Yottaquest is an excellent store for gamers. They have pretty much any kind of supplies you’re looking for. The staff is helpful and friendly and makes your experience in the store a comfortable and awesome experience. I’d recommend anyone passing through or visiting the Cincinnati area to stop in and purchase any of their awesome selection of dice. 🤩

Visited this game store with friends of ours. We are from NY and wanted to see what other games they had compared to our normal game store.Selection was amazing! The over the top niceness from the staff. We told/showed them our current shelf and they gave us some awesome suggestions. Everyone is was very knowledgeable. We love the one game they recommended for two people, Skulk Hollow! It’s such a great game and something my game store in NY doesn’t have.I’m so glad we saw their selection and I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Absolutely the best game store I have ever been too. Shelves on shelves of books, games, and dice. Super friendly staff that were always there to help. All in all a 10/10 experience and I would love to come again. The emphasis on customer safety during the pandemic was also very appreciated

I just started playing D&D and I needed some dice, so I went to Yottaquest today and found some really pretty dice I’m looking forward to using. I came 5min before they closed, but they were very friendly and helpful and I’m glad I decided to check them out!

Staff is always really helpful finding the painting supplies I need, and they have a great variety of paints and brushes and figures. Also, their recommendation for a board game as a present for my mom was perfect, she LOVES the game.

Beautiful shop! The walls, shelves, and floor are white and make the colors of the board games pop. It was also incredibly clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Ian also helped us and was very informative. He even let me see the dice up close and test roll them on a mat.

Great game store! I walked in and was pleasently created by one of the employees. He even gave me a tour. Huge selection and well organized I had no issue finding the game I came for. It was also fun to browse.

The amount and variety of games is amazing. Figures, dice, cards, solo play, family games, you name it, they have it all. Ian helped us checkout and gave great advice and game recommendations. Will definitely be coming back!

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Stopped here on our way to the Micro Store from Louisville and was so impressed with the size of the store, variety of content, organization of merchandise, and how friendly the staff were. Sawyer was a huge help with any of our questions and allowing us to get things out of the cases. We were a large group and everyone was extremely accommodating.

Best board game, RPG, trading card game store in the area! Supported by an incredibly great, helpful staff. Just moved into a new location that has so much more space for browsing.

I gave this store 5 stars for its old location, this one gets 1. Not only did they still require masks 3 weeks after the mandate was listed, but they told me that I needed to wait until customers were rung up to be waited on. Normally that would be expected, except they had a velvet rope up and said that an associate had to let you in to browse. I guess I was expected to wait just to look at their store. They are allowed to have any rules they want, but not with my money.

This is probably the best game store in Cincinnati. The store is well laid out, clean, and the workers are always willing to answers question and give suggestions.It is certainly not the largest game store I have been too but if you are looking for it they probably have it, which is certainly amazing with the space they have and testament of how organized the store is.Dont be fooled by the out ward appearance of the building, this is NOT one of those hole in the wall magic the gathering stores that claim game store statues. This is a serious high quality game store that cares about its customers and deserves the title it has.I look forward to my next visit.

Just getting into Warhammer 40k and I spoke with the owner about it asking a million questions; he was one of the nicest people I ever met in a retail setting - so incredibly helpful. Ill be going to this place for anything game related from now on.

I drove over an hour to come to get dice and miniatures and no where on their website said nothing about having to wear a mask and the mask mandate has been lifted in Ohio. I would have no issue with their personal policy of I wasnt disabled and have breathing issues from a crushed throat to which I explained. Dont shop here

Denied service due to no mask. Mask mandate in Ohio was lifted June 2nd. My husband has a health issue where he cannot wear one. Crushed his throat in a car wreck. Doctors note and all. Anywhere else we have gone has not made him wear one. We drove over an hour to get here only to have to drive home with a screaming one year old and an upset husband. I would have worn one had they made an exception for him. But no. They were rude and just said “you have to wear one.”

