The service is nonexistent, there’s an arrogance and indifference toward customers. From not saying thank you, hello, how may I help you to people cutting line, favoritism to certain individuals that come in it is devoid of customer service.The one thing beyond worthwhile is the quality of food, there simply is no other place nearby to enjoy quality food made to order. If not for the best food in the local area I have serious doubts anyone would patronize this establishment.Also noteworthy is there typically is a wait of 15 to 30 minutes depending on what is ordered and the line. There appears to be little structure in staff assigned to certain areas or enough staff to accomplish good customer service and attentive to each customer.The place reeks of you should feel special we serve you, while simultaneously providing the best quality prepared food at the same time. Until a new place does the same quality of food, I assume I’ll keep coming getting punched in the emotions while getting belly full of quality food.It has room to be the best, though it’s settling for less. And I sincerely wish it provided more family oriented atmosphere where people welcome you, and remember your name.

Middle of the pack bagel shop, the bagels are average. Take the jalapeno and cheddar, the cheddar is non existent, and the jalapeno are diced from a can is my guess. The bagels here are more like store bought bagels. The coffee, gelati and service here is good as well. The breakfast sandwich was not a great value and was small compared to other places.

Excellent quality of bagels with a great variety too! I’ve tried the cinnamon, raisin, poppy, plain, and jalapeño! The bagels were fresh, soft, and warm. Best of all was the really friendly and generous staff who truly care about their customers’ experience. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing I have to say about bagelati is that their parking lot is too small. I go here at least once a week for breakfast and they never got an order wrong since they opened. They’re fast, clean and kind—the best recipe for success. Food is always hot and delicious. It’s my favorite spot in town since I moved here 4 years ago.

To the woman who made sure my bagel was extra toasted, and then gave me TWO extra bagels after I rudely asked her about why my order was taking so long, THANK YOU. I am sorry for being a bit impatient, and I really appreciated the extra bagels! oh, and... the bagel was toasted to perfection. thanks again!

Such an amazing place to get a quick bite to eat! Offers so many options from bagels to smoothies to sandwiches to desserts! Endless options for drinks. My husband loves it here as well and is a very picky eater. The bagels are the softest and freshest I’ve ever had. Their ingredients are always fresh. The staff is so wonderful and kind.

They could be a little more efficient for people getting only bagels or baked goods instead of waiting in line with everyone getting cooked meals. But otherwise great food and great service.

Always great food. Great omelettes! A variety of bagel sandwiches that doesnt disappointment.. we love the gelatos! It is fresh and they make many different flavors.. quite refreshing on a hot day. Also, plenty of room to sit inside and out.. coffee, healthy shakes.. come check it out! You wont be disappointed!!

Really wanted to like this place but sadly big flop. First it is way over priced. We paid $24 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. My wifes chicken salad was awful, I mean like really really bad. Tasted like shredded paper in a sea of mayo. My breakfast sandwich was barely ok. French toast bagel tasted like an extra cinnamon bagel and killed the whole thing for me. Dont get me wrong the texture was perfect but the taste was bad. I might give a breakfast sandwich another shot but it will be hard to get my wife to come here again. Place is nice and clean and looks like youre going to get something great but sadly they do not deliver.

A variety of delights from bagels, sandwiches, gelato, cakes, smoothies, coffee, and bottled drinks. Order at a kiosk and pickup food when ready, similar to Wawa. Bright welcoming interior and relaxing benches and table outside. Each main item had its own counter so you dont have to stand in line waiting.

The best bagels outside of Brooklyn and best creamiest Galati outside of Italy. I by passed 3 other bagel shops to get their bagels and never disappointed. Im not sure if I love their bagels or Galati better. They both are equally awesome. Professional and friendly people work there!!!

Wandered in here when I was about to go to Dunkin...best decision of 2021! Listen, the selection/freshness/flavors are amazing for everything they have that I tried...oh yeah, and the coffee is FANTASTIC!!! Permanently on my route now, definitely a hidden jewel!

