NO STARS TERIBBLE TERRIBLE!!! The manager is terrible her name is Lisa Jones she is very rude would not let me talk at all, she kept hanging up, would talk over me called me a liar the employee we rented from was super busy told us we could return the truck later, the manager got mad about this but could not charge us again but that mad her mad and so the guy also did not say i had to bring it back to that location i got charged 120 then for dropping at a diff location 140 the guy did was the only employee there so he was busy did not explain i would be charged for dropping off at the wrong location she got so nasty with me and wont return my RENT money because her employee messed up and did not explain everything. Uhaul is terrible customer service is giving me the run around they are all horrible!!!

Posted 10-1-2021 AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! This Cincinnati U Haul dealer is a Shyster . They take advantage of in experienced college kids who rent the trucks , and frame them with unexpected charges and fees . My daughter recently rented a small cargo van for a short time during the day . She purchased the damage insurance as advised. Her local move of small items was uneventful and the van was returned promptly in the same condition it was in upon pickup. The staff member told her he would check the vehicle in , and it was documented an hour later .After the transaction , my daughter was advised they found damage to the top of the vehicle , that this damage is excluded from the prepaid insurance plan , and she is on the hook for over $4000.She did NOT incur this alleged damage , and the uhaul insurance affiliate says she should have taken photos of the vehicle upon its return to prove no damage occurred . If the damage they claim had actually occurred , it certainly wouldnt cost $4000+ to repair. We may have to litigate . Stay away from these frauds !

Best location I’ve been to. Harry was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. After we struggled to get our boxes in our car, Harry sent Lionel out to help and he ended up loading everything in for us! He went above and beyond to give us the best customer service experience and people like this should be recognized.

Waited with my kid in the hot vehicle waiting to be approved doing mobile checkout for 20min just to be told I couldnt be verified online and had to do in person and of course they were closed why I was doing mobile check out. Why I prefer budget truck rental over uhaul.

Worst U-haul center. Guy at front desk and on phone is rude and clueless. Asked us to return truck with full tank gas. We drove truck for 11mi and had to fill $22 gas. When asked for refund, he straight away lied and denied.Stay away from this place. Rent u-haul from other branch.

I’ve been to this location for renting trailers/trucks 4 times now and have had a pleasant experience every time. Lisa, the manager, knows her stuff and will make sure you have a good rental experience. If you are not having a satisfactory visit here make sure you ask for Lisa. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants to provide the best for the customers.

I needed a hitch put on my suv for a vacation a month away. I called my local uhaul in nky and they told me the parts were on back order and would take more than a month to come in and they were too booked to do it before my deadline. I thought I was screwed. Then I called this location and spoke to Lisa. This lady made it her mission to get it done. Not only did she track down the right hitch, she had it installed 4 days later. I can not say enough good things about the people here. Extremely pleasant and professional . Thank you all so much!

I just moved to Walnut Hills in May, and chose this location to store some personal items. From the day I moved in, the staff has been wonderful. Everyone Ive interacted with has been extremely helpful and accommodating, and have gone out of their way to ensure that Im satisfied. I did have one issue come up regarding my billing, but they took care of it immediately and quickly. I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes, and the manager was very pleasant! I strongly recommend this U-Haul location if you are in the Walnut Hills area!

Charged me twice for my rental. Could not tell me why. When I spoke to a manager they stated they would call me back and refund me for incorrect charges. Never reached back out to me and charged my card anyway. Stay far away! They are completely unprofessional here and will overcharge your estimate for no reason!!

Amber was super helpful, she got my mom and I a cheaper way to drive to Athens (and have to drive back) and we knew it would be expensive, but she was able to get us a great discount with a bigger vehicle. the customer service and speed of our experience was the best thing that’s happened today after a load of other places not able to work with us. 15/10, highly recommend. Decided last minute to rent a car dolly to tow one of our cars during a cross-country move. Another location made our reservation and couldn’t fulfill it due to losing the dolly or something. This location stepped in and let us use one of theirs instead. They were having some huge issues due to events outside of their control, but staff was still extremely helpful and even took time to assist us in hooking up the dolly and the car. It was really a great experience and helped ease the frustration from a totally different location, which is excellent customer service in my book.

