! The first couple times I got a little upset then felt bad after but this now is the seventh time I call in and the phone takes three times calling thats like thirty rings and finally they answer and I place my order get there and its made wrong!!!!!
