Terrible customer service. Claim they called and left voicemail to tell me they didnt have what I ordered. Never received a call or voicemail. You sent an email confirmation when I ordered, why wouldnt you send an email about my item? Then I cancel the order and you then send me an email? How long were you going to wait to actually cancel my order? Ordered this 2 weeks ago, was supposed to get tracking info with 10 days! Thats ridiculous! League Outfitters is better and cheaper!! And they give you tracking info right after you order. Will not order from you again.

Kochs is the best around. There is no substitute for the service they provide. I have coached youth baseball teams for years and bought our uniforms from a number of different sources. Kochs was the best experience I have had by far. Kris made every step of the process easy with samples to try on for perfect sizing and a fantastic finished product. Ive been shopping and having items customized at Kochs since 1989 with absolutely no problems or complaints...until recently! I had a jersey customized (Spending more on the customization than the actual cost of the jersey!) and was unsatisfied with the finished product. When I visited the store I expected to leave a new jersey or reimbursement for the jersey or the work done. (They put an off color number and lettering on a Pirates Jersey and the number on the front was sewn on crooked) Instead of feeling important and respected as a customer, I felt the TOTAL opposite! Fist the gentleman acted as if he couldnt tell the difference between the colors of the applies lettering and the original lettering on the Jersey. Then when he acknowledged the difference, he made it my fault for not asking for a different trim around the letters. Then he acted as if he couldnt tell the number on the front was sewn on crooked. When he finally acknowledged the crooked number, he said, Well, the FACTORY lettered P on the jersey was crooked as well...which obviously was not true. Bottom line, he offered no resolution other than to straighten out the ill-colored number on the front of the jersey. I declined his offer...The jersey looked horrible with the normal GOLD trim and all the YELLOW lettering that they placed on it! I would imagine whoever did the work didnt stop to consider that the colors were off and maybe a patron wouldnt want a jersey with miss-matched colors on it!!Very sad experience seeing that I usually wait until I have to travel to Cincinnati to patronize them and theyve been apart of my shopping/sports experience for so long!Welp, Time to find a new place to customize my items!

I absolutely LOVE this place. It is an amazing little coffee shop/bakery that just happens to be all vegan. I personally love this as I am vegan and often find it difficult to find anything to eat at coffee shops. My partners (who are NOT vegan) love this place as much as I do.

If you like excellent service, this is the place to go! You can place your order online and have the products ready for pick-up. They have a great selection of FC Cincinnati gear for fans of all sizes. They can also fit shoes for an extra wide/big foot. When you go in the store, you are truly amazed at all the products they actually carry. Fantastic customer service.

They provided the perfect service to repair my 20 year old catcher’s mitt in one day at a very reasonable price. Love that they didn’t try to do more or less than I was looking for or bother trying to sell me on a new glove.

Ive been using Kochs for years. As a baseball coach, this is my favorite place in the world. Its a one stop shop for everything you need from helmets, bats, gloves, bags, cleats, custom socks, custom jerseys, custom hats, pants, to custom decals, custom spiritwear, training equipment, on-field accessories, turfs, etc... as well as a fully loaded in house demo station with the most up to date bats. You can try before you buy. You cant do that at any other sporting goods store in the city.

There was a specific Reds throwback hat that I couldn’t find remaining in stock anywhere online, but they had it at Koch! I live in Colorado and messed up the address on my order, and they reshipped it even though it was my mistake! Great customer service.

These guys have been doing a great job for a long time. Anyone visiting from out of town should stop by.

Shopping for Christmas. Grandson was in need of compression shorts for basketball. Manager made a racial comment to assume grandson wore pants off his behind. Not good customer service.

I went to go buy a new BBCOR bat and it was great experience they had a cage in the basement with racks of bats you can test out. Overall really nice people with a really cool store.

Great place for your sporting goods needs. I actually try not to go there too often so I dont spend so much money. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will work with you on just about anything you may need.

Not a great experience. Wanted to order spirit wear shirts for my girls school. Called them ahead of time to ask about sizing. They basically just told me to wing it and did not have any specific helpful advice. I found their website to be not very stellar. Did my best to order what I thought was a youth small and youth medium shirt for my girls at $15 a piece. When I received them, they were regularly sized not youth. I drive to their store downtown to see if I could exchange, or return the items. They did absolutely nothing for me, not even a store credit. So now I have a couple of worthless shirts and Im out $30.

Didnt love it, but got my Seahawks shirt and a parking ticket.

On business from out of state. My boy asked for some Cincinnati sports shirts. After a Google map search I decided to give Koch a shot since it was within a mile of the hotel. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. Other than spending almost $200....oops. They have a huge selection of all the local teams and a large selection of other pro, and college teams apparel. I was able to snag a Gators shirt. Any day I can do that in the midwest is a good day.

Great place lots of amazing sports memorabilia and clothing. My son got fitted for his baseball teams uniforms and they were very helpful and patient with us.

Great People that work there. Dont stalk you when your in the store looking at clothes and hats. Let you find what you want. I like that. They actually found a Pete Rose Jersey for me in size 40 , and took it out of the plastic and let me try it on , even knowing I might not get it which I must of took a good 5 minutes to figure out if I wanted it or not, checking myself in the mirror and didnt come back and hound me to buy it, just let me do it on my own and figure it out. And I didnt even buy it and they were still professional and polite when I went up to the counter and my wife bought her a couple things. So if you come here you will have a great time, and they have a variety of jerseys, clothes, hats, etc. so you will have no problem finding what you want.

THE MANAGER DID NOT HAVE A SENSE OF CARE FOR HIS IRRESPONSIBLE ACTIONS AND DID NOT APPLY A DISCOUNT. OUR TEAM LOST OUT ON THEIR ITEMS FOR OUR 1ST GAME. I HAD TO CALL THE STORE TO CHECK IF OUR ITEMS WERE READY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE MANAGER GREG. IF YOU ARE A SMALL CHARTER SCHOOL I SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT LOCATION TO PURCHASE ITEMS. A huge tradition in our family is Christmas Eve trip to Kocks! We Try to get a signed Jersey or one we can get signed, a piece of memorabilia from one of the Familys playing / coaching venues, and a goofy piece of sports equip!