Tried to charge me $177 when it was clearly incorrect! All employees i talked too even said the price was incorrect and nobody is trying to help. Talked to 4 different people who said they would have a manger call me NEVER HAPPENED! I’ve called here about 6-7 times. Horrible place ! Will never ever in life rent here again !

I opened up a storage here beginning back in April and up to date everyone has been going through financial ups and downs since this pandemic has taken place. Still Lisa, Amber I can’t remember all staff but they have e exceeded the expectations of customer service. Like literally the clothes and items in this storage are all that I own at the moment. Well I thought it was going to be a good experience until I saw my charges. I was told it was going to cost 58.00 and they ended up charging me 107.00. When I called them they said it was because I drove 100 miles?? There is no way from Walnut Hills to DeerPark and back is 100 miles! They told me they would look into it and call me before the end of the day and I have not heard from them. People do yourself a favor and write down the mileage on the vehicle before you leave the lot. I will not be using their services again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.The dispatch process required 3 separate forms of authorization and took up to an hour an a half to complete. The 10’ uHaul we rented was supposed to come with a dolly and furniture pads, neither of which were there. Also the uHaul was parked in the wrong spot in a 3 car parking lot that was on the other side of the building.Had a 40 minute wait time to simply return my uHaul. Speaking with other customers in line I quickly realized this was going to be terrible. They had mismanaged their reservations for the people in front and behind me in line as well.This is the worst part. The parking lot is a mess. The parking spot I parked in had a stopper that has a 3 inch bolt sticking out of it that completely shredded the skid plate on my car and delayed a 16 hour drive even further. When I went in to politely report the incident the women working the desk didn’t express any concern at all and instead said that I was parked in “Truck parking” but when I came back outside I realized that there was no labeling for the parking spots at all.I will be submitting a claim to uHaul and hopefully they will reimburse me for the repairs. Very disappointed across the board with this experience.

I reserved my 17 foot truck two weeks in advance and then when I showed up at my reserved time they said that they didn’t have it. I booked movers and hotels since I moved across country and could not afford to get the truck at a later time. They then sent me to their Kentucky location where I was given a truck much larger than needed. Truck did not include straps or lock and when I called to inquire about these items at this location the man on the phone was very rude and referred me to The Home Depot to buy them separately. Would not recommend renting from U-Haul

Great service great people except one. (Dont remember his name) but never got a car Dolly and they only have 2 of the size I need and it never shows up on time so Ive wasted my time going there 3 times to get the biggest one they got and never got it and they wouldnt look up where another one was as well as a car Dolly. The storage units are very expensive so no point on getting one. But I did leave with one and I was late bringing it back and it was by an hour after hours at that and told me they wouldnt charge me but they did and over charged me like another day rent) and wouldnt fix it. (The same guy who said he wouldnt charge me and said he remember saying so). DIRTY.

Have been filling my propane tanks there for years, by far the best, easiest, most economical way to do it. Nate at the store today took great care of me. Hope they stay in the propane business at this location for many years to come. Lots of food trucks depend on them as well as backyard BBQs.

I rented a trailer from a different location and found out that my hitch was broken. I spent hours being directed from one shop to the next who also was no help. Finally we stopped at this uhaul and the employees went out of their way to help me find the hitch issue and call around to locations that have the capability to fix our issue, even though I wasn’t renting from their facility. Would highly recommend this U-haul, such great customer service!

Zero stars. They charged me a fee of $399.11 for returning my U-Haul Rental to the wrong location even thought I was told to return it to a Cincinnati location and called them ahead of time. This fee was more than the cost of renting the U-Haul from Boston to Cincinnati, which cost $331. They would not reverse the fee. They are a rip-off. Dont rent from this U-Haul site!!!

He speaks to his employees with no respect, directly in front of customers. He then speaks to customers in the same manner. We had a truck a reservation and when we arrived it was not there. Tim was doing his best to help but everyone else in that store might as well get on one uhaul together and ride it off a cliff. Do not waste your money. This business does not deserve your money.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLEAZY OPERATION.Everything went smoothly until it was time to return the truck. I had paid an $80 deposit initially and was supposed to be refunded whatever amount exceeded the final charges. I handed the keys off to the store and was told I would get an emailed receipt. The next day, with no receipt and still the $80 charge, I called the store and asked for my receipt. I was given a plethora of excuses. I was told there was no record I returned the truck at all that my account was still open etc etc. Somehow nobody was able to tell me how to fix this situation, they just kept telling me to wait it out. I even emailed the store manager directly asking for him to contact me immediately and he STILL never has. After 2 days and about 8 calls on my end, I was finally able to get through to a Uhaul customer service rep (not local to the store) who told me that for some reason the store had entered in my final mileage, etc for my final charges, but had kept a hold on my account to hold the deposit charge with no explanation. She was able to release the hold and fix this for me. However, nobody in the actual store ever contacted me or did ANYTHING to fairly remedy the situation. Apparently this has happened to several others as well. BEWARE** This store WILL try to rip you off and charge you for your deposit whether you return your truck or not. Do not do business with this sleazy operation.

