Dropped off my desktop PC around 10:00am. It was diagnosed and fixed before noon. It was just a bad hard drive but I was back up and running the same day. Staff was great! Highly recommended.

Ive used Robert and CPS for a multitude of issues Ive had with my computers for years. Never disappointed in his professionalism, quick turn around and competitive and fair pricing.Recently asked Robert to build me a custom PC and I couldnt be happier. I had a brand new rig within 2 days and Robert transferred all of my files from my laptop to my new PC within the same day. Literally zero downtime as I work from home and need access to my computer and files.Thanks to Robert and CPS I wont need a new computer for quite a long time! Well worth the investment. This shop knows what theyre doing!

What a great experience...so professional and great value.

I have been to Cps a number of times. The first was when I had a virus on my laptop, another when there was an issue with my Android phone and just recently to have them upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The first time I needed help they put in a new hard drive and some software and upgraded my RAM. I would not take my computer to anyone else. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommended them to my neighbors and they use them exclusively also.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They are thieves and will steal you of your hard earned money. Turned in my laptop just to fix the front screen (which price I had to pay up front: $200), they called me back and told me the OS broke down. Weren’t willing to fix it either unless I paid an extra $50. Filed a police report and the police are currently investigating, claiming that they’ve had several complaints with this business from other patrons. Prices to fix anything is extremely high and it’s full of quackery.

John has serviced our equipment a couple of times. I am very pleased with his technical and interpersonal skill and would l recommend himand CPS to our family and friendsJim Quinn- Cinnaminson, NJ

John is extremely knowledgeable. he came to the office and I explained to him a list of issues on different equipment and a bit later everything was fixed and working great. I am sure glad we have a guy like John that we can call and know things will all be taken care of for a fair price.

Excellent service; Jon and Robert were patient and helpful. Went in with a network adapter problem, and they discovered that my ethernet adapter was broken too. They replaced both adapters, and now everything is good. Was in and out in a half hour. I would definitely recommend them, and I will be utilizing their services again in the future when needed. Thanks for helping this computer n00b. :)

These guys are the BEST. been coming here 5years. they are always eager to help me. i am older and not that computer savvy. they have always been helpful and when i needed something fixed they do it very timely. i strongly recommend them to every one. you get PERSONAL service!!!!

HORRIBLE experience!!! I would give it a zero if that were in option!! I took my touch screen computer there because I believed it had a virus!! They told me they cleared the virus out and wiped my computer clean. Its like a brand new computer I was told. However when picked up the computer and went to use it, it did not seem like a brand new computer there was programs on it that werent even mine or on the computer when I brought it there. Im not actually sure its the same computer I dropped off believe they switched mine with another one!! Then I went to use my touch screen which was working when I dropped it off and it no longer worked. I tried to fix it myself but with no success thinking it was a simple fix, I called back. I was told to bring it back in, after waiting an hour I questioned them and a very rude Asian man told me they needed more time in a not so nice way. After a weeks time of leaving it there they said my touch screen wouldnt be working again and apparently the touchscreen computer I brought from Dell with windows 10 already installed on it is not compatible with windows 10.!!! He asked me where I got the computer and I said from the Dell and it was brand new when I got it!! He tried to tell me that my computer didnt start out with windows 10 which is a complete lie!!!!!! The owner, I guess is the nasty Asian man, needs to take a class in customer service before ever running a business again!!! I also called Dell and they verified what I knew to be true that all their computers are compatible with windows 10 and my touch screen should be working!!!! Never take any item there !!!!

Best place ever to go for computer repairs, phone repairs etc. Very knowledgeable, personable and they dont try to see you things you do not need.

I took our computer over to the store after it crashed. I also brought a backup on an external hard drive (which I had just completed). When I got the computer back NOTHING was working properly. Eventually they sent John over to help with some of the problems, and as far as we are concerned John is the only good part of the company.

Ive now used this company 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years. Each time their work is outstanding. They simply know what they are doing. Very professional, up to date with technology and darn fast at getting work done. They have diagnostic software most users dont have and quickly solved a virus problem I had. Ill definitely be back there in time of need and will have them build my next computer. Thanks again to a great group.

Friendly, professional and fantastic service. After being told to would take 4-7 days for the Geeks to look at my business laptop, I called CPS. They had it repaired and back to me in two hours!! I couldnt be more pleased and will make sure they are my first call from now on. I highly recommend them!

Incredibly professional and very competitive in their pricing. Being their now largest customer, CPS has always beat out the major corporate pricing (CDW, SHI) and went through hoops just to get the Department of Education in Pennsylvania to approve them as a vendor.CPS is my primary contact for anything and everything technology wise.

Do not go here!!!!! Warning!!!!! They will destroy your property. I went for a simple screen replacement on a Ipad. A month later it still was not fixed so I went to the store to get it and they ended up breaking my motherboard while trying to remove the screen! Instead of calling me and telling the issue at hand they actually tried to dodge hoping Id give up. Im now out of $650 because Robert Yuen (The owner) will not own up to his mistake and pay me. Working on taking the matter to small claims court. They do not care about their customers and will get over by any means necessary!! Please avoid!

I took my laptop to get the cd drive repaired I was not sure if it was a driver or the physical drive itself. He (a very rude Asian man I assume the owner) said he could also update the ram ( I said I think it was maxed out according to the specs) he said no it wasnt. Anyway the physical drive was bad. They are about 60 bucks at most. They take about 2 minutes to put in. He quoted me a price of 110? not sure why but I said okay. I go to pick it up he states he tried to update ram but it didnt take but he had to charge me the labour fee. He wouldnt give me my computer till I gave him 180 bucks for a 60 dollar cd drive and 2 minutes labour. Please stay away from this shyster
