Mr. Patel is simply AWESOME!He advised me on how to contact Amazon re: a return I needed to make, because the store location was out of my way.He is always pleasant, willing to help and answers any questions you have about the services that his store provides.

The attitude of this young (man) was disgusting. He stated I GOT IT, when he was printing the labels for two big boxes we were sending. Well Mr. young bad attitude you dont get it at all. You lost the boxes because you didnt put the correct and complete address. When we went to the store 3 days after that the boxes were supposed to be at the destination. This employee had the nerve to said: NOTHING I CAN DO. its over a week and the boxes havent arrived.

Lost my package and the store has no idea what happened to it or where it went.Therefore, I have no intentions of using OR recommending this location for future needs. See YELP for a more detailed review.Human Error is what I told as the root cause for the loss. Unfortunately yes, human error does occur sometimes. However when something does goes wrong, at the very least show some empathy, go the extra mile to demonstrate you care and are truly sorry for whats occurred.I didnt experience any of that. As the Owner (Mr. Patel) stated, it was on me for thinking that was possible. Really.... this coming from the Franchise Owner??Unless I was proactive in reaching out for status updates or to find out the protocol in the event of lost package, I wondered if there would have been any communication.Mr. Patel typically doesnt work on weekends as I had been told.A simple phone call from the Mr. Patel or a Manager (if there is a manager) at some point during the weekend would have spoke volumes and given me a hint of confidence that my situation was valued. Nope, none of that here.Once my claim check was finally available from UPS Corporate; close to two (2) weeks after I filed my claim, a fine gesture to perhaps at least offer to bring the check to me (just a few miles away) would have meant the world to me. However, that apparently was on me to believe that could happen.There are numerous shipping options available today that would welcome new business. For me, that is the path I will follow moving forward.

I came in to get a document printed on legal paper and ended up waiting over 30 mins, while they serviced everyone else. They dont know how to operate equipment and half the time have no idea what they are doing period. When you dont know how to do something, you figure it out. Dont push people to the bottom of the line because you dont know. Unreal...

I shipped a package with this certain UPS store on 1/17/21 and it was supposed to be shipped out on 1/18/21 and to the recipient by 1/19/21. By 1/21/21 the recipient let me know the package didn’t arrive and the tracking number said “shipment is ready for UPS,” which it also said on my end. By 1/25/21 the package still didn’t arrive to the recipient and I tried calling the store multiple times and got no answer so I @‘d UPS on Twitter and got a response and was told to start an investigation/file a claim. On 1/26/21, I started the investigation with a manager and was told it would take 10-12 days to hear anything back. By 1/29/21, I tracked the number again to see if there was an update and the shipping information had been voided meaning the shipment was canceled.The 10-12 day period was over on 2/11/21 (excluding weekends) and I didn’t hear anything back but decided to give a small grace period to see if they would reach out in a few days or so (I figured the process was moving slow because of covid) It is now 2/21/21 and I have yet to hear anything back. I called the UPS store and asked for a manager but one wasn’t on duty, therefore I proceeded to explain my situation to the employee and they couldn’t really do anything because it was out of their reach but they did provide a 1-800 number to call and see if I could get an update. I called the number a few minutes ago and they said couldn’t see the claim/it was never started by the store and sent a link to my email to see if I could see the claim or to start a new one. I tried viewing the claim and there’s nothing there, I also tried starting a new one and the website won’t let me for some reason now I’m back to square one and have to visit the store tomorrow once again and start a new claim/see what happened with the initial claim.Moral of the story, this is absolutely ridiculous and I will never ship with UPS again, especially not with this store.