About a year ago I had a very distasteful experience with moving my things into a storage unit at this location. As I came back a few weeks ago to get my things back out, I was extremely delighted to see that the new staff was not only amazingly helpful, fast, and kind, but an employee named Tony specifically helped me out to the fullest extent of his position. He made my time there very efficient and warm welcoming, as I had a pretty long drive there and back with having to arrange and all of my things in a truck bed and tie it all down. Tony was very professional and understanding of my needs there, and assisted me WAY beyond the previous employees I had encounters with the first time I visited this place. In all honesty, If Tony isnt a manager or some other high up position, then I would be surprised, because he definitely acted as one. Thank you, Tony, for making my experience here very easy and wonderful! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with U-Haul was terrible and the district manager or whoever he is can be insensitive. I am Active Duty and my most personal belongings were stored at this location. I found out when it was too late that I should have received renters insurance. I lost half of my belongings due to an enormous amount of mold on everything. Not only is this place not well kept but there are literally open cracks and puddles of water everywhere and the Staff is incapable of working with their customers when this happens. I even requested that the payments I had made to them be refunded back to me and it was denied. I travel around the world a lot and the fact that I lost my most precious items is ridiculous. I will see to it that this place is shut down immediately.

Uhaul is GREAT and inexpensive as well !!I used my debit card, so they charged me $120.00 at first. I used the truck, topped off the gas tank and returned the truck after hours. 2 days later I received all but $50.00 back on my card !! I moved out of Ohio to Kentucky for around $50 bucks !! Ill definitely use Uhaul when I need a truck,and highly recommend them to everyone, especially the branch located on Gilbert Ave. in Cincinnati..

Do NOT rent anything from this location! I had the most terrible experience here. I had a truck for 1.5 hours and drove it about 50 miles in that time frame. These crooks charged me for 308 miles!!! THAT IS NOT EVEN HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO DRIVE 308 miles in 1.5 hours! Beyond that, the staff looked completely strung out on drugs. Then, when I called this location to inquire about my bill, a lady said one of the men working the front desk would call me back. No one ever called me back... shocker.

I first want to say thank you to Nate. I used Uhaul and the Upods to move from San Diego to Cincinnati. It truly was a nightmare on the Uhaul side when it came to paying and the actual damage to my furniture. But Nate was amazing and so were the others at the Gilbert Ave location. I was about to lose my mind after calling Uhaul so many times I lost count. I will NEVER again use the Upods, but I would rent anything from a trailer to a storage unit from Nate. He went above and beyond to help me when no one else did. Thank you again!

Made an appointment for a hitch to be installed at 11am. Arrived at 10:50am. The crew there had no idea that I had an appointment. The manager was apparently not coming in on a Tuesday, and had parked his truck in the shop where they do the installs. The crew did not have his key. I left by 11:15 and they had the balls to call as I was pulling out to see if I wanted to reschedule? Are you kidding me? Stay away from this shop...

This is a low-overhead operation, but manager and staff are very nice, and most importantly, I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM RENTING A CARGO VAN ON SHORT NOTICE, even when moving my kids back to Miami. Vans are new, well serviced and reasonably priced.

My mom rented a truck to move on July 1st. Her bill was 78.00 and she paid with her bank card. A month later, her bank account is emptied. Uhaul accused her of driving 900 miles and charged her 780 plus dollars. They took her rent money and rather than admit they were wrong, they charged her 9.00 more dollars and took 5 days to refund her money. When asked about bounced check and late fees, Larry claimed the bank would pay it back when we showed them the receipt 🤔😠😡 Gave 2 stars because the store manager Nathan Smith did try to help. However, he never really admitted Uhaul made a mistake and he wasnt very considerate to my mom over the phone. Lousy customer service and lousy common decency. Buyer Beware!