Went there to check things out, since I have never been. Prices were very high for the Pokemon things, I know scalpers run the prices right now, and supply and demand and whatnot, but you can find cheaper prices, almost everywhere online. I just google searched and found the items instantly cheaper on several sites. As far as games and such, I cant help with that, they seemed to have a great selection.

Loved my experience here! Took my husband to pick out a few games for his birthday and when we arrived, the staff/owner were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They described each section of the store and how it was sorted by board game type. Starting going here this year and I am very glad I did. All the employees that I have interacted with here are very friendly. All of them possess good product knowledge which is vital for a shop like this.They have items for a lot of nerdy hobbies in stock--most notably MTG, other TCGs, D&D, painting miniatures, and many different types of board games. Employees are happy to answer questions and give recommendations. They do pre-orders on upcoming releases for many hobbies. There is a weekly newsletter you can join that shows whats new and upcoming. Sometimes there is a coupon.Store is incredibly well kept and clean. You may notice some items priced just a little bit higher than online retailers but I am fine with that. Supporting a well-established and family-owned business with service this great is easily worth the couple extra bucks!They also sometimes stock hard to get items (like Pokémon ETBs, etc) for what you would find online or cheaper. Their product is always legit so this way you dont have to worry about bootleg products or shipping fees.Overall a very solid shop to stop in if you need to get your hobby fix, or if you are just starting a hobby and need some help! :]

Yottaquest is an amazing local card and board game shop. The staff is not only intelligent but incredibly helpful and, in light of the recent pandemic, astute and responsible in their store policies. We’ve been to a few game stores around the Cincinnati area and this is by far not only the best experience we’ve had, but the best store we’ve seen as well. Currently, due to COVID-19 there are only 6 customers allowed into the back area where the board/card games are. Once you able to go back you are asked to wash your hands prior to touching any games so that you know the games are being kept clean(er) for yours and other customers safety and piece of mind. As a health care professional, I HIGHLY respect they take the time to do this.As far as the game selection is concerned there is a fantastic mix of board and card games, fantasy, science fiction, something for the kids.... just a great variety. Prices are on point too. We found several games that we had in our shopping cart on Amazon and the prices were within a few dollars. And of course, supporting a local family owned business, got our money instead of a huge company like Amazon. We will definitely be going back!

I absolutely loved this place. Very clean and such friendly staff. I asked tons of questions as I didn’t really know what I was looking for. They were able to suggest a few games for myself and my wife along games for my almost 5 year old twins. I ended up picking up a few tiny epic games along with Dragomino and Zoo Run for the kids. All of which I would recommended!

The store is impeccably clean with staff taking all proper precautions for Covid-19 concerns. And if that was is not enough the staff could not be more friendly or helpful in your miniature quest! We had a really good experience here today during their anniversary sale. They were set up very well for social distancing and were limiting the number of people browsing the board games, asked us to wear masks and wash our hands prior to browsing. We felt very comfortable shopping there! The fantastic selection of board games had us walking out of there with lighter pockets and an armful of games!

We went here for the first time a few days ago and wow! Customer service was amazing, and they have more board games than any other game store I’ve been to in the tri-state area. We will be coming back for sure

Yottaquest is such a great shop! My husband and I love to play MTG and always go here first when we need singles, they have a huge selection. And everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! Very friendly and knowledgeable about games of all flavors. Magic the Gathering, D&D, Warhammer, plus HUNDREDS of smaller and niche board games, card games, and RPGs. When covid isnt around, Yottaquest hosts a number of in-store tournaments and gaming events, my favorite of which is a monthly paint-and-hang session, where the owners supply their own paints and miniatures for gamers of all experience levels to try their hand at painting. I didnt know about this shop until they moved to Blue Ash, but I am confident theyre the best hobby shop in Cinci!

Family owned by a friendly pair of brothers (sons of the owner of the original location) who are welcoming with suggestions and advice. The store is very well stocked and organized between board games (casual and less-so pretty clearly demarcated), roleplaying games, and miniatures. My only critique is that their space for people to play is on the low end.
