I go to Starbucks every day and usually go to different ones but this is the best location in my opinion. They make the best drinks and workers are always friendly

Probably my favorite Starbucks location. While Ive only ever done the drive thru, Ive also only ever dealt with the friendliest staff. Theyre super quick too!

After drinking half of my coffee, I noticed something floating around at the bottom… it was a fly. Disgusting. Never going back here

Position posted on indeed was for a shift supervisor, during the interview I was informed by hiring manager that Starbucks does not do external hires, I said I’d be fine with working my way up, however I am expecting 40 hours a week since I am taking a $5 pay cut by leaving my current job. Was promised 40 hours and fast track to management. After these promises were not fulfilled, I took out a second job in order to pay my bills, I get a call on my day off from the store manager. She claimed I was not allowed to change my availability until 6 months after employment. I checked the employee handbook and this so called rule was nowhere to be stated. She had no regard for honesty, integrity, or overall the life of another person.

The service is excellent and the representatives unflappable as nothing seems to be too much trouble! I love the food, only and wish that they could keep spinach feta wraps on hand for the afternoons or evenings also.

I have had a few issues with this starbucks and its sad because there so close to my house. But today really frustrated me. Today is bogo I went got in the drive through line at 5:05 pm waiting because of course line is long an associate comes out put sign in front of drive through comes up to cars THAT HAVE BEEN WAITING and said we close at 5 today sorry. Really!!! Im not mad at the associate because hey things happen but at least have a Manger come out and hand out a free coffee card or even an explanation. Its just so frustrating to have employee that just look at you like they dont care.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Wanted to treat my kids to drinks and snacks. Went in to a almost empty but not clean dining room. Wanted to order lemon pound cake....out. Decided on cake pops....out. Then waited a good ten minutes for my coffe to be done only to find out the girl forgot about it and when I got it, it was room temp. Tried to manage but then went to get creamer and guess what....out of it!! Get it together!!!!! And at least apologize!!??? No could care less in there!

The best Starbucks Ive ever been to

Stopped by here and was a very nice experience. The drive thru is fast even though there was a line. Baristas were pleasant. I know it was the first time I was there but totally recommend them. Ive been to a lot of Starbucks drive thrus especially now they are all different its literally crazy, some are quick and some are not so quick... This one is very efficient.

I think this Starbucks. They generally do a great job at getting my order right and handling the inflow of heavy traffic of customers in the mornings... I would say they are the best location in this area (10 mile radius). Staff is friendly and they make the effort to get to know your name. I appreciate that

The place was so clean, and I was greeted with a smile. I gave my order, sat down, and started listening to music. I didn’t even realized my order was ready so quickly so the one girl with colored hair came up to me to give me my order with a smile. I’m definitely coming back here!

The staff are always smiling, nice and pleasant. My orders have been spot on and delicious. Ive been on a Matcha Green Tea kick lately and I love all of the options (especially the coconut milk) that SBs has to offer.

I recently moved to the area and keep having issues at every starbucks I go to! This time, when I ordered my drink was messed up. I parked out front and called the store to figure out what happened, and the manager was so rude and hateful to me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she seemed like she couldnt be bothered to help. She would scoff between questions or patronizingly short-answer me. Im starting to wonder how high the turnover is in this area because the rudeness and unprofessionalism was far too much. Wont be returning.

Brand new Starbucks. The morning rush is very real. 6 workers in the morning handling all the in shop, online, and drive through orders. If you are here in the morning, give them a break. They workers here wear multiple hats from making food and drinks to answering phone class and playing customer service.

So glad they opened finally. Usually have to drive 5 miles to grab my favorite drink. Great people and vibe. Highly recommended pit shop.

For the most part a great Starbucks, friendly staff, nice clean store. Sometimes they have a habit of messing up very easy drinks.