This U-Haul location was awesome! I was moving apartments across town with about 4 weeks in between leases. So I needed to buy boxes, rent a truck, rent a U-Box, and then schedule a U-Box drop off after a month. The prices for their boxes are super reasonable. They have every type of box you can think of. I especially liked the wardrobe style because it made unpacking a breeze. Once I had all my belongings packed I arrived at U-Haul at the designated time to pick up my truck. The whole process only took about 20 minutes. I returned in less than 4 hours to load all my items into a U-Box. One of the employees was nice enough to help me load all my items into the U-Box. This was above and beyond what I expected and totally unnecessary! But much appreciated. After less than a month I called to schedule my U-Box delivery. It was a little difficult to get through to the U-Box representative but they got my box delivered within a few days of me calling. The drop off was seamless with the delivery truck driver Tina being especially efficient and nice! I noticed that I had been charged for an additional month of U-Box rental fees and called to get a refund. After a small amount of confusion I got a call back from the manager, Jerry, who refunded the charges. He was apologetic and made it right. Any hiccups that I had during this process were completely turned around by the customer-service oriented individuals who work at this location. Keep up the great work everyone!! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

The worst customer service experience EVER. I’m literally not exaggerating. The worker there Lawrence Walker was highly unprofessional on BOTH occasions of dealing with him— and not just me. It’s also how he dealt with other customers as well. I recently got a uhaul from colerain within the last 90 days and had such an amazing experience that I thought I’d try the company again— horrible mistake. Lawarence Walker was rude, condescending and nonchalant about his job— all around the absolute wrong person to be in a customer service position. I’d be extremely surprised if I’m the first to bring this up. On the first occasion he almost over charged me, doubling my cost. I had to correct him. Ok I shrug it off but then in the middle of helping me he’s ordered pizza and has to go outside to retrieve it— in the middle of my transaction!? — strike 2. On the second occasion I waited in line 45 minutes behind 5 other customers. As I get up to the front of the line Lawrence Walker tells me he can not provide me a final bill because the van hadn’t been checked in. That would’ve been fine if he hadn’t told me as I walked in that the check in wait time would be 30 minutes. When I urged him to check the van in and provide me a receipt. He told that I’d have to wait whilst changing computers to help the customer behind me. When I told him, in a mellow but matter of fact tone, that it wasn’t fair that I waited 45 minutes to be brushed aside he got irrate, raised his voice and threatens to call the cops if I didn’t leave. Now I’m a slim woman, he’s a 6’3 male. I pose absolutely no threat to anyone let alone him. I get home. After 3 hours I got the receipt via email and I’m over charged! This is absolutely despicable. You guys at Gilbert Ave are going to lose a ton of customers if you keep this guy. I understand being short staffed but that’s no excuse to keep someone so unprofessional like Lawrence.

I made a reservation about 3 weeks prior to the moving date, and after calling and confirming 3 separate times the week of the move, I was called 1 hour after the box was supposed to be dropped off to tell me that they couldnt drop the box office until the following day, and that may reservation was only a preference, they werent obligated to deliver then. On the back end of the move, the box did not reach its destination until 3 days after the contract and multiple confirmatory emails indicated it would. The customer service (with the exception of the New Haven office staff) was terrible throughout the process. I will not be using uhaul again.

