I always go there to refill propane tanks, always fast service & Friendly with Fair prices.

Do Not Use! Called multiple times to book and confirm a hitch installation. Had a confirmation email as well. When I arrived, I was not in the system and they said they wouldn’t have a hitch for a month. I showed my confirmation and then they tried to blame me for not calling location. Actually, I did callLocation! Apparently when they get busy the phones are answered by customer service unbeknownst to me! No hitch and no service.

Website says I have completed my online pick up which I never did. This is now not allowing me to complete my pick up. I am scheduled for 7am pick up and I now have to wait until 9am to receive my vehicle . I am using this for a business purpose and this is extremely inconvenient. Don’t even try to call customer service I have been on hold for over an hour and would assume no one is gonna answer until store hours. Your rental time is not guaranteed here.

Very poor customer service. If I could give a zero star I would. The man there has poor people skills.

Very clean and easy accessible. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Dave is amazing and has helped me so much over the past year, his staff is always professional and sweet. I would highly recommend this location. They treat all their customers that come in with respect and professionalism. Thanks again to Dave and his amazing staff. I appreciate all of you!!!!

Very bad experience here I went to get propane and I get denied Apple Pay which they take and the general manager Susan let 3 people go ahead of me then leaves! I run a Bussiness and deal with many Uhaul locations and this was by far the worst! She needs let go right away!

Susan has a very bad attitude very unprofessional. Dont rent here.

The kid Kolby is very rude and unprofessional and simply does not know what hes doing. Save your patience and money and find a different uhaul

Just for a reservation, they were sending me from location to another!! The worst part is that they were canceling my reservation without knowing the reason?! Any every time I ask David A ,the agent “ how come the system cancels the reservation by it self?” And the best answer for him “ I do not know?!”.BAD customer service , David A told me the center computer was off and it needs to be logged in , but when I was talking on the phone he helped other customer with the same center computer.I am not changing the review until they get back to me.

Excellent customer service. The Manager Daniel Scheeler is very friendly and nice. He is definitely one of the best manager I have seen so far for this company. His personalty only is so attractive and that make you want to do business with him. Well done Daniel, keep up the good work. Regional manager next promotion to come :)

Amy is the best help ever . And the rest of the staff has always been super friendly as well. I go here for a corporate acct and they always go above and beyond to take care of me. Everyone I ever sent there has been just as happy with the service.You really cant ask for a better u-haul crew . Really great people ! They all deserve a good raise ! Keep up the good work !

I want to give a huge thank you to the two young men that were working late afternoon on Saturday, March 21, 2020. I found my self in quite a pickle when I tried to make a K-Turn in the parking lot with the large trailer still attached to my truck...it was not pretty as I found myself wedged between parked trailers and trucks on 3 out of 4 sides of me. The two young men came out with smiles, calmed me down, as I apologized a million times, dropped the trailer, moved it with their “trailer mover” and I was able to leave. They both handled it professionally with a great attitude and they really made me feel like I wasnt an idiot LOL. I highly recommend this location. The staff is great and always willing to go the extra mile even when a customer “like me” messes up. Thank you again Cinnaminson Uhaul for being so great!!!

*Im rating this one star until I hear back from the company.*I needed to rent a truck to move stuff out of a one bedroom apartment, same day. Thinking this place was good enough I reserved a truck n when I went to pick up the truck I noticed they had cheaper options then the woman on the phone had given me. She pretty much tried to squeeze as much money out of me as She could (my final total was almost $120), but I changed from a 15 inch truck (big enough to move out a 2 bedroom apt, which isnt what I told her at all) to the 10 inch and it ended up being way bigger then we needed. The ride was good and got everything done in one trip but when I went to drop off the truck I was charged an additional 95 dollars in mileage fees which I thought I paid for the first time. I didnt get a receipt for the $116 but the payment still went through now Im out 200 n it was all charged to my credit card.

Susan needs a attitude adjustment! Will not return!

I had a hitch installed recently to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received a call the same day informing me that the hitch wasnt in stock due to backorder, but Amy made a couple calls for me and located one. I was able to leave with it as planned. Installed by Bill. Friendly staff. I will definitely be back in the future to get a couple more things added.

I got a unit, no problem. I upgraded my unit, no problem. I rented a truck and a hand truck. NO PROBLEMS! These guys and gals are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I cant think of a better place to rent a truck and store my stuff.

This is the best U Haul by far,That we have been dealing with,The staff is intelligent and fast,way better than rt.38 in Mount Laurel,next to the super WaWa

All was well until I was charged $9.20 for 2 gallons of gas. I drove 12 miles......

Did not have any trucks and gave me a dirty van to begin with and said I dirty the van and charge me a $25 fee...Staff is rude and basically refused to speak to me about and told me I was being charge.Terrible experience... find another uhaul place to rent.Date of rental 7/29/17

I buy my propane here as they fill it to the tank capacity, not short like the exchange centers. That means an extra 5 lbs of gas and the tank lasts longer.

They should not allow the average Joe rent one of these things and drive it across the country but they do.

5 stars for the people 4 for the equipment.

Didnt have the truck size we needed but was able to get us a bigger one at the same rate
