Normally I checkout with the machine that cannot trash talk other Kroger employees. Not on this occasion. I made the mistake of going to the checkout with an actual human and what did I get. When the digital coupons were not reading, the checkout clerk refused to help and actually began bad mouthing other employees that had helped me in the past. What poor customer service. I would rather pay more money than have to hear a clerk talk negatively about employees who actually want to help.

Got this beautiful bouquet for my Moms birthday for only $30 last Friday! The Lillies just opened up! Just a great deal on flowers! (We did feed them Sprite ;) )

Smaller since they condensed and added a star bucks. Less options on some shelves for items that used to be there. Still a great clean store and recommend you shop here.

This Kroger is horrible! Low stock all the time, process marked on the shelf that are incorrect, and when you show them, they say sorry and cant correct it. Walmart, here I come.

So I dont understand why heat is coming out of vent at the registers I sweat while standing in and this has been going on for far too long. Today was there shopping for a client and the workers were sweating I mean come on this is suppose to be my comfort store when it is hot because for many years has always been COLD inside and should always be in summer because who wants to sweat while they are shopping!!!! Not me I dont go as often as I used to and Wal mart is just as bad it hot there too what are yall trying to do get people in and out? As they do in restaurants when they make it cold just bringing up a fair point

Easy to find stuff, nice clean store

They never have more than 2 registers open. Customer service and management always standing around but never pitching in to help leaving customer waiting in the checkout line for a long time. And no I don’t want to use self checkout.

I lost my pants but a great employee helped me find them.

First of I want to say how impressed I was with Dakota in the Starbucks shop! A line full of people and being by himself handled it with absolute professionalism and friendliness. He made the trip today worth it! The store is always clean and the other employees are always helpful. They always have what I need in stock. So much better than some of the other store around! I drive the extra bit to come here, and it’s always worth it.

Pleasant shopping experience with good prices.

Circleville Kroger has many problems following coronavirus safety measures and doesnt have management that is willing to talk with customers with a complaint. I never give bad Google reviews but after many attempts over a two day period to contact management, I finally talked to one who was not helpful. She should have thanked me for bringing the three problems to her attention and let me know that she would handle it . Instead she was short with me as if I was inconveniencing her.

I believe that I am getting used to the new layout of the store. The folks working there are friendly and helpful when I do need help. This is the only store that I shop at,they have just about everything I need at a competitive prices.

They were so helpful in the store. I accidentally cut my finger while shopping and got some wipes in the store and wrapped around it. When I got to the register they helped me unload my cart, the gave me a bandaid, and offered to carry groceries out to the car all with such courtesy and empathy. Absolutely awesome.

Really had a great experience. My transaction was not deducting some credits from my total. This gentleman, the man with dark brown hair and fGlasses, really sweet guy, went out of his way to make sure my total was correct and I was paying for what I suppose to be paying for. He even insisted on taking my groceries to my car and loaded them up for me. I really enjoy Kroger! They are always friendly! Even better with Starbucks!

Ive shopped this Kroger since I was a little boy, and always enjoy coming back. Prices are reasonable, products are good quality, its clean and the people are nice. Hope to be back soon

Friendly staff, plenty of self serve checkouts. Signs above aisles helpful. Pharmacy staff courteous, knowledgeable. Only negative is one to two days wait time for medications. If waiting in store the best time is 30 minutes. Rarely have we been able to get them within an hour. My Dr had his nurse call pharmacy but nothing has changedOther pharmacies in town are 20 min wait. Kroger needs to change this, its not acceptable.

Horrible experience! Never have anything I need!! We was in the hunt for one item, we asked for help, Larry was very nice but couldn’t help us find what we was looking for. We asked for a manager finally after playing tag manager Rhonda was rude. So needless to say I will not be returning to this location!Thank you Larry in the grocery department for being so kind and for all of you’re help!

Im a frequent shopper at Kroger in Circleville. Todays visit was different in a positive way. Were getting a big snowstorm this weekend & I wanted to stock up on as much food as I can. I had my 1 year old daughter with me. An employee named Doug was bagging my groceries & said that hed help me to my car. While I was putting my daughter in the car, he asked if my doors were unlocked. I didnt think anything of it & then he started putting the groceries in my car. Ive never had anyone do that or even offer to. I was very appreciative of it & noticed he didnt even have a coat on While it was still snowing. For a man to help a young woman with a small child goes to show that theres still good people out. I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Doug for what he did even though he didnt have to. I hope this gets back to him & hope he realizes a big impact on what he did for me.

This is the 2nd weekend in a row that my self scanned buggy was randomly selected for check scan i waited scanned 7items then couldnt figure out how to get so I was able to pay called for assistance then he stated took you to long now you have to rescan everything i had selected, the self scan to save time, i wont return i belive i can find a store that trust me !!!