What a horrible experience. I reserved my truck very easily online several days ahead. On the day of the reservation, I arrived 45 minutes early as I had booked movers to meet me at my home at 2pm to help me move (MoveCheap Cincinnati). There were two employees working (one was new) and a line out the door on a Sunday afternoon. I waited 2.5 hours in line to get to the front. I finally got my truck and was trying to leave but was blocked in by several other trucks in the way. I went back in and asked if someone could move the trucks to make a path for people to exit. One of the employees (Marcus) came out and moved one of the trucks then went back inside. I thought he was coming back out to move the rest of the trucks but he never did. I went back in and asked again if someone could move the trucks so I could get out, as the movers had already arrived at my place 1.5 hrs prior and I was paying them hourly even though I had not yet arrived with the truck. Marcus did finally move the rest of the trucks and I was able to leave. Despite the room of angry people the two employees were very nice, but just didnt have any hussle. They moved slowly despite all of the waiting people. My return was much smoother, I was able to drop off the truck and there was an employee outside to meet me. However, when I went inside, I stood in line to get the printout for my transaction for awhile, then I finally shouted out if anyone had my printout and another employee who was not working the line said he had it. It seems that there should be a smoother process than this.I think that it would be very helpful if the manager of the store looked through all of the reservations the day prior in order to decide staffing numbers to meet the demand in a timely manner. For instance, if you have 30 reservations on a Sunday, two employees may not be sufficient. There should be separate employees working outside to deal with returns, making sure returns do not obstruct the exit and move trucks and bring the rented trucks to the customers, rather than expecting the same person who checks the customer in behind the desk to also go out and open the storage unit or get the truck, as they often get distracted with returns coming into the lot while angry customers wait inside in line. One of the customers in line was actually helping direct the employees on the order of operations that should happen next because the employees were so flustered.In the end, I paid an extra $110 to the movers for the time they spent while waiting for me to bring the truck, which was lost money and lost time. I am a physician with VERY limited time, and due to the lost 2 hours, I had to pay the movers another $220 AGAIN the next day and take the day off of work the following day to accommodate their schedule to finish the job. Saving money by renting a truck cost me an extra $330 due to the lost time and poor management of this facility. This is an outrage and I will NOT be recommending this location to anyone at work nor my friends.

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. This location and their employees are absolutely ridiculous. I went in on November 19, 2018 and made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer hitch for my sister to pick up later that afternoon. I was paying for it but she was transporting it. Everything went smoothly and everyone was kind, you could tell the man assisting me was training because a manager was helping him and although the manager was a little hasty with him, the trainee remained calm, cool and collected. I told him what a great job he did before we left. My sister picked up the trailer later that afternoon and we moved my things. She had the trailer back well before the time we were allotted and she used the app as instructed to check the trailer in. On the 20th when I seen no charge for the trailer on my pending bank records I contacted the location and a customer service rep answered. She was very kind and she advised me that the trailer was not showing checked in but that she would forward everything over to the location and someone would contact me within 30 minutes. Hours passed and no one contacted me and still no charge so I called the location again. This time a man answered and told me that he wasnt currently at the location but that he was going to forward me to customer service. This time the lady that i spoke to seemed to not have any idea what she was doing and told me that the trailer AND my sisters car had been towed at 9am that morning. I asked her what she was talking about because my sister was home by 11pm the night before with her car... she said she couldnt tell me anything else and all she could do was note in the account that i called. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it would take 72 hours to speak to someone so I hung up and called the store number back again for the THIRD time. This time someone in the actual store answered and he said that he had just received an email in regards to the trailer and that they were checking it in and would be charging me within 15 minutes. I responded, Well someone BETTER call me before I am charged because I WILL NOT be paying for an extra day or a tow when the trailer was dropped off on time and nothing was ever towed. The man then responded that I should watch my words and not use the word BETTER when speaking to him because he will charge what he wants if those are the words that i want to use. At this point I lost it and the man hung up in my face. I then proceeded to call them FOUR more times only for the same man to answer and hang up every time I asked for his name. On the FIFTH call back he finally answered with the company name and his personal name and I told him that his name was all that i needed and hung up. I immediately googled the corporate number to report what was going on. The last lady that I spoke to was very kind an informative and although she was thorough and I trusted the issues would be resolved... It is not the 21st and the trailer is still showing not checked in, I have not been charged and my sister and I are being told 2 different things when we call. They are now saying that the trailer is no where to be found and sent a email from the Equipment Recovery Dept, although seconds earlier my sister was told that they could be charging my card today with the charge only being for the time used (less then the 6 hours we initially rented it for). Not only would I NEVER recommend this location, I will NEVER use UHAUL period, EVER AGAIN.... I do not care if it is cheaper, easier, or free... I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL FOR ANYTHING AND NEITHER WILL MY SISTER. What a joke....

Dont drop off at night. Awful neighborhood. Our uhaul was stolen from the lot after we left. Gangs of kids roaming through the parking lot. Toothless people asking for money... persistent too, knocking on our windows and following us to our car. Daytime hours seemed okay. Just dont go at night. Not uhuals fault, just an awful location.

