Absolutely the best phone store experience we have had. William T was our associate and he helped us with everything we needed. I am not tech savvy and was nervous about feeling embarrassed by my questions. I was met with complete compassion and gentle explanations. I felt comfortable and welcomed. All my questions were answered and he even reviewed our plan and helped us lower the cost of our bill. It was an complete blessing and I am very grateful for the help William T of the Cinnaminson GoWireless. Definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with the service from multiple staff members at this Verizon facility.Initially, I entered the store looking for guidance and service on placing a screen protector order for my mother’s cell phone. The staff member who assisted us was trying to sell my mother a new cell phone, instead of trying to answer the questions she was asking. His attitude and overall demeanor seemed quite rude. We left the store dissatisfied with unanswered questions.My mother went into the store days later to seek more help with her phone and was greeted by condescendence and overall rudeness. The employees told her to get a new phone, when in fact, she has been entitled to receive a new screen protector that can simply be ordered online. However, a screen protector was not ordered and she left the store, again dissatisfied.I will be switching over to Xfinity in the near future. I am very unhappy with my recent experiences with Verizon.

This review is more for the company who put their employee in an impossible role.Where was his help? Wanted to get answers buy a phone. I guess Verizon no longer needs the business. Felt bad for the employee.

Great phone buying experience from the guys in this store . Super helpful . They had B1G1 on Apple watches and we added a new line for a free iPhone 6s for our youngest. Thanks guys !

Prices are high on phones like At&T and T mobile. not worth it unless you like to pay a stimulus check here..

I have always purchased my smart phones at this Verizon location. From the supervisior to all the staff that provide service, is not to up sell, but give buyers whats best for their pocket and needs. My last purchase was an LG6 smartphone, and Im still learning so many of the capabilities and tools that this apparatus offers. So if your in need of a phone drop on by. I always recommend that some research is done before entertaining a purchase.

Worked with Will..he is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional. I needed to switch off Sprint due to calls constantly dropping from poor area coverage.So Verizon is the product I knew I wanted but it is the service that made me switch here. I stepped away from Best Buy and BJS for same product but not same service..Check out Will and Luke for great service!

Just upgraded phone and received awesome customer service at this store. J and Ebony explained all my plan options so that I could get the best deal and patiently answered all my questions about operating my new phone. I would highly recommend this store!

Go! Wireless Verizon! You guys provide excellent service! Recently they helped me find find out if an older unlocked iPhone would operate with the Verizon network. Sold me a $40 screen protector for my S8. Screen protector shattered from an 18 drop onto a plastic deck, meanwhile the phone was completely unscathed. Now I know why they tried to upsell me to unlimited screen protector for a year for double the cost. Employees in store were friendly, but this was a lousy, overpriced product.

Totally in shock after looking at Verizon bill after having two devices upgraded. I came in store with 3 devices on my account and left with a total of 5 devices. Representative added two devices without my knowledge. This is borderline criminal. Its been 5 months since my upgrades and couldnt figure out why my bill was so high but now I know why. Verizon has been great with giving some credits but I will have to go back to this location for the remaining 150$ because they are a Indirect Verizon dealer. BEWARE!!!!of this location and these sales reps very dishonest people.

This Verizon store in Cinnaminson is the ONLY branch I will ever use! Sean who helped us is extremely knowledgeable, friendly & very patient with all of our questions and concerns. I have been to other Verizon stores in the past and did not get this same treatment. I will go out of my way to frequent the Cinnaminson Verizon just go I can have Sean assist me in the future. I will recommend him to my friends & family!

The absolute customer experience i have ever had. I went in to get 4 new iphones for christmas and left with no phones and my business phone not working. All because they would not accept cash for the fees. Really? When did cash become obsolete? I had to fix their screw ups using someone elses phone with customer service. Took over an hour. Avoid this store at all costs, go to a corporate store instead.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAM ARTISTS. We were told there was a code that my wife would be able to submit to Verizon with her old phone that would cover the majority of the costs of the new phone. When we went in to return the phone they said the code was invalid. Meanwhile we are being charged 31 dollars per month for a phone we didnt even want. That is 744 dollars over a 2 year period. Store manager just makes excuses and lies every time we stop in person and never returns calls. We are contacting corporate headquarters to have problem resolved.

Was disappointed! Im still paying for extra data and the charges are ridiculous! Looking into other providers!

Just switched my cell phone service to verizon. Our sales person Sean, was terrific, he made the switch painless and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased my first smartphone here and Sean was beyond helpful in getting me setup and getting my music on my new tablet.
