Initially I received outstanding service here. Needed a key for my ARE truck cap and this place had one - awesome! But then, I was going to give all my accessory needs to this family owned company, until I called an got a hold of Jimmy. Jimmy took all my information on my vehicle but couldnt locate the product from the manufacturer. Took my name and number, promised to call back. Over 24 hours later, no information....called again and got someone else left name and number. Didnt have time to spend 1/2 hour on the line giving my vehicle information again. Told them that Jimmy had all that info. Finally, received call back at 3:48 pm - could not answer call since I was in a meeting. Did they leave a message? Oh, of course not, that would be the sensible thing to do. I figured the owner would want to know how his employees run his business. Called to talk to the owner (Frank), but after getting the 20 questions on who i was, I got connected to just office manager because Frank doesnt take calls from people he doesnt know. To many places provide better service that are closer to me to have to deal with incompetence.
