Rented a dingo with an auger and as soon as I hook it up its spewing hydraulic fluid. Their resolution is just bring it back and they will reset my time TODAY yet Im halfway through my day. By the time I load the trailer and take it back then come back the day will be shot. Im paying 2 crew members that will be on the clock while I drive it back and forth and ultimalty I will have to purchase a second day to do a job that should have been a single day. $350+ out of my pocket because their equipment is not maintained and they arent prepared to deal with the situation. You seriously dont want to deal with this company they have poor equipment and even worse service.

The only place I rent from. My family has been renting equipment from EZ for over 25 years. They always take care of us and help you with your project anyway they can.

Walked in with 5 min til closing time and still received over and above service. Even took the time to discuss some recommendations for completing my project.

Hands down some of the best folks you’ll ever deal with. I’ve been renting from E-Z for over 5 years, (employed and self-employed) and if it wasn’t for them, It would’ve been a lot harder to get where I am today with my business. They are just really good people I believe.

This is a great rental company for any at all needs you may have including chairs and tables for parties. There wide variety of tools and equipment available for rental our bar none. The staff is very friendly and helpful even if you need something last minute before theyre closing they are happy to stay and take care of your needs. Very refreshing, mini rental places seem to be annoyed that youre even there in my experience especially if you come in towards the end of the day. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for the rental needs.

Have used them in the past with no problems. Recently called on a Thursday to reserve a drum sander for pick-up Friday afternoon. Turns out they went ahead and rented it to someone else, who had not returned it. Told EZ I would just wait until the next day. Called in the a.m. and was told it would be back by 2:00. It was not. I wasted a day, and should have just rented somewhere else, and eventually did. 1) Sander should not have been rented to someone else because it was reserved. 2) EZ never offered anything for my trouble; not a free or discounted rental or even a firiggin cup of coffee. Customer service, at least with this customer, sucked.

Nice people great prices

Usually a pretty good place unless you have to get service. Renting is a breeze but I would recommend getting worked on somewhere else. Last time I dropped off a chainsaw I called 11 days after and they still hadn’t touched it.

Rented 10 plastic chairs Friday after checking their prices online.Paid the $1.50 each for 10 chairs.I specifically ask when to bring them back, the lady said anytime Monday. I brought them back at 10:30 am and was told there was an $8 outstanding balance because plastic chairs were $2.20So I paid it! After thinking about it I went back there this morning and talked to the man that charged me the $8.00 . He changed his story in front of other customers and said I was late bringing them back. This sucks that I get stiffed for s lousy $8.00After being a very good customer for years. This is not right!

I have rented various pieces of equipment from them and they always have the best price and advice. Other rental places locally want very high cash security deposits and very high prices to rent. EZ Rent doesnt ask for a deposit and the rental prices are far lower then other tool rental places. I will continue to rent from them because of their great service.

Rented a pressure washer that didn’t work and a few weeks earlier I rented a 2 wheel car dolly with straps that were badly torn. Prices are high as well. They did return my money for the pressure washer. Bethel hardware is much better and are open on Sunday. They’ll get my business from now on.

Great company! Ive used E-Z Rent-All on two different occasions to rent a 14 landscape type flatbed trailer. The price is notably less than a smaller trailer at Uhaul. The staff is both helpful and kind. I do not hesitate in recommending E-Z Rent-All to anyone who needs the equipment they can provide. Theyre also a Stihl authorized dealer and service provider. If my Stihl equipment needs service that is beyond my ability or desire to do this will be my first stop for service!

Dont know about the tool rental but repairs are a joke. Dropped off a pressure washer and a trimmer for repair. Paid checkout fee for both and was told I would get a call. After two weeks I called and they had no information. Not an estimate nor a idea on when it would be completed. I waited another week and called. They said the trimmer was ready but still no information on the pressure washer. Ok then. I go pick up the trimmer. Pay what is owed. Take it home and the same problem I took it in for is still happening. Now it leaks fuel as well. Never leaked a drop before I took it there. Finally after 5 weeks I call again about the pressure washer. Still no information but the tech is working on it. I said I would be there to get it in two days regardless if it was done or not. Amazingly, I get a message the next day saying its ready. Still never got a call on the cost. I call back and they tell me its 200 dollars to get it. No I have no problem paying he bill. 5 weeks no call. I call and amazingly its done. Heres your cost take it or leave it. Dont even tell me what they did. This place is a joke. I bought my stihl farm boss from them. Bought various things from them. Some expensive. Some not. I hope the rental place can sustain them. Dont ever have anything repaired there EVER. I should have just fixed it my self. I could have. I spend too much time fixing cars. Hard to find time to fix my own things. I know what I will do next time.Thanks for nothing EZ RENT ALL. Must be EZ when you dont have to exhibit any common courtesy.
