My driver had an eta of 15:03 until he got into Cincinnati and stuck in a traffic jam. New eta is 15:45-16:00. I called the office and they told me the driver would have to wait until morning to be offloaded because they close at 15:30. I told him to park on site so he could be ready first thing. A little while after the driver arrived the night guy came out and said he would offload him. Saved his reload and was pretty quick about it too. I would not expect this to be the norm because the manager seemed very firm on the 15:30 closing time, but I really appreciate the guy working the night of 7/28/2021. Thanks so much

Company driver--Arrived 30 min b4 they opened. One of the guys said go to dock 34. Unloaded even b4 they opened. Fast. Friendly. Highly recommended this place. Nice people!
