One of the managers at this store, Claire, is amazing! I was having a horrible time with their online store and their by phone customer service and she went out of her way to double check and try and find products and help us out to make sure that my niece and nephew would have the perfect Build-A-Bear!!!

Atmosphere very blahhhh,out of a lot of stuff,so we had to settle,not like at the point of entry you can tell your kid cant buy today there out of everything,cause your kids all hyped up to get something 😡,the worker who waited on us was devoid of cheer although an attempt at a fake smile was more than obvious,50 bucks later walking out with something ok as opposed to something that my kid was crazy about seemed underwhelming if not for the fact she in most cases is always grateful for what she gets even if it isnt exactly what she wants....ohhh I cant fail to mention the stuffer was great though she did the cutest heart ceremony ever,for that she gets 3 get a stars,but the rest of you can share the 1.

So fun! It was magical as always!! Now pikachu goes everywhere with us! It was the perfect rainy day activity before a hospital visit for anyone looking for things to do around Cincinnati childrens hospital!

The only thing was my daughter wanted to add voice recording and she did not get confirmation text before they shipped it to her boyfriend

Our 4th year in a row coming here at Christmas, this is probably the best Build-A-Bear we have been too. We are big fans and this location is always clean and well-stocked. The staff are always friendly and seem to enjoy working there.

Moved incredibly slow and didn’t enforce social distancing. There was a family of 6 I had to ask 3 different times to give us some space. They were crowding me and my kids and wouldn’t give us more than a foot us space.

I love this place. Went there for my daughters 1st birthday and the very kind employee explained how the birthday bears worked, explained how the bears heart works. Helped us make the bear a birth certificate. Very sentimental gift for my daughter. This will be a tradition.

BAB is a wonderful experience for kids teenage and younger. The culture is similar to the Disney store, friendly and kid-first. The staff are super friendly and understanding of timid children. They have a great variety of bears to choose from, including current trendy options. The bears can be customized in many ways, and the shop offers accessories and activities for your chosen bear. They assist the children to stuff their own bear.You are given a personal birth certificate with each bear.Prices can be kind of high $40+, but affordable options are available too.

Came for a birthday party and the kids had a great time. It was a little crowded, which was expected on a Saturday afternoon. The staff are really friendly and great with kids. The bath area for the pets was a little sad, it had only one brush and it was really worn out and dirty. Other than that I think there was plenty of selection and overall a good experience.

We had a great time at Build A Bear. Took my 4 year old grand daughter for her birthday and the girl helping us was wonderful. My granddaughter is usually very shy but she talked and did all of the steps with the help of the sales girl. We will have memories to share for a longtime. Great employees!

This was our second trip to build a bear. I ordered the unstuffed animals online during a sale to save some cash and we stuffed them in store. My girls really enjoyed the new toy story costumes they got. We bought Woody and Buzz for their bears. The first time we went, I had ordered a Blue Velociraptor from Jurassic world online for my son and the girls got birthday bears. I have to say, pay your age is amazing! We got 2 $2 bears for the twins and they were thrilled with them! I realize this place is overpriced if you go in and buy something regular priced with all the accessories but if you order online and keep the junk to a minimum, its very reasonable. The staff is super friendly and they give each kid personalized attention, to me, thats worth a little extra. Its good for the kids to interact a little with strangers and learn to make purchases. I think Ill wait a little longer before taking them again, when more stuff is on a good sale online.

Have made a few bears at this location, most recently made a bear with my teenaged sister before I moved away and it was a great experience, the staff was super sweet and helpful

Great experience for little kids looking to create their new best friend. Everything from sounds to heartbeats and special custom outfits. My three-year-old had a blast making his own stuffed animal!

Kind helpful staff; Katie was the one who helped stuff my bear and did excellent. Gave me the full heart ceremony even though I was an older customer and seemed genuinely kind. Ive had a bad experience in the past where Ive been rushed through the experience without the heart ceremony when I was a teen going with friends.

Its my favorite toy store I have 3 star wars bears Rey Kylo ren bear and Darth vader Bear I also have Elsa bear shes blue and I also have toothless from how to train your dragon if I go back i want a Storm trooper bear your friend Ricki

We go to Build-A-Bear every birthday for my children. I enjoy the experience, the kids have fun, the staff are typically wonderful, and the products are various each time. Ive been other Build-A-Bears, Kenwood location is my favorite.

Spent a small fortune but anything to see my granddaughter smile. The staff is amazing. We had a wonderful time.

My wife stood in line for 3 hours just to be told that they didn’t have enough stock and was told to leave. No rain check or nothing. Way to treat a woman with a disabled child. Your store has forgotten the reason they started. You let the daycares get in first and pushed her back. Then told her that. Can’t wait til corporate hears what you did to a shareholders son

The staff is so polite and they let you stuff your own animal which is so fun

My son loves this shop. They do an amazing job of helping the children pick out a new stuffed friend and these continue to be some of my sons favorite stuffed animals.

Pricey but kids love it. Definitely good for birthdays and christmas.

Very disappointed we got there a lil before 10 got in the long line then got kicked out of line because there wasn’t enough stock for the amount of ppl that showed up. I don’t understand how they was not papered for this event mall scarcity told us we had to leave the line. My son never even got to get his paw patrol pup and he was so excited to get only to be told we had to step out of line. Not sure if I will be returning back anytime soon or if ever. Thanks for upsetting my 2 year old and the other kids in line wat a wonderful place