Fresh and tasteful ingredients, generous portions and something on the menu for everyone in the family. Bagels are the reason I came…the hospitality and customer service has made me a life-time customer. You can tell Nez and Z have put a lot of thought to their store; even the packaging is above and beyond. I tried the bacon egg and cheese on croissant and it was amazinggg!!! Also tried the raspberry coffee cake that was out of this world! Definitely recommend

Love this place sooooo much! Everything I have ever had here has been delicious. The coffee, bagels, sandwiches, dessert, gelati are all fantastic. And the service is always amazing too. I live a few houses away and we love to walk over to eat.

It’s a very nice spot, clean and the staff is nice. The gelato is amazing. But for the price of the breakfast sandwiches you’d expect it to be bigger and more egg/meat. Like come on be generous with the portion size if you’re going to charge $8 for a breakfast sandwich.

Good food, friendly staff, decent prices

I have been living in this area for years now and I have tried every place within reason that sells breakfast bagels. This place is the most consistent in terms quality of food and service. ALL of their food is delicious and the service is always friendly! Just beware, if you come early morning or in the evening this place is packed. Which is really a testimony to the quality.

Bagel and chicken salad were on point. Place is pretty cool. Don’t live around here but stopped for lunch.

Got breakfast here a couple of times, the gelato looks amazing but I haven’t tried it yet. I think my wife and I will be going later on today. Workers are very nice here 😁

We ordered through Grubhub, and something got mixed up with our delivery drivers - D was amazing, and made the order right quickly and effortlessly, as well as throwing in extras and making sure I was satisfied. Fantastic service, absolutely will order again soon. :)

Their food is consistently delicious and the customer service is great. I suggest calling ahead on the weekends or else youll be waiting for 10 or 15 minutes. Weekdays are always a simple in and out. They also have computers that you can order on when you walk in.

All my friends say; these are the BEST BAGELS Ive ever tasted!. I, on the other hand, can tell you that they do have a Gluten-Free plain bagel. All of these bagels 🥯 can be converted into a wide variety of tasty sandwiches or enjoyed naked. Dress up your own coffee at the service island. Have a seat and enjoy. Or indulge yourself in the MOST DELECTABLE GELATI outside of Europe! Bagels and Gelati made fresh daily on sight - hence the name BAGELATI, LOL.

Bagel shop is clean and customer service is great. It is a shame the bagels arent as good. The bagels look good in the case but they are just baked rings of bread. They all taste the same.

I have only had the Gelato here and it tastes really good. They have a huge variety and the location is newer. The inside is always clean and up-kept.

We ordered breakfast this morning via door dash & it was delicious!! The breakfast sandwiches were good & the French toast bagel is a must if you love french toast! It was better than most local diners French toast breakfast.The cold brew coffee is delicious too. We will definitely be ordering breakfast here more often.

Always fresh bagels for your morning delight. My favorite is a Turkey bacon egg and cheese on a blueberry bagel with a little cream cheese. PERFECT every time. I call ahead and my order is waiting on me instead of me waiting on it. This is a must have in your life if your looking for something that has flavor and better taste than that unmentionable place next door.....DD.

No respect for Americans w Disabilities Act rights. Also, you have to fight now to make an ordsr. Im disabled and walking is very painful, so i went to the nearest register to order breakfast like every other time. I used to love eating the food here. After being ordered by a supervisor to take my order, the cashier decided not to list gluten free flavors, and lost interest entirely by the time i had ordered 1 item. The supervisor made me shout my order, which is unsafe for me because Im trans and dont have time for voice therapy. He then made the 1 item,having also lost interest in taking my order. Cashier took 2 entire orders from ppl who walked in after me, forcing me to elevate my voice again to clarify that i would like to make an order (should not have been an issue to begin with). She said you can come over here, which is incredibly disrespectful to begin with, and federally illegal. I wasnt going to explain my medical situation shouting across the restaurant to someone who does not want to take my order, so i paid for the shake and left. Would rate all previous orders 5 stars but this was demeaning, frustrating, humiliating and made me feel distinctly unsafe after i drove in from out of town for their food. Probably wont bother next time because Im not fighting to give people money before breakfast.

I enjoyed the cheese steak. Angle cut with a crispy ridged bread. Not to much cheese. Which I prefer.

