Very pleased with my experience with Cardinal Home improvements. Kelley, Jennifer and Doug the foreman were all helpful during our recent roof replacement. As a first time home owner, the concept of replacing our roof was daunting. But they made it easy. Only “downside” was the weather, just not on our side with scheduling. But, when it came time, everyone was quick and efficient- we had a brand new roof in one day. Answered all our questions and made it easy on us. Highly recommend- also love supporting a small local business!

Cardinal repaired our roof and gutters after he 2019 tornados. They were responsive and professional. We will definitely use them in the futures for and improvement or repairs.

Cardinal went over and above on the repair / reconstruction of my house when it was vandalized. Kelley made sure that all the repairs were done, and everything that needed to be repaired was taken care of. The damage was extensive. Kelley and his team got the whole house in great shape, the roof, electric, plumbing, flooring, everything. I want to say that Jennifer is the best also. She assisted me with excellent advice on color options. I am very pleased with all her choices. I was unable to be near the site during construction and I am very grateful for their assistance. This was an especially trying construction project. They made it easy for me. It started right as the Covid-19 pandemic hit. There were material shortages and work restrictions and through it all I have a beautiful house that looks brand new. I could not ask for a better contractor and team.

Kelly was very easy to work with. I had urgent window issues that needed to be addressed. Kelly was quick to respond and provided appropriate information so I could provide to my condominium management. He knew that depending on the managements response, I may or may not be able to use his services, but that did not limit him from providing good inspection and other details that was useful.

From the sales discussion and continual follow up from Aaron to the installation and clean up from Jerry, I have never been treated so well. They were both courteous, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend them and I LOVE my new sun tunnel!

We used Cardinal Home Improvements for our new roof and couldnt be happier!! From the get go I knew we were in good hands. This locally owned company quickly arrived on site to assess the situation, and the ball immediately began to roll. Kelley helped me work with my insurance and actually caught some things they forgot to include per Ohio Code. He supplied us with several options and samples for the roof, skylights designs, as well as his thoughts and recommendations. When the crew came in to work they were super polite and impressive to see in action. I was equally impressed with how clean the place was when they left. I didnt find a single nail in the yard. Overall, our house looks brand new, and we were amazed with Kelley and his crew. When the job was finished, I walked out to take a look and saw Kelley, the owner of the company, on the roof spraying off my siding and wiping it down. Its very obvious that Kelley cares about his clients being happy with the overall job. We are actually going to use them for new gutters soon!

Kelley and his team did a fantastic job with our roof. We were very impressed with how much effort they gave into cleaning up after the job was done. We intend to use them for siding replacement also. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I were really impressed with the flashing and sealing as well as the cricket installation to our chimney. Kelley was really professional which was very much appreciated and the work Danny did was second to none. I highly recommend Aaron at Cardinal Home Improvement. He is very knowledgable about all aspects of roof repair and replacement and follows through on everything he says he will do. Aaron could write a seminar on customer relationships. The work crew was just outstanding. A great job done in one day and they were on their hands an knees at 10pm with flashlights making sure they left no nails on the ground.

Cardinal Home Improvements replaced our roof. Kelley was excellent to deal with. He went above and beyond in every aspect possible - from sitting with us when we called the insurance company to being on property when the field adjuster came to inspect the roof. He was our advocate and walked us through each step of the process. Anytime we had a question, Kelley was there to help. Not only was Kelley great, but so were Cardinals employees that tore the old shingles off, replaced the rotten wood underneath, and put on the new shingles. There wasnt a single piece left behind! They cleaned up all of the debris and nails. With two kids and a dog, Im very thankful for how particular they were with making sure to clean up afterwards. Overall working with Cardinal Home Improvements has been an extreme pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Cardinal Home Improvements on 6/5/2020.I was sent to voicemail, so I left a message that I needed an estimate for a roof replacement along with my phone#.It is now 8/15/2020. They havent responded yet.I wouldnt trust my roof to a company that cant return a phone call.
