I’ve been on CPAP for nearly 2 years. I went through 6-8 mask changes until I found one that was comfortable and I was able to get a good night of sleep. I have a severe cervical spine injury so I can’t have pressure on the back of my neck.I use a N30i pillow.Last week I received an order with a different N30i pillow and it’s been painful, difficult to adjust and I haven’t had a decent night of sleep. The pain has been to my nares.Last night, I put on the older pillow (after tossing and turning for 4 hours) and fell asleep.How can I get the older version of this pillow?I don’t know how much research was done on the newer pillow but clients should have had input.myAir scores have dropped from 95-100 to 80. All the points off have been due to repositioning the pillow over 20+ times a night.

I can’t remember when I first started to use the sleepmachine, but their service has never been excellent.Maybe 3.5 would be the best rating. But today I would rate them a 1. I think I called them 2 weeks ago and I finally got to talk to someone and she told me that a therapist will call me in another 10 days. I thought I was waiting for the xxxx therapist.Unbelievable!! I hope I can find another company withmuch better service, so I can get quality sleep and function during the day. I can’t believe that this company’s service is so bad!!

Ive had a terrible experience with MSC Sleep. Ive been working with them to get my BiPap machine since January 2021. They had claimed they called me multiple times, and I would have no missed calls from them. Then I would call back and it would take a long time to actually get ahold of anyone.It is now the end of March 2021 and I finally have my machine, but the respiratory therapist cancelled our Zoom call to set up my machine less than an hour before the scheduled appointment.I have worked in health care for years, and even mail order pharmacy, so I feel like Im more patient than the average patient, but this is terrible customer service. The pandemic is no excuse for this. If my insurance had covered another company, I would have gone elsewhere by now.

This place is so disorganized! Every time I call I get transferred at least 5 times. I called Wednesday October 14 because my portable oxygen concentrator quit working. It is now Monday October 19 2020 and it’s still not resolved. Three times they have assured me someone would be out to replace my concentrator, only to leave me sitting all day waiting and no one calls or shows up. I called this afternoon and asked to speak to a manager and was told one would call me back shortly. What a surprise I never got a call. I can’t believe this company would be so irresponsible when it comes to life saving medical equipment. Stay Away!

Not happy at all with the service from this company. I moved in from out of state and needed to get supplies for my cpap equipment. I ordered them towards the end of October and only today,December 2, did I receive them. I called multiple times and was told they were sent and probably at the post office. The tracking number I was given did not work and the post office told me there was nothing even scanned into their system with those numbers. Each time I called I received the same message. The last time I called, I asked to speak to the supervisor. My call went to voicemail. Left a message to have them call me about my problem, I still haven’t heard from them. I will never do business with this company again.I also received today the replacement order they placed on 11/16 after the first did not arrive. Of course when I checked status on 11/23 they informed me that they never sent the second order, they chose to cancel it without informing me. It appears their system could use an update.I hope my insurance company will continue to pay for my supplies and not consider me “non-compliant”!

They auto-bill, and if you want to turn it off you have to wade through their awful phone system and ask. I just got a surprise bill that auto payed from a shipment I got about 7 months ago for $264. I do not recommend this company.

I just have to speak up! I have worked in healthcare for over 40 years and even I am shocked by the price of the CPAP items! I think this is price gouging! MSC must have a huge profit margin!Plastic tubing- $38.00 Are you kidding???Two tiny pieces of filter- $12.00 REALLY?????Head gear consisting of two pieces of elastic bands- $18.00Nasal pillows (small plastic things)- $55.00

