The older blonde woman who i assume is manager is extremely rude and likes to pick fights easily. I’m not sure what makes her so unhappy but she should be nicer to customers

I love this Starbucks! I prefer it over the drive through location. The staff is so friendly & always remembers me even when I haven’t been there in awhile. My drinks come out perfect every time!

Staff is beyond friendly. They always get the order right and remember regulars even if they dont visit for months.It does run slow from time to time but that is common with any cafe.

Drive through always takes forever and theyre always out of stuff. Drinks taste fine.

Everytime u go in this place order the same thing get something totally diff. The manager dont even know how to make coffee how is she suppose to train.

No one in line ahead of me . Two workers behind the counter. Stood at the cash register to place my order and 10 mins later I still had not been helped or even acknowledged. Walked away.

Coffee is always okay.The reason for the 3 star is that during the 7:30-8 o’clock morning rush, there is only ever one person and I normally wait as long as I can and sometimes I get my coffee and sometimes I have to leave before I can order because I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and I don’t want to risk being late for work and who knows how much longer the wait will be. I always feel bad for the person in there too, I know they’re doing their best... there should be 2 people in there.

The spinach feta wrap was terrific and so was the vanilla bean frappe. The service was very nice as well.

Too expensive

Poor customer service. The manager on duty spent the entire time complaining out loud about her employee. Very unprofessional. Even though customers were standing around waiting for their drinks, she wouldnt make them but wasted our time until she got one of her employees to finally make our drinks, which were both made incorrectly. Very unprofessional staff and long wait. We will not come back.

Always friendly staff , I go around 7 - 7:30 pm and I never have to wait they get my order right everytime.

Flies all over the stuff in the case. There were two people present and only one served people while the other sat on her phone. Coffee was okay.
