Worst place to take your lawn mower..$100 more than they quote on price. Took twice as long to finish. And broke down within an hour of them returning it and yet they wont do nothing to fix it. Highly recommend that no one ever takes there lawn mower here.

Bought a stihl kombi and chainsaw parts from them at a good price. like any shop you need to know what parts your looking for. they can help you find what you need but there not psychic.

Purchased a 30” toro time master from these guys. Transaction was easy, and they ensured they had the current promotion on it.I walked in to buy the exmark 30” commercial. After talking with the guy at the counter, he has me try out the toro. He told me that I wouldn’t be dissatisfied with it over the exmark, and would save 1000$.Glad we went with their suggestion. Attached a pi. Of the second cut. Will be back if I ever need anything.

Had my mower for a month and a half was there for a string replacement and tune up they called and said all kinds of other things wrong with it repars would start at 120 dollars plus my mower ran fine when i dropped it off declined the outrageous repairs picked my mower up which wasnt even put back together not happy will never go back

Had my mower almost 4 weeks for a regular tune up. Does not honor Torro warranty if mower is not purchased from their store. I was told when dropping off my mower the tube up was 64.99 +tax. Got there to pick it up and it was 94 and some change. Will not be back.

I seriously think they have friends and family just post five stars to bring their ratings up. See how many people posted five stars with no comments... Fishy.Terribly rude. I saw the owner yelling at an older gentleman just because he was trying to figure out the part he needed. Itd be nice to have a good tool rental place but Ill never give my business to people who treat senior citizens the way I saw there. I was about to buy a new chain saw, I walked out and got an excellent deal at Lowes. Theres also a great place off the colerain exit for lawn tool rental.On a different occasion, it took two months to tell me my chainsaw was not repairable?!? Then they wanted to charge me even though they never got back to me in a timely fashion. A different shop got it running for me, no problem.

Love this place. Their ALWAYS busy. Which is a good thing meaning they are trusted buy many for their services on small engine & mower repairs. Ive bought a lot of parts from them, mostly oil & filters & the like for doing my own maintenance on my mower. They are also very professional & curtious. Oh, yeah I also bought a Stihl battery powered hedge trimmer about a year ago from them. I couldnt have made a better choice.

Ive only ordered parts for my Toro push mower. Ive never had it serviced, so I cant speak to their service center. The equipment they carry seems to be top quality. The parts center is friendly and helpful. If I had a bigger yard, or a business, where I needed to rely on my equipment, Id probably consider them as a resource.

I called the in mid-January to ask them to service my snow blower. They said it would take a couple weeks. I ask them to also do my mower. Their crew to pick up the equipment was late and said they didnt have the correct phone number, even though I gave it to them when I talked to them. The couple weeks morphed into two months. Mower and snowblower came back mid-March, just in time for me to cut grass. Even the drop off was flawed. After Tri-State said they would deliver between 9 and noon, my wife called at 12:15 asking where they were. She was told they were loading the truck as she spoke. Definitely will not go back.

If you buy a mower with a zero percent interest rate read the paperwork carefully as Synchrony Bank will charge a huge promotional fee for the loan and Tri-State Outdoor Equipment is sure not going to mention it to you. Might as well as been a large interest rate. If I had of caught that fee I would have wrote the check for the total price. I guess I should of took more time and read what I signed.

Extremely rude over the phone while trying to get information on buying a $3,500 mower. They do not offer the current promotion from ExMark as advertised on the ExMark website and will not assist in contacting ExMark. I could only imagine how they would react if i needed to have a quality issue that needed to be addressed.

Website said they were open until 3pm on Saturday. Drove a pretty far distance, arrived at 1:50pm, and they were closed!! Very disappointing when a store doesnt stay open until their advertised time.

Without being vindictive, I had one of my worst customer service related experiences of my life...and Im old! My 4 month old Toro lawnmower motor had apparently seized. It would not rotate by pulling the cord and it had lost all the oil. Instead of giving me the customer first consideration that the product might have been faulty they looked at the remaining oil on the dipstick, determined it was dirty (remember only 4 months old) and that I had not properly maintained the engine. Neither of the young men that looked at the system even pulled the starter cord to confirm or test whether the engine seized and went right to why Toro would not honor a warranty repair. The follow on is I remembered that while I had purchased a Toro mower there, this new Toro was purchased at Home Depot. I went there right after leaving this place and received overwhelmingly better customer service. To the manager of this Toro dealership, you really need to get these employees to think of your customers first or there might not be many after!