I have been a client of this company over 5* years. For the initial appointment when you meet with the clinician for fittings and general operation of the CPAP machine itself they were ok. After that however as long as you have no changes in your scheduled supplies, in which they call and get permission to bill your insurance for, you are ok. If you have changes such as you may need a different mask, or nasal device that’s when the problems begin. Even though my Doc would send the updated prescription, the company would rarely send the new supplies. The only thing they are proficient with is billing!!! Even though I was unsatisfied with them I stayed because they would always insure that the order would be sent correctly next time but it always required more work from me i would have to physically bring the stuff back to the local office then wait till they credited back to and re bill my insurance company. This last experience is where I will no longer use this company after I eventually receive my new machine. My machine which is 3 1/2 years old had malfunctioned my doctor wrote a repair or replacement order and 6 weeks later I am still waiting The employees are working from home because of covid and they answer the phone just like that, no professionalism at all. For weeks I have been told that the clinical admin is the only one who can deal with me and they only have one. Six weeks in I finally get to speak with her after complaining that I am having health issues because I have been without my CPAP for at least three weeks. I really disgusted with this company and will no longer use them.

My experiences with this company have all been positive. When I met with them at their office, everything was thoroughly explained to me and my questions were answered. Since that meeting, my communications with them have been excellent...both phone calls and emails. They have been pro-active in their follow-up and updates. The equipment works very well. Based on my experiences, I would recommend them.

Previously I have had excellent experiences here. But today I have an emergency and they told me they could not fit me in for 8 days. I have a new headgear with nasal pillows that is not working for me. Perhaps I assembled it incorrectly. Most of the time I cannot breathe in or out, and it slips out of place. Machine is showing just 4+ hours of use. My insurance will not pay if not 4 hours. I cannot wait 8 days. They need to leave a few slots open for situations like mine. I have to go there and sit and wait for an RT to fit me in for a 5 minute appt. Frustrated.

Great service, professional courtesy, informative and fair prices. Breathe easy. This was 2 years ago.Now (late September 2021) they are understaffed and slow to respond. My Philips Dreams station is a nightmare, Philips has not stepped up and so neither has MSC. Im hoping for an expedited response to fix / repair or replace the Philips bi-pap machine. My original 5 star review is now a 2 star review. They need more staff and to open the office.

Horrible companyThey send me bills several months after the service date.It could have messed up my health care flex account, I was billed in a different year, and trumped the 30 day return policy, and showed how inefficient their customer service and billing process is.Regardless, I am bringing all equipment back because I do not want to support a company who makes the elderly feel bad instead of gaining their support and confidence.Ask your doctor to work with another company

She answered all my questions and gave me all helpful information on my machine & its many pieces. Would definitely recommend this company in the future

Mixed results for me. The office visit at the Cincinnati location was great. Very helpful techs that went out of their way to ensure we had the right equipment for our comfort and needs.That being said, the experience when not making direct contact with an individual in their office is much less than stellar. Trying to speak with someone on the phone practically takes an act of Congress. It takes weeks or longer for anyone to return a message even after leaving numerous voicemails.Switching equipment is also a dicey proposition. After FINALLY speaking with a representative on the phone to request a change to the style of mask we received, the next shipment was the same equipment. We endured the same miserable process of trying to contact a live person to correct the problem. It took at least two more shipments of incorrect equipment before the order was correct.While I am not pleased with the service, there are very few option out there for us based on our type of insurance perameters. As long as you are set up with the proper equipment, the resupply process is fine. Things come on time and there are more than enough supplies to last you until the next shipment.

The staff onsite is okay but customer service is horrible. They dont follow through on what they say will happen and then they contact you to discuss issues been having and end that call just cold transferring to a different department when you think you are holding for them to talk to that department.

Just had a terrific customer service experience with MSC Billing Dept. Changed insurance companies back in May and needed to get my information updated in their systems. Rude and very unhelpful. Supervisors have horrible customer service. One guy was super sweet in the office, but my problem was with billing and that whole department was extremely discourteous. I simply wanted answers as to why my card was charge $300 in one month, but could not explain why at first. Billing was not explained correctly in the beginning and staff needs to be educated on proper insurance procedures before giving false information to customers. When I talked to supervisor is billing department she was barbaric. I was explaining my situation calmly and she cut me off multiple times saying, no many times short and with an attitude. Poor excuse of customer service skills, would not even let me speak. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with a company that will be honest and upfront with you. Do business with a company that will treat you with respect...definitely not this one.