Paid about $45 for overnight on a key days before Christmas. We get that maybe it couldnt make it the overnight. However, it was 6 days later. We kept being promised a call, never happened. Corporate UPS was no help and kept telling me it would be delivered, never was. Said it would be delivered on Saturday and the office by my house on Saturday is closed, so that was a lie. Constantly promised calls by this store and corporate and nothing happened. After about 2 months of going back and forth, we are told no refunds because it had to be filed within the first 15 days. I had been calling since the first 5 days. Never got anywhere with anyone. Managers promise calls and help and nothing g happens. It ALL happened because the employee entered the info wrong. The sender and recipient (me) both had wrong addresses and names spelled incorrectly. When trying to resolve it, no one did from the first day. No one cared, because they already got our money. Thanks for leaving me in the middle of nowhere on Christmas and days before and after for your negligence. Couldnt even refund the difference on shipping. Left me stuck where there is no transportation, not even uber, where I live and then told there is no refunds and the location of my package is unknown. Then, it randomly showed up. A JOKE. DONT GO HERE.

If I am first in line or the 7th person, employees are helpful, efficient and quick. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. Dont let the line deceive you. Social distancing is practiced and encouraged by all.

This is a franchise and not a direct UPS center so if you have issues or deserve a refund, you won’t get one because UPS will say they’re not liable as it was the store that made mistakes not UPS.I paid $218. for “Worldwide Expedited” to have an embroidery hoop that i made for my Mum’s 80th birthday to go to England. Not only was this an outrageous price for something that weighed a few ounces but it took over a week to arrive after countless hours on the phone to UPS in US and UK!!1) They didn’t include the “Money Manifest” which made it seem as if I hadn’t paid for it, so I had UPS calling me from Kentucky asking me to send photos of my receipts. After 2 days of hold ups UPS told me to call the store and tell them to upload the “Money Manifest”2) Even though I specifically told them at the store when they were entering in the details, that it was a handmade gift for my Mum, they noted the label as “Merchandise” which meant my Mother would’ve had to pay £30 customs duty. I had to make numerous calls to UPS customs, then call the store to get them to correct their second mistake.Their response...not sorry...just “Haven’t you ever made a mistake “. I’d give them negative stars if that was possible!!

I dropped off sneakers to be shipped back to sender and I’m pretty sure the kid that work there took for himself. He change the drop off location to Lawnside. Make sure you check your receipt!! Package was never found.

List your correct hours. Google and website say open until 6:30...but you close at 3:30. Hanging a little piece of paper in the window is not the best you can do for letting the public know your pandemic hours

My experience at UPS this past weekend was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. A woman (customer) verbally harassed me in front of two UPS employees (one of them being the manager.) I left the store crying. It is also noteworthy to mention that one of the employees explained to me not to take his harassment “personal” as this woman harassed another customer the week prior. Neither of the employees stepped in or did anything to help me during this awful experience. I received a phone call minutes later from the manager stating he “should have done something.” I agreed with him so I asked for a refund on my shipment as a more tangible apology. I have yet to receive my refund. Needless to say I will never be stepping foot into this UPS store again.

Called ahead of time to find out the details of opening a UPS box. Wish I was told that two forms of ID were needed.Luckily I had a copy of my lease agreement in my car.Even with that, it took an entire hour to open up the UPS box.Horrible experience.The service representative spent more time in the back room vs. assisting me.When he did make time to assist he kept pushing me off to service other customers; although I was ahead of them.Once my transaction was completed he was ready to send me on my way without providing me with my box number. I had to ask for this information.Once my 4 months is up Im immediately switching locations.I dont believe in spending my money where the customer service is piss-poor. Seems like he was more focused on getting off of work than helping.I would rate this location a (-1) star, if I could.2nd visit to this location...Went to collect a package that was shipped to this location. (Mistakenly I sign up for a 3 month mailbox service at this location. Biggest regret). It took the rep about 10 mins to locate my package. He had such a hard time finding it, he asked if I could describe whether the package was small or large smdh. Can you believe that? Im paying for a service they themselves are having a hard time providing. The store is so unorganized and poorly ran. Once my 4 months expires I will never return.Also doesnt seem like they are properly trained. They are constantly calling the supervisor on the phone to ask about policies and procedures. The location in Maple Shade, NJ is much better that this location. I shouldve opened my mailbox at that location. I know better now.

Great people and they offer many services. Besides expert packaging and mail services, they do professional printing from small to large. They can shred documents for a small fee. Tom does amazing graphics design and Jan can help you with direct mail. Honest and professional, I highly recommend this company.

