I was in the middle of moving and desperately needed a split box frame for a queen size bed. Mattress Firm was able to successfully have it ready to go at their warehouse the next day. Considering how busy they were due to college students it was amazing how fast they were able to get everything organized.

Even after I paid and was leaving to walk out, it was raining and he offered to walk me to my car with an umbrella so that I wouldn’t get wet. I will definitely be a return customer! I had a great experience with ordering a bed for an investment property in Florida. Chris went over and beyond with his suggestions on the purchase and coordinating the delivery. I was greeted by about 5 friendly employees who very very nice and patient with me as they worked with me to select a mattress. Though they didnt initially ask my about budget limitations, once we discussed that, they worked with me to find the prefect choice for budget and comfort! I didnt ever feel uncomfortable (which really could have happened while five guys watched me try mattresses), and was very please with the customer service.