I needed a new tank for my machine. I couldnt use it until I got my supplies. The young man who helped me said it takes about 7 days to be shipped out. It ended up delivered in 2 days. He was very helpful and I was so happy because sleeping without my machine is a no no. Thank you for all your help and support!!!

Not enough room here to explain the terrible service. I have never been so disrespected in my life by one of their drivers. Left me with no back up tanks while power was out.Never get call backs.And oh still waiting on pick up and delivery. Power was out over a week ago and has been off and on due to falling trees.Been with them 9 years and was with previous company before they bought it from walgreens optional. Even had drivers complain about them through the years and my nice one quit! You think a long time customer would be treated like family and make sure my health needs are met? Its not this company. Im in the process of finding another company that will appreciate my business.

I would not buy a bandage from them if I was bleeding out. This organization is unprofessional, inept, and has no ability to recognize and admit mistakes, and has no intention to correct and properly remediate the issue at hand. The leadership at every level is skilled in communications tactics aimed at avoiding individual responsibility and are masterful at ignoring facts and following indisputable logic but instead defer the truth in favor of jargon, double talk and role reversal. You are treated as being incompetent, miniscule and disrespected at every turn. They will do anything possible not to address obvious internal failures... I have never done business with a business which operates with such impunity towards a customer. I have no doubt they will respond to my review with further denial, additional double talk, and will paint a picture of that of a victim...they are no victim... Its a cult like environment. Have been trying for 2 weeks to get CPAP supplies and a CPAP Machine. Every time I call They tell me some additional info they need. I keep getting put on hold and transferred. Twice I ended up at an office in Dayton and was told I need to call their Cincinnati office. The contact in Dayton felt sorry for me, didt want to put me on hold again. She said she would contact the Cincinnati office and have them call me. Here it is a day later and still no call.

I became a client of medical service company Sept 2016. My first visit with the RT was great. . My initial assessment was A+for this company. I have been unsuccessfully trying to reach a therapist since June.I went to the office to try a new mask. I like the style but the fit isnt good. The plastic frame is too small and the mask too large. Ive made multiple calls about this problem.I cant use the machine with an ill fitting mask. When I picked up the current mask/setup I waited in the lobby with 2 chairs for almost 1 hour no other clients were there. Poor customer service.

My local respiratory therapist has nice, helpful, etc, but MSCs shipping and billing department is a frustrating disaster.They signed me up for automatic shipment of supplies. I never requested that. MSC sent the wrong supplies. I called MSC and asked them to cancel the automatic shipments. I was told to put the box on my front porch and FedEx would pick it up. I did and FedEx came the next day. Easy, right? No. Now MSC is telling me they never received the box and wont reverse the $141 charges on my credit card! Convenient for them!Additionally, they sent me another box of supplies (the wrong ones again) two months later AFTER I requested to not receive these supplies. I called AGAIN and put the box out on the front porch. They assure me that my credit card will not be charged this time because I called in enough time. I called within 2 days the last time, so I have little faith in their system..Meanwhile Im filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my $141 back.Make sure you get assurance that you DO NOT want automatic shipment of supplies. I think MSC is guilty of very poor shipping and order management and probably some unethical business practices as well.

Really bad phone service. They dont return your calls until you have called every day for at least 2 weeks. When someone finally answers and you complain, you are told to just press 2 when the recording comes on. So that is what I did and it put me in a continuous loop. So I called for 2 weeks again finally someone answered. They wanted to put me on hold but I was too afraid we would get disconnected and I had only talked to a live person 1 time, after calling every day for a month.

One gentlmeman on hisway to another located dropped off oxygeb I desperately needed my delivery wasnt until the next day so he gave me enough to get through and it was awesome.He didnt have to do that
