Took an old and out of date hydraulic cylinder to them. They fixed me up with all the seals I needed at an affordable price. Most hydraulic shops wouldnt even talk to someone that walks in off the street. Least than take the time to look up the seals I needed. Very friendly. Professional. And most important knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing work done.

I have looked at every hardware store and auto parts store in the area for a particular fitting and even online with no luck. I came down to Affordable Hydraulics and Mike found it right away. Have a 1999 RV that the 21 year old leveling jacks were not holding the motor home level. The manufacturer is Bigfoot. The cost to replace these cylinders from the manufacturer $750 + tax each. Mike was able to do a complete repair of all four cylinders for half the cost. The cylinders have been on for several months and have had no problems.Thanks Mike you are a life made easier person.

I called these guys about making me power steering lines, for my 1999 Western Star, asked if they could do it today. Was told yes, and to bring old lines up.So I threw them in a box, even the one I had to cut in pieces to get off of truck, drove over there. Was promptly greeted and asked if they could help. Handed them my steering hoses and they immediately started figuring out what they needed, and explained the different options to me.Was there about 10 minutes and my hoses were in progress of being made, and showing me the different fittings. They had my hoses made in about an hour, and prices were good in my opinion. I would highly recommend if you need hoses or lines built to try them out. They will be my go to, for this kind of stuff from now on. Really glad I met these guys, very knowledge and treated me like we known each other for ever. Thanks

Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly. Had my lift cylinder on my front tractor blade fail and he repaired it in basically one day. Very good service and reasonable price. Will use him again if the need arises.

We drive 1.5 hrs away to have our hoses done here because they use top of the line hoses and fittings. We was in a jam trying to fine places to get these made and he helped us and made them had them done while we was there and he was very reasonable on the price. We will start going there all the time to have our hoses done and would recommend everyone to them thanks guys.

Hard to find great service and knowledge like this place these days. A true diamond in the rough. A friend, retired owner of One Mans Trash on Kellogg, said he worked with Mike for a long time and recommended him to fix my junked log splitter that had broken fittings on the cylinder (a hard fix), also had hacked together parts that failed and the engine quit running, etc. They went above and beyond and fixed everything. What a nice surprise! Made it like brand new again in short time! We even tested it out before I left the shop. The log splitter worked smooth all day, first day back with no problems. I have never had better service from any service provider. I experienced a complete failure of my towed vehicles braking system on Interstate 71 near Cincinnati. Fortunately, I was able to get off the highway safely. We unhooked the towed vehicle and drove separately to our destination campground nearby. I found Mikes business and discovered that it was very close. I called him. Within an hour he was over to my campground site and diagnosed the problem. He was having a busy day so promised to come back that evening to repair it. He did just that! The next day I was again on the road with a new installation DONE RIGHT. The manufacturer of the braking system is reviewing its installation techniques and is making corrections to avoid a repeat occurrence. We owe him a debt of gratitude. Thanks, Mike.

I called Larry the day before and asked if he could make a hydraulic hose for my Kubota Loader. He said, sure, bring the old hose with you. He not only made it while I waited, but also upgraded the working pressure from 3000 to 5000 and cleaned the hose of any debris. It was affordable and he supports local jobs.