I came to kroger soley to get a drink from starbucks, I had asked my barista for a smoked butterscotch frapp with coconut milk instead of regular because i am lactose intolerant and she proceeded to make the frapp with reg milk i watched her. Then when i said something she argued with me . long story short im on the toilet and have been for an hour.

They have just about anything you want.

Clean store good variety of lots of good food. Prices are a bit high. But the quality is sometimes better than other places.

Meat department rarely staffed and the seafood looks dry!! Im all for improvements but they should have never taken front row handi cap parking places, just so people can quickly pull in and have someone run their groceries out. That should be at the END of the building.

I liked it much better before the remodel. Parking is bad with the click list parking. Just like Walmart many of the selves are empty and there is always something Im looking for that is out of stock. Ill stick with Aldi.

The staff is friendly and always trying to help with anything. Krogers is my go to for food shopping, having their card and getting the sales helps me save money and get the best quality foods. They are very good about getting you through the check out lines.

Noticable price hikes & fewer genaric brands available after the pandemic hoax

I really like the employees and the quality of the groceries! The quantity is the problem. The coffee creamer and yogurt I buy is always empty. Empty shelves is a huge problem. When your a diabetic and can only have sugarfree and low sugar items it would be nice if it was available!!

The store was clean, and inviting. Always a great place to grocery shop for the family meals.

A nice, well taken care of store. Its a little smaller than most Krogers, but its convenient. When I was there today they seemed to be doing some major remodeling with moving the beer coolers and some dairy cases. A little confusing. One major downside is the parking lot. Its small and difficult to get in and out of. I do like the convience of the gas station right there though.

This Kroger seems to be constantly out of stock on not only regular inventory items but also sales items but I have been told a number of reasons why by members of management. A carnival grocery store closed down in the area about a year ago but yet they still cannot keep enough inventory. They say due to the fact they cant hire enough employees to stock the inventory even if they had the inventory. Then they said it was due to the fact that Kroger had a new ordering a inventory system that was computer generated, that doesnt allow them to order extra inventory to keep up with customer demand, even though they have more customers now. They have had these ongoing problems an it doesnt seem to be getting better any time soon because they feel they dont have any problems.

The quality is great, prices are high unless youre buying on sale. It seems that Krogers has the idea of selling half their stuff as a loss leader and high prices on everything else. Granted if you need something that might be out of the normal, Kroger is gonna have it.

Its your typical Kroger. Parking is ok. 4 self checkout Lanes on opposite ends of checkout is nice. Makes grabbing a few items quick.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for groceries. The quality of the produce and bakery is better than competing grocery stores and the store is always clean.

Everything is fairly well marked and the store is clean. Employees seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping people.

Its Kroger. I try and shop here instead of Wal Mart as much as possible. They usually have what I am looking for. The employees of this location are top notch and almost all of them are very friendly.

By far my favorite grocery store. Always friendly, familiar faces, the store is clean and well stocked. Employees go out of their way to help you, even if it is just to say Hi. I cannot say enough good things about the Circleville Kroger store. I rarely go to Walmart because Kroger is my one stop shop.

Please inforce your mask wearing requirement. You can ask people to leave who dont follow the rules.

The coffee creamer selection is atrocious unless you want a ton of the same stuff. Its very clean, and the employees are friendly. The meat selection in fantastic as well as the little sushi selection. Could use a Starbucks though.

I love Kroger, always have. Their store brand is always just as good as the name brand and way more affordable and this location is no different. Open a tad late, but not 24 hours like walmart, which sucks. I would love a 24 hour Kroger here in CVille.

Went to krogers at the gas pump to buy cigarettes I was asked for ID , you can tell Im old enough but she insisted and I understand its their job but if your going to ask me for ID I want to see your ID so I know your old enough to sell them to me and besides some kid doesnt need to know my addressBig fail Kroger

Store is always clean and organized. Krogers self checkouts are a pain to use though. Look at the bagging area the wrong way and you have to call someone over to help.

Never enough registers open. Most employees seem unhappy, no smiles or interaction.with customers. Produce is outstanding with customers questions and needs.

Best produce, meat and dairy selection and quality in Circleville by far. Costs a little more than other places but definitely worth it. You can go full trottle in this place. Cmon, try it out.

Helpful staff here usually, and good produce, too. Aisles can be pretty cramped, as its a small store.

Very disappointed!!! Went to do shopping for 4th of July holiday. First time at Circleville location. Shelves were empty on several products and was told would not be restocked. Sale items should be readily available holiday or not! Dont put the item on sale if you dont have the stock to last for the duration of the sale!!! Very poor management !! Being a person who is disabled and does not go shopping very often, items were not in the ailse designated for that product. Then go to the checkout and it being A Saturday afternoon only 3 registers open with people waiting in line at least 4 people at each. After getting home was not given the correct sale price of items I did purchase!!!! Will not be returning to this location!! Very dissapointing!!!😕👎 Employees were exceptional given the situation!!👍😄
