Firstly 5 stars is not even enough for how amazing they were with me! My sales person Thomas was an absolute sweetheart and so kind. He broke things down so I could understand them and didn’t try to get me to get the most expensive thing possible. He found what met my needs.The instal team was just as amazing. I cannot stress how professional, kind, and efficient our CB tech was - he ensured our Internet and TV were up and running before the end of the day. And, he had to call in 4 other CB trucks to help him as the lines were missing (no prior service). We couldnt have asked for a better tech and better best-in-class service. Thank you!

Moved upstairs in my house and had to move my computer and modem upstairs. Its an old house. The Cincinnati Bell Technician Anthony was awesome. He located an area to attach a connection for the modem exactly where I needed it to be. The time frame meshed with my schedule. Cincinnati Bell rocks. My technician also rocked. Completed it in record time.

Sales person was great and easy to work with. He gets 5 star. The installation in my front yard was extremely unsatisfactory! They did not ask where I wanted the box/junction, and they placed it in a place I don’t want. Thy also did not smooth or spread grass sead! The installation company used SUCKED!!!Giving an over all 3 star. 5 for sales person 0 for installers!

The only reason I would not give Cincinnati Bell 5 starts is because they give you a 4 hour window of arrival. That makes it extremely difficult for most people that work and requires time off.However my technician WAS AMAZING. He was prompt, so knowledgeable, and helpful. He was respectful of my home and going upstairs with shoe covers. Wiring was going to have to be on the street facing part of my house and he went above and beyond to make sure it looked great. He deserves a raise for sure! I hope they take good care of their hard working employees because good help is hard to find

Getting internet switched over to Cincinnati bell was a breeze. I received a few confirmation calls the day before and the day of, The last one giving me a 30 minute heads up before the technician would officially arrive. The technician was a friendly guy and great to work with. I work from home and was able to keep working for all but 15 minutes as the service was officially switched over. The technician had several small wire sheath shards on the floor where hes working but the area was under my desk and already had a number of dust bunnies down there. I told him to not worry about it since I needed to sweep anyways. He insisted on cleaning up every trace of mess that he created. I would happily recommend Cincinnati Bell if all of their technicians are that great.

The only reason I buy other products other than internet and cable is my purchases can be added to my bell acct each month great selling idea Cincinnati Bell has done very little to educate customers on this free financial aid offered for folks looking to add additional items to there home I have a ring floodlight works great just got a apple iPad tablet still using sound bar and speakers for my movie music experience all paid for on my bill every month no interest charged like a piece of plastic I love the hometown value Cincinnati Bell brings to my life The guys and gals at the Kenwood store especially TJ are great people as well

What a great experience. From the salesperson to the installer. I said I just want Internet and they listened and didnt pester me with other services. When the self install was not possible (the main line had been cut by previous resident), they believed me and sent out a technician the next day to fix it.

Not only does Fioptics give you the fastest most reliable internet access, but they also provide the fastest customer service. We had an issue requiring a service needing to come to the house. I was shocked at how the fast the appointment was scheduled with very little time taken on the phone. The service technician arrived early, was very knowledgeable and professional. In this day and age CB was outstanding exception against the expected norm.

SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE! This company does not care about you. We were without service for 3 entire days and were unable to take payments normally from customers using our card processor because the internet was down. No one contacted us for over a day or no service to tell us there was an outage. I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone until after a whole day with no service. Due to this, we lost hundreds of dollars in processing fees from needing to use our cell phones to process payments. They only offered a $20 credit for 3 days worth of issues within a business. This isn’t a household, or a kid sad about not being able to play their video games. This is my small family business, this is my livelihood and they do not care at all.

Be careful with this company! When I first set up my wifi, the representative I spoke with said it came with phone service at no extra cost. It seemed suspicious, so I called back later and a different representative told me it was $10 extra a month. But then, once I got rid of the phone service, it dropped my bill $20 a month. My advice: watch out and thoroughly question everything, so you don’t get ripped off.

The service is fine and installation was very prompt and easy (no complaints on that). However, do not set up your account with an email that you value because youll receive constant emails and survey lists that Im trying to unsubscribe. Sales team is also pushy about upgrades.

Cincinnati Bell had to change my service disconnect to be on at old address for extra 2days and also new service was installed quickly at new home and office to get me back to work . tech had to rerun all my lines because existing ones were bad , basically start over , which he let me know there may additional charge 2 run another line to office , i was not happy but said ok , he hooked me up with wire care so to save money .He did great job

Reliable service, great customer service and technicians, but limited capabilities in handling customer service requests. If you sign up for paperless billing and automatic payment, you will not be able to receive a bill which can be used as a proof of residence. If you want that, you have to jump through hoops and invest time in order to receive a bill through the mail days later.

Kayla Coposky is the salesperson to ask for. She will work with you to get everything you need in your pkg at the price as close to the dollar as youre able to spend! Cincinnati Bell has always had impeccable customer service and this time was no different. The phone rep tried to help me fix the problem and when she couldnt I had an appointment for the next day. The man that came the next day and was surrounded by children and never missed a beat. He even answered the kids questions and did not act inconvenienced or interrupted. We explained our desired needs and he made it happen. One thing he explained was that the plaster walls in our house could cause the signal to be weaker, covering less area. Small businesses should switch to Spectrum. Cincinnati Bell has old school contracts and no flexibility in working with small businesses. They make it so difficult to switch to Spectrum (for much better rates) that you want to just give up. Then they charge you for leaving your contract early. Not a customer focused company!

I moved to a new apartment and was required to get Cincinnati Bell. The tech who installed my internet and cable the day I moved in did it wrong. I asked questions while he was there and he answered them but he was wrong. I called Customer Service which is located overseas and it was beyond painful and frustrating trying to communicate the issues I was having. I was explaining it fine but the customer service reps were not understanding. Finally, another tech came out and resolved the problem. The second tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He admitted the first tech did it wrong. He also admitted their frustrations in dealing with customer service. Also, I wanted to turn on closed captioning for the cable. When you go to settings it asks for a password to access settings. I don’t have a password and don’t know how to set one up. Repeated calls and emails have provide no answer. Horrible overseas customer service. Plus, Cincinnati Bell charges for every little thing. Over charges. Wish I didn’t have to use them.

Right before my contract expired with Cinti bell the pandemic started and my husband was dianosed with stage 4 cancer all at the same time so I called a Cinti bell operator to see if I could keep my bill at the same amount and was relieved and happy the operator was able to accommodate us. I only hope that we are able to keep the same amount when the new contract expires as we are now on a limited buget and very pleased with Cinti bell .

Just nowNEWAbout a month ago I put in an inquiry online to see how much Cincinnati Bell would cost for my upcoming move, and it was a whopping $89/month for internet only. I had to enter my email and phone number just to see the price, which was dumb. Since then, I have gotten 4 phone calls and 2 texts, all from different numbers trying to goad me into their overpriced service, in addition to countless emails. I told them Im not interested and I blocked each number, but they contacted me from a new one each time still trying to convince me to change my mind. They are so pushy with trying to sell you their internet service - dont put your phone number in, for your sanitys sake. Spectrum has a much better rate and they dont harass you constantly.