So I called another UPS store on route 70 in Cherry Hill Barclays center and spoke to the most rude man. I wrote and posted a review on his terrible customer service. I then called this UPS store in Cinnaminson and spoke to Tom. I asked him the same questions about getting my sons guitar shipped and low and behold GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE WAS PLEASANT. ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT RUDENESS even though he had a lot of customers waiting in line. I told him I wanted to briefly take the time out to THANK him for being so helpful for taking the time out to answer my questions about packaging and shipping annnnddddd even told me they had a box and packaging for my guitar. TOM. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING PLEASANT AND Providing me with the info I needed to make my shipment.

It is a pleasure for me to write a review for the UPS Store in Cinnaminson, NJ! The expertise of their on-site graphic artist (Tom) and the printing team is second to none. Over the past several months I have quite a number of pieces of photography printed by this team on both canvas and on paper. From my smallest print to the largest canvas, the quality of their work is exemplary. As a fine art photographer it is critical that the colors, implied texture, and quality of light in my pieces is retained through the printing process. Their willingness to work with me, even to printing and mounting a piece for me to check before completing an entire order, is always greatly appreciated. Of equal importance to their technical expertise is the courtesy that they extend to me on every visit. I have never been rushed when bringing in artwork, and it is apparent that they take care with my work.I can highly recommend their printing services, as well as the shipping they have completed for me. I feel quite fortunate to work with them.

UPS lost my package. Everytime I call back for the check that was promised to me it is not ready or they say we will call you back later because we are busy. I spoke to Tom and he was extremely nice and professional. What really irritated me was when I spoke to Molly Feldner. Her response was that I didnt personally lose your package so there is nothing I can do. Obviously I know that! Its commonsense. Instead of her helping, she just pissed me off even more with her responses. She said she was the manager. Well, she definitely needs some more management training in regards to handle customer complaints. UPS lost my certificate check of $2,172. They really should reimburse me for the full amount but waiting for my refund for the shipment.

Avoid this place like the plague and pay no attention to the nonsense contained in the other reviews you may have read ... they were all submitted by friends of the owner. Seriously ... despite their seemingly good intentions, the few employees that I have met would be best described as functionally retarded. They are poorly trained, ill-informed, and completely oblivious to critical international delivery restrictions. Oh, and by the way ... it is NEITHER owned NOR managed by UPS itself, but is instead, a privately owned entity operating under a license ffrom the real UPS. What does that mean to you? In a nutshell, it means that you can count on them to do nothing more than take your package and your money ... beyond that you are taking your chances.

Horrible, dropped off two packages with shipping labels already taken care of and also wanted to send a envelope, the cost to ship the envelope was nearly $70.00 which I declined. So then I was told a price of $16.00 which was a little more acceptable I thought. What I was not told it all they were doing was charging me to send it to the post office and with out a tracking number to boot. If I wanted it send thru the post office I would of went to the post office and received a tracking number, would not of been a big deal if it was a birthday card but the contents of the envelope were far from that.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this store to anyone!!! I needed 22 things designed and printed for a wedding that i thought i could do myself but didnt have the time due to so much going on and I was running out of time and I tried other places including Kinkos and no one could do it in time and I needed them in less than 24 hrs. I tried this UPS store that was referred to me by a friend and the guy was a lifesaver!!! I emailed him what I wanted, he emailed me something back that he designed and it was perfect!!!! They were ready even earlier than expected. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I recently went on a golfing trip to the Carolinas. Not wanting to drag my clubs through the airport I found out that the UPS Store in Cinnaminson ships clubs directly to the country club. The heavy duty boxes were great! Not only did they fit my clubs but I was able to fit in some clothing and toiletries as well. This allowed me to only travel with a carry on bag. They also provided me with a return label so the clubs could be delivered right to my house. Great bunch of guys at that store and super helpful. If you ever go on a golfing trip and dont use this service your crazy. I would recommend this stores service to anyone. Cinnaminson UPS Store. My new shipping caddies!!!
