Technician was 15 minutes late. Said I should have been given a window. If so, no one called to confirm the appointment this morning. Wasn’t sure he was still coming. Also, technician entered my home without a mask, and didn’t seem to understand that he needed one “the pandemic is slowing down” (his quote).The salesperson, while friendly, was very focused on what was in my garage (two luxury cars), and took a photo of them and sent the photo to a friend. I had to ask him to delete the picture.I have long been skeptical about Home Depot. This experience has done nothing to raise my confidence. I am spending a significant amount of money; I expect better.