This is my third visit here. The gelottis are always delicious. They have a good variety as well as a good variety of toppings. But the best thing to me is that the staff is always nice, theyre always ready to serve you and they are very friendly. I havent tried their bakery side which makes sandwiches and bagels they also have what looks like cakes and cookies smile as a coffee island. I look forward to coming back to try their other items.

EVERYTHING is fabulous, the staff is wonderful, and the cafe is cheery and roomie.

Very nice people and a very clean environment. The ice cream is top quality! I love their Baklava ice cream very creamy. I get it every time!

Luvd it! Many of their menu items r reminiscent of ConeyIsl Brklyn foods especially the bagels. Close tothe NY waterbagels I usedto get bkindahdhey. The NovaLox bagel sandwich I ordrd wuz superbly construckted & the quality of ingredients were ofthe highest quality & freshness. The portions were adequate & the pxing wuz comensurate. Itd b nice ifthey offered ahgud baked falafel.

One of my favorite local coffee shops since moving out of Philly to NJ. Food is great and they always bring fun gelato flavors.

Honestly everything is top notch here, except for the bagels. The pork roll and egg was good, coffee was good, decor is really nice. But the bagels just aren’t good, K&A Bagel or Victoria’s are both substantially better. Hopefully they can find someone who knows how to make bagels for here.

Me and my wife stopped here because I read about it online. The Gelato was good and the whole place had a real neighborhood feel to it. Everyone that was there looked to be having a good time and enjoying themselves. We will definitely be back.

Even with the Dunkin’ Donuts on the corner stop here for the coffee!!!! With great service, a nice menu, and fresh Bagels made every day, oh did I mention the gelato. This should be your goto stop if you are driving by.

Very chic atmosphere. This bagel shops provides a variety of fresh bagels, sandwiches, smoothies, gelato, and desserts. The quality of the bagels are above average. Wouldve given a 5 star rating if the staff were more friendly. ☆Ambiance is important however; great customer service exceeds all☆.

Great local joint. I’ve stopped here for breakfast and dessert. The bagels are top notch. They had a lot of flavors and varieties. A bunch were Vegan or Gluten free. They even had a vegan cone option. They offer soft serve too for those that don’t want the gelato. 2 thumbs up from myself and the kids!

Good Bagels, Sooooo inefficient. I keep ordering bagels to go and yet I have to wait until ALL of the orders prior to mine are completed (which require them to cook and assemble bagels)! There is no reason I should have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for a to go order, which involves putting 6-12 bagels in a bag. But the bagels are very good and fresh, which is why they got 3 stars instead of 1. But seriously, it shouldnt take this long for a take out order.

Love this place! Excellent bagels and breakfast sandwiches.The gelato is awesome too!I do have one criticism/comment: Who makes your bagel with cream cheese can make or break it. Sometimes you get a thin schmear, other times its so thick, that it oozes out the sides when you bite down (yum!). The amount of cream cheese needs to be measured to ensure each bagel is uniformly prepared.

Ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was hard and not appetizing. Not sure if the bagel was old/stale but definitely wont be back. Customer service was not friendly and they are very overpriced.

Bagels are delicious, and they cook the eggs and bacon right there fresh in front of you. Lots of good options for breakfast or lunch sandwiches, cake slices, and gelato- and so far everything I’ve tried has been delicious! The people are really nice, too. Love this place!!

Very disappointed in this establishment. In a time when people want to get back to some sense or normality and everyone trying to lower the curve this place has the audacity to not enforce face masks from customers or employees in a place that serves food over open grills and Gelato. Shut them down if they cant adhere to common sense and look after their neighbors while playing their part in the solution and not be the problem.

For a place that opened yesterday it’s great. I went there twice, in the morning for the bagels and in the evening after dinner for the gelato. I must say both are delicious. It’s busy so lines are expected and it takes time for adjustment to something new. I’m happy with how things are and I am wishing them the best of luck!!!!

Me and my family tried it for opening day.few kinks to work out but thats to be expected but the staff was amazingly friendly great on getting order to you fast( which for me having a family of 6 is stupendous). Sandwiches were amazing. Stepped over to gelato side..the variety of flavors available are wonderful. This has now become our new go to spot.
