Our 20x20 tent collapsed due to rain because it was not installed correctly. The person I spoke with said it wasn’t an installation problem despite the tent pooling water on top. He also concluded: “it is what it is.” Completely unacceptable and we will not use them again in the future.

My decision to go with A&S Party Rental definitely contributed to the success of my event and I honestly cannot recommend them enough.The details:In March I contacted A&S on behalf of my organization looking for chair covers and a curtain backdrop for our annual prom. After speaking with Tasha we were able to agree upon a price which was within our budget. From there they immediately went to work. I was soon receiving text updates from Tasha showing me the full scale and design of the curtain backdrop with the exact specifications I requested. Tasha reassured me that if there was anything I would like to be different or if I had any new ideas that they could adjust the backdrop to fit my needs. The mock up looked great and was exactly what I had envisioned... now it just needed to be there on the day of the event.On the day of the event I arrived several hours early to finish preparations. I was greeted by an A&S employee who was finishing up with the chair covers who assured me if there was anything he could do to help that he would make it happen. I thanked him and told him it wouldnt be necessary. After all, I had spent months planning for this event, surely there would be no unexpected mishaps? Right? Right?It turns out that I had spoken with the venue a week or two before and we had agreed to add a few extra tables. However I had failed to relay this to A&S. This meant we were about 20 or so chair covers short. With the utmost grace, understanding, and a calming tone (as I was freaking out in front of him), the employee told me he was going to run back to the office, grab the additional chair covers, come back to the venue, and set them up. Whew, the day was saved! I pulled out my wallet and asked him how much it would be. He smiled, shook his head and told me that mistakes happen, it was on the house. I was floored, and despite my protests the employee quickly left, returned and finished the installation of the chair covers and the backdrop.It sounds cheesy, but in retrospect Im not sure what I would have done if I had gone with a different company. Every interaction I had with A&S and their staff was friendly, professional, and of the utmost quality. Going with A&S was one of the best decisions I made while planning my event. Ive already recommended them to several people in person and hope you have the pleasure of hiring them for your event!

The best place for tent rentals. I used this company for my wedding and I could not have asked for better service. They seriously went above and beyond my expectations on so many levels. I would definitely recommend this place for your company picnic. They provided our company with the zip line, teacups and the ninja course. They also provided us with tents, tables, chairs and catered the event. Top notch service all the way. They even helped me with tasks that had nothing to do with their company. Really like their tent rentals. They were very nice and helped me plan my event. I had no idea how many rental items they had. Great find since I plan so many events with tents, tables and chairs.

We had A&S work one of our biggest events of the year here at the University of Evansville in Southern Indiana and we couldnt have been more pleased. The staff was timely, professional, fun, and responsible. The inflatables and rock wall were a HUGE hit with students, staff, and community members; we are already looking forward to next year. A&S is far superior to its competitors. Ive rented bouncy houses and had face painting princess from other companies in the past and the princess didnt look like a princess should and the bouncy house was old and extremely dirty. From A&S, I rented the trackless train and Frozen bouncy house. Both were the highest quality and immaculately clean. We also had a face painting princess and she could have worked for Disney. She was exactly what a princess should be. I couldnt have been any happier with A&S. I will use them for every party need in the future. Very professional company. I give my highest recommendation. I have had great experiences with A&Ss inflatable rentals! Their bouncy houses and melt-down rentals are so much fun. Their team does a great job setting them up at events and preparing them smoothly for their customers. I have also enjoyed using their photo booth rentals, they are worth renting because you can print out as many photos as you want, as many times as you want! I have not had a bad experience with their company.

I went to A&S to rent multiple tents for a family reunion. The staff was very nice and caring (a lot nicer than Prime Time-would not recommend). The tents were very spacious, and were very clean and clean up was very easy. I was very pleased.

When shopping around for my daughters event I called several places that rented tents. Not one of them compared to the professionalism of the staff at A&S. They were super helpful in guiding me to the correct size that I needed to cover the amount of guest we were anticipating. Also I must mention they were the most affordable and the tent look brand new unlike some of the other rental places.

This company has so many inflatable rentals. they have the coolest obstacle course rentals and giant slides. The meltdown ans big baller inflatables are my favorite of all. would definitely recommend A & S for all your inflatables.

We had so much fun with A & S Play Zones Obstacle course at our 4th of July Party last year!!!
