I left a voicemail for Enriching Spaces on a Friday evening asking if I could get a quote on a Herman Miller Mirra II chair. I received an email the following Monday - end of day, asking for more info (my address). I was hoping to get the actual quote on Monday, but an extra day isn’t a big deal. So I sent the info right away to make sure I was slowing them down. It has now been two weeks since I requested a price on a single chair - and still no price. The rep who has communicated with me has been polite, but has not gotten me a quote. I’ve had two emails that say “I’m hoping to get something to you by the end of the week” - one was last week, and one was this week.This week is over, so it looks like we’ll be going into next week now. I’m shocked that, given how much these chairs cost, I’m having trouble getting someone to take my money. I know many companies are stretched thin right now, but all I’ve asked is a firm ETA on pricing - and haven’t received that. Having someone say, “I’m hoping to get you something” isn’t really something you can plan against. A little communication would go a long way. I can be patient if I know they’re trying - but at this point, I don’t have any indication, or confidence, that they’ll ever give me a price. Very disappointing.

You cant walk into Enriching Spaces and not be inspired. It is the coolest office furniture showroom Ive ever seen. Herman Miller classics, great graphics, modern and functional design. The team is just as impressive as the furniture. Id hang there everyday if I could!

Our corporate real estate awarded an expansion project to Enriching Spaces. Our local dealings with them can only be described as frustrating. Attention to detail on the design and ordering was sub-pare, resulting in problems that need to be fixed. Communications go unanswered for days, and even when they do respond, they do not supply new information. A project that should have taken 6 weeks is approaching 4 months.

The project management and design team is inspired, helping me design the Herman Miller Eames chair of my dreams. A relaxing environment with exceptional service.