EXTREMELY RUDE:I came in today to purchase several boxes and inquire about a truck rental for moving office furniture. Upon arriving there were no clear/available parking spaces, so I parked off to the side away from any lane of traffic in the parking lot.As we were standing in line, an employee (whom I later found out to be named Arvis) yelled into the store from the open door Aye, who car this? while pointing at my car.I spoke up and claimed it figuring he was going to ask me to move it. No big deal.Instead when I responded he rudely said Didnt you see that spot over there? I replied the spot he was pointing to was a handicap spot and he closed the door and walked off into the parking lot... without asking me to move my car.He came back a minute or 2 later Aye, you gotta move So I start walking to my car to move and I heard him saying smart something under his breath. I replied You know theres a way to talk to customers and theres a way not to talk to customers... and this is not how you talk to a customer. Youve been extremely rude.My new best friend Arvis chirps up and tells me Look theres a spot there and one over there. I gotta move these trucks and you in the way.I asked his name, grabbed my coworker from inside and left.I dont make a habit of spending my money at stores wherein Im spoken to like a child and disrespected.Arvis, I wish you nothing but the best in life and hope that someday you get that promotion from cleaning the trucks to working the front counter so that your personality can shine bright like a diamond for all to see.Update: I was just contacted by the gentleman and am posting this screenshot to further document the situation.

Man was extremely rude and cursing, slamming the mouse, complaining that he has to close and get to his other job. When I reserved the u haul they told me I could get a cargo van, this man gives me a small u haul, which wad to big and harder to handle. I wont use this location again.

Showed up after driving a uhaul truck across the country to load things into a storage unit I reserved only to find out that it wasnt available. I was told something would be ready the next day so I showed up again and it wasnt. Calls to the area manager were unreturned. It was a huge waste of time. Next time Im moving Ill just buy my own box truck for the amount that I paid to rent one of theirs.

I have been rent from this place 8 years and never had any problem 123.87 for mileage because they dont ask at this location so when you rent a uhaul make show you do their job and tell them the address to your old and new place I will not be using them ever again 211.87

Charged almost triple actual mileage because they mismeasured the guage. Only rented a can for an in city move that didnt go over 35 miles, charged for 100. Emailed customer service several times. No answer. Would give 0 stars if possible. I guess they get one for having decent availability for vehicles and easy drop off.

People need us. -- Gary Smith Jr., General Manager, U-Haul on Gilbert Ave.Waited in line for 15 minutes before helped. Dude couldnt find my key for about five minutes, then when some other customer threw him his keys and walk out, he proceeded to check him out for five minutes and then restart my paperwork.Finally got the van, 2 gallons short. CHECK YOUR FUEL BEFORE YOU LEAVE.Engine shut off on Columbia Parkway. Coasted to a stop at a very dangerous position. Engine turned on after a couple minutes, then shut off on the highway again, luckily coasted to a parking lot.Called roadside assistance. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. They wanted to send a tow truck from an hour away to pick me up, bring me to a uhaul an hour away, where I would get a 14 truck (the only thing available in the city). I said no thanks, and we agreed I would leave my keys in the van and get picked up by my friend.2 days, 4 calls and two hours on the phone later I am told that my van hasnt been checked in, and I cannot get a refund. After I snap, they tell me that they do have my records, and that a manager should call me within 72 hours.Manager never calls.I walk into the shop, and explain to Mr. Smith Jr. what happened. Mr. Smith Jr. tells me he gave me a refund. I said I wanted a free van rental, or $50 that the website promises (when they do not have your van ready when requested). Mr. Smith Jr. said no, he couldnt do that. I asked why, and Mr. Smith Jr. said thats not how it works. I told Mr. Smith Jr. that I was going to post a very bad review on every website I could find, and it would probably hurt him more in business than the $50. Mr. Smith Jr. said he didnt care, to post what I want, because theyre like Wal-Mart, and people have to use them.So Im posting exactly what happened. DO NOT RENT HERE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!! The General Manager Nathan Smith doesn’t care to even help the customers. I got a truck from Columbus to Cincinnati and was charged extra $$ for gas 3 days after I had already turned the truck back in. I called the location, went up there the same day and he couldn’t even give me an explanation for the charges and demanded to see a receipt from the other location. I will be contacting Corporate on his inconsiderate a**. Don’t represent a company as a General Manger and you don’t know rule #1 with customers.

They can install hitches (its not rocket science...) but dont have lights installed here - purchase them and take them to a competent mechanic for installation, install them yourself or find a different U-Haul location with properly trained service technicians.
