I stopped to look at carts yesterday on 8/10/2021 I was greeted when I walked in by Lauren very nice lady, we talked about carts and options they have a used 21 there that I liked, she gave me a price tax and everything out the door. Today I contacted them and was going to purchase. I was told by Lauren that the owner decided to raise the price of that cart a extra 600 dollars because it had more options than the rest of them they have for sale lol guess he didn’t know that with the first price tag he put on it! I’ve been told by three people they did the same thing to them. To me the own just seems like a greedy crook…. I was ready to buy today but I will take my business somewhere else where they care about there customers

Service from this business after you buy a golf cart, or in my case 2 golf carts is non existent.I have a cust golf cart I bought from Cincy Custom Carts a couple of years ago.Ive called and left several messages and have also sent them several emails, that I need to have my golf cart serviced.Ive never received one return phone call or email from them.I guess once they get your money they dont care about you or servicing the cart they sold you.Horrible customer service!Will never buy another golf cart from this place.Buckeye Golf Cart Sales & Service is just north in Morrow, Ohio.Russ Benz

The customer service early on did not promote confidence to this buyer due to minimal communication. In the end, they did correct the issues with the cart and did so in a way to reduce further inconvenience to the customer.Im satisfied with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Cincy Custom Carts if youre in the market for a quality cart.

I was in the area and just decided to drop by to get an idea of cart prices. They were not yet open, but there was no sign on the door with hours, or a telephone number. There were a number of carts on the outside, and I could see some inside, but nothing had a price tag on it, and the website requires you to leave information to get a quote.

I went with my dad to get a golf cart and it was great. We picked out the design we wanted, and they had it completed two days later! I know the turnaround time is typically longer for them. The owner was going out of town and wanted to get our cart completed before he left; but still, thats crazy fast! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The cart looked awesome and while he hasnt had a lot of time to test it out, Im sure it works wonderfully!

Little to pricey

If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed an order for a custom cart and when I asked for aftermarket parts before the build even started, I was placed on hold and could hear the owner yelling and cursing saying he wasnt F$#@%! do it. I thought this was extremely unprofessional so I advised our salesman, we wouldnt be going through with the order and that I would request our deposit back. After arriving to the shop, I was given my deposit back and then got into a verbal altercation with the owner Carl. He started by yelling you dont tell what the F$@@ to say and then almost becoming a physical altercation due to his aggressiveness. This owner is a complete joke and so is his company... Couldnt be happier to be buying a cart from another company. You would be very wise to steer clear of this outfit. Trust me, youll be better off... STAY CLEAR!!

Bought a new 2017 cart here, and worked with Joe Lay who was professional and knowledge. I bought larger rims that caused ride quality problems in my opinion. Joe was extremely available, answering all of my calls and texts in a timely, efficient manner. He was not happy until I was happy, and we were able to remedy the problem with little inconvenience thanks in large part to Joe.

Awesome experiance Lauren helped us out and they worked with us on price. Very knowledgeable staff would definitely recommend.

Owner is a first class D-BAG. You cannot trust this group mainly because of the owner. Forget what your warranty says, they will screw you, insult you, and push you away for life. Terrible business

Excellent place to purchase a golf cart! Joe and the team really took care of me. I purchased a used cart and had a couple of small issues that needed to be taken care of. Joe bent over backwards to make sure everything was resolved.

The customer service is terrible here. We got a cart here and had some issues but no one would return my calls. On top of that we were promised new batteries and did not get them and once again no one returned any of our calls to get this fixed. Once they sell you a cart dont plan on needing anything else from them. Terrible company, do not go here.
