The products and the staff at Sherwin Williams are top notch. If you want the best you go to the best and that was my experience. All the staff, although very young, was VERY knowledgeable, courteous , helpful and I gotta say refreshing in an era where good customer service seems like a thing of the past. At Sherwin Williams you leave with confidence yo made the right decisions.

I did like it too much customer service not good I thought they will help carry 3 gallons of paint but they did not I have to do it myself while I saw one of them helping another customer.they were still there were still there no good at all.

Ive been going to Sherwin Williams for as I can remember. Since reopening Ive been there twice for deck stain and regular paint. They treat me like a professional, answer any questions and prepare the product in a timely fashion. If you have paint questions, this is the place to shop.

Called and spoke to an associate in regards to a white paint that would cover a light brown colored room with the least amount of coats. Purchased two gallons of the recommended paint and began painting the bedroom. Three coats later and an additional gallon of paint and the walls still are not completely white. The manager stated that he did not know why any associate would recommend the paint we were sold but did not offer any resolution and simply stated they only guarantee their highest line of paint. Long story short I will never be shopping at this Sherwin-Williams or any other Sherwin-Williams store ever again. Poor product and even worse customer service.

Very few businesses have customer service so attentive and valuable as Sherwin Williams. Weve repainted almost every room in our home using their products. This weekend we repainted an outdoor playset. The products and services in selecting paints and mixing colors have been excellent. My family and my in-laws are now loyal customers.

Stopped in for primer, sales person was very helpful in helping me determine which kind would be the best for multiple projects. Then he told me to come back in two days for 40% off. In addition, the 4 gallons of primer was set aside. Thanks so much for helping me and saving me $$$

We recently moved into a new home and went to Sherwin-Williams to help with paint selections. The employees were wonderful and helped explain all of the paint options. Also, they have an interior decorator on staff. She came to our house for an hour and picked out the most beautiful selections for our new home. Go and see them, make an appointment with Leslie - you wont be disappointed!

This Sherwin Williams is the best one around. If you call in to pick up paint, its ready and the correct selection/color. The staff are quick and courteous and have even helped carry paint to vehicles.

The paint quality is awesome. I painter a the whole room and not one speck of paint on my arms from the roller.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival, asked if I needed any assistance, showed my options for the project I had in mind, and was able to purchase ALL the needed supplies in a very timely manner

Staff extremely helpful I needed 3 , 5 gallon buckets of paint and was already running late I just knew they would take their time and make me fall behind even farther but to my surprise within minutes my paint was mixed and ready and because of their knowledge of the store they knew exactly where everything was I needed after leaving the store I was actually back on my time schedule....will definitely return to this store for future projects and reccomend them to everyone I can!
